I would recommend for sure! Being a first time dog mom of a bernedoodle, I was very apprehensive about the professional grooming part of it all. This was our first experience of a professional grooming and I feel it well. The ladies were very kind and knowledgeable about what tools to use to maintain his coat and how to brush and comb his coat at home as I didn’t want to cut his fur. They did a nice job with his “puppy cut” and he came out a big fluff ball! 😉 Don’t ever be afraid to ask questions. These are our babies! Thank you Pet Starr Saloon! ⭐️

I take my pavilion dog there to be groomed. His name is gizmo And he is very nervous. They do everything they can to calm him down so they can cut his hair and his nails. They are excellent. I wouldn't take my dog any other place.

Great customer service. They always take the time to make sure they go over all the details of the grooming and always ask how we like the way he looks when we pick him up before taking him home. Picture was later in the day but he looks great and can tell he likes it too.

I took my puppy recently and had the best experience ever! Explained everything to me, the process the wait time and when I went to pick up my puppy he looked amazing! Excelent service and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

My cats fur always gets matted in the summer time so I usually get a lions cut for him. I called and they took him the next day. The entire staff was polite and courteous at drop off and pick up. They listened how I wanted the cut and it came out perfect! They were quick as well! I will definitely come back.

I know Zeus is in good hands when he’s at Pet Starr! They give him a shedding bath, clean his ears, teeth and trim his nails. Little pricey but he’s a big boy and it’s a challenge to get him to sit still for his nails. He always comes home smelling fabulous! Highly recommend!

Cassandra was able to give my sweet cat a lion cut. He sheds so much despite being brushed all the time. He's usually a nervous cat and he was with her buy he remained trusting and let her groom and shave him with no issues. I'm so happy with the cut and he ate all his kitty treats when he got home and it made it all worth it. She was wonderful ❤️

Love this place. Been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. He’s half husky so he’s extremely vocal. I’m always worried he’ll drive the groomers crazy but instead they’re always so happy to see him. He comes home smelling great and super soft. Thanks, guys!

Kayla did a super great job on grooming my best friend Tugger Kitty today. Also she sent him home with a salmon treat he’s gobbling down so fast he’s not even coming up for air 👍 He’s a happy boy and smells so good ! Yesterday, I decided that I really didn’t want to groom my dog at home this week. I called around and Pet Starr Salon answered immediately. They were able to get him in today.My dog looks and smells fantastic! They were quick, friendly, had the availability I needed and did an amazing job on my guy here. He has never ever looked so good. Since he is a mix breed no one has ever cleaned up his edges or made him look half as nice. Thank you for taking such great care of Loki!

Pet Starr Salon is amazing and I would recommend them for all your fur babies grooming needs! Brittany did a great job grooming our Golden! What I love about this salon is you make an appointment and they begin the service as soon as you arrive, then call you for pick up when done. Our Golden has never been there over 2 hours. Unlike some other grooming salons where your pet is crated when you arrive and could be there several hours. Also staff is very friendly! Thank You Brittany!🐶

Never returning. Another bad groom. I book with one person specifically. No call. No heads up. Just given to the same groomer who I had to get a free groom to fix before. Dog is ALWAYS scared to death. We found some other great referrals.

I am actually ad to write this. I referred my daughter to take her dog here and they were just terrible. His little nails were cut to the quick on many toes. He was shaking all night after his experience here. I'm just sick for my grand dog and my daughter is so upset over this as well. He had bloody toes when she picked him up. So unfortunate.

The owner of this Pet Salon recently showed herself to be unethical and definitely does not care about her loyal customers.She decided to close on Saturday & Sunday’s except for one Saturday a month. The very two days which most hard working customers are off and able to get their pets groomed.The reasoning for the decision was conveyed to me by the employee that she simply does not want to work every weekend. Is this no trust in your employees to be there without you, or wish to hire a manger? We have been there many times and the owner has never once introduced herself or made herself obviously present as the owner, so it was my surprise she claims to have a need to be there every single moment the salon is open.She doesn’t even have the common courtesy to contact her loyal clients and let them know of the decision; we found out by trying to make an appt and the employee kept saying “no”to all the dates we asked. I requested the owner contact me by phone, which the employee promised to give her the message. Days later, she still has not called - no customer service by this service business and feels like a slap in the face.

We have been going to Pet Starr salon for years. We have a fluffy golden Pyrenees and a boxer mix. The girls there have always done an amazing job on my dogs. I wouldn't trust anyone else. My dogs feel at ease here and that makes me feel better when they're there. The prices are fair. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

I took my golden doodles here after reading the positive reviews. The staff did amazing and showed a lot of patience and kindness. I highly recommend this salon for your poodle + doodle mixes. Absolutely beautiful job!
