We have taken our Amazon here for trims for a while. They are so good with our bird. Now, while setting up a new 75 gallon community tank, they were knowledgeable and helpful on water chemistry and inhabitants. It is not a chain store and they care. I won't go anywhere else.

My husband & I take out beloved Australian Shepherd here to get groomed & his nails clipped at least once a month. The girls handle him very well & when we pick him up there is nothing but a wagging tail. He comes home fresh with a new bandana every time which is so cute. We also take him there to get his vaccinations & weight. Most importantly we TRUST PetSmart with our dog which says a lot 💝 🐕‍ 🐕

Absolutely amazing! Found a 48” dog crate on sale with a membership for $64.19 after tax! Not to mention the adorable kittens that are quite vocal! Best store around!

I brought my four Standard Poodles in today( 11/22/2023) to use the Self Dog Wash. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The water was nice and warm so as not to shock my very spoiled Poodles. Plenty of dry towels along with the blow dryers made short work of the chore. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus. I highly recommend this location.

This is our local shop, and they are always helpful and caring about what you are looking for. I just purchased a new filter system for our daughter's turtle tank. And the Team bent over backwards to help me out, and at the checkout both of the girls gave me a lot if great tips on my new pump. If you are looking for a great pet supply store give them a shot, and don't forget to sign up for their Perks Program !!! Just saved us over $10 dollars 💸 💵

Good place! Seems to have quite the selections. Saw some kittens, a ferret and a decent selection of fish! My in-laws come here to buy their worms for their bearded dragon.

Store was very organized and Staff were very friendly. My dog's birthday is the day I adopted her..8/25/2021. Purchased a birthday cake. The cashier gave me a decoration for the top and candles! Have a foster kitten, and received her with fleas and worms. Had everything I needed. You can also sign up for reward points. If you Love your pet just goThey also have an adoption center!

They call Travis in grooming the ‘Dog Whisperer,’ and let me tell you that name is well deserved. He is always so sweet and gentle with my dog (River) who does NOT like having his nails trimmed. 5/5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Don’t sleep on the in-store bakery either- as you can see my pup enjoyed his treat lol

Bought a heat bulb for my lizard, the cashier Amber took it out of box with fingers, that's a big No .... Brought my bulb home this evening tried to put it on ... No doesn't work. Owner Karen will not replace, even though receipt says 30 day refund.... Horrible store, and don't train their people correctly... Anyone smart knows oils from fingers ruin the bulbs.... Sad store... If they don't know about the bulbs, don't trust with animals people 😔 Karen the owner just worries about her cash n don't train her employees

Terrible self dogs wash. The water is way too hot and you can’t control it, the management can’t shut it off “only owner has access to the hot water control”. Water pressure is terrible, when the groomer next door is working on a dog the water is non existent in the self wash area (your dog is covered in shampoo and you can finish the rinse). The place is way too hot, it is a recipe for a disaster when using the self wash with VERY hot water. Do not bring your large dogs or double coated dogs here.

Staff was very helpful. Dog bathing facility was clean but dryers hoses are in bad shape and very loud. Scared my dog, couldn't use it.

The associates are always willing to help you. They're informative and will discuss options with you. Dogs can also go into the store with their owners. I've brought mine in when buying a harness or collar for the perfect fit. I highly recommend this place.

Took my catahoula-mastiff X in for a self service dog wash. It was fantastic,$10 to use their huge mastiff size tub, includes towels and shampoo and a dryer. Ruffus was afraid to climb in the tub on his own So Travis, one of the groomers picked up my 100# boy and put him in the tub!!!. I'm was so happy for Travis' help! Thank you! There were 4 shampoos, the 2 I used were not overly scented...thank goodness. Will definitely be taking Ruffus back to PSP!! A big shout out to the owner...thank you for ordering the giant sized tub it's great. No doubt a 250# mastiff will for sure fit in this tub!!

Had I known that a measly $5 reward your company gave me for spending my hard earned money would have resulted in your miserable Karen of a manager to come screaming out of her hole of an office to humiliate and belittle an employee I would have never bothered to step foot in this store. I've taken interactions in the past with this manager and employees with a grain of salt as they've never been Too eye catching and just assumed the manager was a miserable human and that's how her personality was. So be it.I can promise the hundreds I spend each month will never be going to this establishment ever again unless management gets an overhaul.What disgusting petty behavior that could have and should have not only been handled better but at a better time. To be that ready, willing, and happy to handle an employee in such a manner shows how this store is really ran behind scenes and why every employee is always miserable looking.Repeatedly slamming a plastic sign down on the counter in front of the employee while "schooling" her on what to take and what not to take just shows how little management really is handling that store. It's your job to thoroughly discuss and answer questions and issues regarding sales and promos before they begin. And, when a sign says no coupons and someone comes in with a reward, that's different. And if it isn't that should have been discussed accordingly before the sale or privately and RESPECTFULLY with the employees at an appropriate time.Hate shopping large corps but sometimes you need certain things. Glad Petco and PetSmart aren't out of my way and will take my business to a place where I don't have to be the audience for some low-level manager who can't handle her emotions.

I brought Luna in for a bath,The water was way too hot, there was no soap. The bottles of shampoo were empty. I brought it up to staff, they shrugged their shoulders. Little road and ridge how much better facility, for your pet.

This review is mostly for the grooming department. The store is great but the groomers are really great. My dogs nails grow quickly so I usually take him for his nails. The groomers are always quick and friendly and accommodate my dogs needs. I brought him for a bath and reminded them of his eccentricities. Although it was busy, he was completely done in 2 hours and looked so handsome. He was a bit stressed after and that's no fault of the groomers. He's not used to being around a lot of dogs, especially if they bark. Will definitely take him back, maybe during the week.
