Absolutely THE BEST dog grooming and staff I’ve ever been to. They treat our Sammy like he’s family. Would never go anywhere else!!!! They always send him home looking amazing and with an adorable bandanna!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 5 stars ⭐️ all the way!!

I have been taking my dog Gino here for years as well as my husband’s dog (she gets nails done). And, I will tell you that these groomers are the best!!! They not only love every single animal in there, they do an amazing job!! They are so kind, patient and work so hard. My dog never wants to leave when I go to pick him up. In his mind, they are his “girlfriends!” They always make sure I have my next appointment ready when I leave. And my dog is so happy. I am telling you, this is the place to go!!! Outstanding!! We go 30 min each way because it is worth it! Update 10/20/2023, still the best place. I don't know what I would do if they ever closed.

We just brought our Australian labradoodle puppy in for her very first grooming appointment. She is nervous in new places, however she warmed up quickly when she got inside. When we returned to pick her up, she was adorable! Her fur was so clean and soft and brushed out so well and her fur on her face trimmed so neatly and cleanly. Most importantly, she was very happy so we know she was well taken care of while in their care.The prices are very reasonable, the quality of work is fantastic. We are surely returning for all the care for our pup

I’ve been taking my dogs here to have their nails cut for years. Not only are they the only people that my dogs will let cut their nails, but they are courteous and professional every time I come in. They truly have a love for animals and anytime I walk in they greet me with no delays and with a smile. Second to none.

All I can say is WOW Nancy! What a great groom on my two babies! She did the almost impossible on one of them I won’t elaborate because I do not want her to be expected to do it again. Nancy was absolutely wonderful and my fur babies looked like they were about to walk into a dog show! Highly recommend this salon- thank you so much for caring and doing such excellent work!

These ladies to the most wonderful work they're located off of Rowan road and 54. They do dogs and cats that cut cat's nails they never get upset my Greyhounds just adore her and she just loves animals so and they're very reasonable and they do the bathing & grooming also very much animal-lovers

This is not for their service, but for the person who answers phones there. I live very close and wanted to try and make an appointment for my dog to just get a bath. When I called, someone very rudely screamed into the phone WE'RE BOOKED UNTIL FEBRUARY and hung up on me. If that's how they treat potential customers, I shudder to think about how they'd treat my dog. Thank you, next.

So professional and always so nice to my doggy. Also, their prices are extremely fair unlike most other grooming salons I've been to. The only issue I have it that they're always closed. I go at 3pm on a day they're supposed to be open until 5pm and they're closed. It's just hard with my work schedule to get there early enough for them to be open :/ Other than that, they're the best grooming salon around!

I was more than satisfied after my experience at Country Dog Grooming Salon. Great customer service, great price, and great service provided for my pet. They went out of their way to get me in earlier than scheduled and my dog smelled and looked amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone interested.

My dog had an appointment scheduled. Unfortunately that day we had torrential thunderstorms with heavy downpours and I got asked to work the morning of my appointment earlier in the week. I tried calling no less than 30 times to let them know and to try to reschedule. Nobody ever answered the phone, so I left several messages. Nobody ever called me back to reschedule (this was 3 weeks ago)so I took my business elsewhere.Edit: as for the owner stating she spoke to me; She absolutely did NOT. Because I ended up leaving my FINAL message at 530 in the morning on a Saturday. There was no way she could have spoken to me AS SHE WASNT OPEN!!! And she certainly never called me back that day, or any other day either! Had she spoken to me I would have rescheduled on the spot!!!

My 110lb dog hates having his feet touched, so his nails were extremely long. Nancy and the staff were amazing! They were so patient with him and managed to get them all clipped! Thank you again! I will be bringing him and my other dog for grooming in the future

Nancy has been caring/grooming my dogs for the last 25 yrs. She is great w them and knows how to get puppies used to grooming. Her facility is spotless and so are our standard poodles and Maltese when they come home from Spa Day. They rush to go.

I was very impressed by the staff and facilities. The area where there were dogs being groomed was clean and well maintained. There wasn't a bad smell that you at times will get at other groomers. All in all i would recommend Country Dog groomers to anyone. The price was also fair and in line with what I generally pay.

A very caring grooming salon. I called in being out of town for my dog to receive some nail services. The woman handled my dog with such care to where it seemed that my dog was more relaxed than other places I’ve gone to. I was so humbled when the woman mentioned the service was on the house. If I was local, that type of hospitality would make me want to be a regular customer. Thank you again for everything Country Dog Grooming Salon!

My poodles have been going to Nancy at Country Dog for over 5 years now. They come out looking great and are treated with the most careful handling. She even grooms one in her lap due to health issues. This salon was a godsend to me as my dogs are rescues and i refuse to leave them all day in a cage waiting to be groomed as some salons require. I am able to wait for my dogs and she schedules me accordingly. I have also been able to call upon Nancy and her expertise with various health issues. We love nancy and Country Dog!Andrea Schleicher
