One of the nicer locations for Publix that I have been to. Parking lot is nice. Entrance is nice. The staff are nice. The pharmacy is magnificent. Aisles are big and new. Their meat section is very nice and so is their produce. I also like that they have their own spot for getting coffee! I hope all the other Publix locations will be nice like this one is.

This Plantation Publix is amazing! From the cleanliness of the store, to the friendliest of staff, you have it all. I was served by Vlad in the deli - did my order exactly how I wanted and with a smile! Amazing customer service, thank you! There's a Starbucks inside! New to the area, how lucky am I to have this Plantation Publix as my neighborhood store!

Normally a nice store, but when I come in on my lunch break to do shopping, I don’t expect to do your cashier’s jobs too. 2 lanes with lights on and no cashier. One was fixing her ponytail just outside her lane and the other was chatting with a coworker. Do better.

Was there yesterday. Great experience! The one butcher was busy but when he saw me he helped me select a standing rib roast, sliced it to the instructions I was given by my spouse, and refused a tip. At the deli I ordered 1/2 lb. of roast beef, and the man there was also helpful, friendly and efficient. Then when I couldn't find raisins the employee I interrupted got me there right away. The check-out clerk also was welcoming, cheery and efficient. And - my fault - I had selected the wrong item for a BOGO, so had to go to returns - and same thing, friendly and efficient. Five for five; so five stars.

I’ve been a frequent customer at this location and generally enjoy the food. However, I’ve noticed a consistent issue with the online ordering system, particularly regarding the sauce options for subs and wraps. When choosing the ‘light’ sauce option, the amount of sauce applied is excessive, often overwhelming the sandwich.Conversely, selecting ‘normal’ results in a scant amount, less than what one would expect. A light application of mustard should enhance the sandwich, not drench it to the point of spilling out. This has been a recurring issue, and I believe it could be improved for a better customer experience. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future online orders.

This Publix is new in the area of Plantation. It is clean and spacious. I appreciate the automated check out even though is was unnecessary because there were registers open with short lines. The staff was very helpful. I was able to pick up some items in the bakery and deli. It all looked delicious. The best part of all is that the carts have cupholders for Starbucks drinks and the Starbucks is located inside the Publix.

This location is the king of the out of stocks. For instance, the most popular frozen pizza, Digiono pepperoni self rising doesn’t even exist here. Really? Stupid things like mini chips ahoy out for the last 3 months. Winn Dixie across the street, soon to be Aldi, for some reason doesn’t have any issue stocking these items. How the grocery manager and store manager still have a job is beyond me. And the prices. OMG. Sales are few and far between and if something is on sale good luck finding it in stock. As for Sunday, the day people have to shop the shelves are bare. Management needs to get with the times. Store managers make really good money. Publix needs a pay someone to run this store who actually cares.

Visited the new built store today, 05/05/22, this being the first day of its opening. It is a very large store compared to most Publix's.The parking lot was extremely busy, but due to it being opening day. Like most Publix's parking lots it is quite large and shared by other stores. This store will have a liquor department opening soon according to a manager, but at this time not open yet.The store, although bigger is really the same thing as any other Publix's, The prices are the same, either you like Publix's or you don't. On this day there was not a hot bar, Unlike the Publix's on Peters road, Plantation which does have a big Deli with hot bar. It did however, have a salad bar and a large display of nuts. Like most, if not all, it had a bakery and a Pharmacy. They do have an in store Starbucks, which we did not sample. We did hope that there would be something more, like perhaps a bigger range of perhaps new things we had not seen before, but no.I have included some pics and videos so you can get an idea of the layout.Do we recommend you travel any distance to look around this particular store? Well no, You can get everything you want from Publix's at your local one.All in all, its clean and new, but ultimately priced the same as others and not very varied. Basically same old, same old, but a little larger.Edit. 03/23/23Just found out the liquor department is not going to open due to the city not approving it. A manager told us its something to do with being too close to Winn Dixie's liquor store. Doesn't make much sense to us, but there you go.

Absurd how expensive this place is. And what's with the fake sales that say "surprisingly low price"? I've seen these where the price doesn't change and it's the exact same. This is a trick. Lost trust. See pic, can clearly see the price didn't change from the original!

This is what we call "the good Publix." We have one closer to our house on Sunrise Blvd, between Pine Island and University, and it has been SO poorly managed for the past couple of years that we NEVER go there anymore. This location, however, is always clean, organized, and stocked. The employees are always friendly and accommodating.

I've been going to this publix for nearly 3 decades. Ever since the remodel this place has gone down hill completely.Deli is the absolute worst. The employees actively move at glacier pace and there never seems to be someone in charge around to push their employees.Publix used to be a pleasure. Now you're just paying maximum price for the same low level customer service thats offered elsewhere. I actively try to not come here because it doesn't seem like the management listens to their customers. This has been addressed to them several times.

My Publix is the best! 😊 Love the curbside service mostly although people park there who are not using this service. Ordering ahead on the app is also great, just walk in and pick up

They have such an array of foods Types & brands . Very nicely set up to have all things available to you . And ESP The ppl there are so nice to their customers and are well stocked & helpful .I’m almost across the the street from Publix on Oakland & knobb hill rd .The ppl up to manager are just sassy unkind ppl honestly ..Not helpful and just unkind & judgemental to the impaired or disabled ..The way employees under an employee boss I was amazed at the whispering going on obviously about me maybe if the girl “ felt” I was disabled & how , where etc being nosey , yet could’ve just ask me instead of treating me like trash and that was the Mgr with wrong laws concerning service dogs she wants to enforce onto me .I do know the laws .I rather not shop there for anything - I rather drive a mile down knob South and get my choice of Winn-Dixie or public that is amazing .Thank you for the careDoreen

When this Publix was being built, my family was super excited. However, paying $7 for organic strawberries that already have mold growing on them is completely unacceptable. The produce it hit or miss these days and even when they look good in the store, within a day they start to spoil. The employees are always friendly, and the store is pretty clean. Overall, it's not a bad location it just seems like you don't get your money's worth anymore.

Visited during the grand reopening on May 5th, 2022. A massive improvement over previous store and over other Publix locations. I consider this to be my neighborhood grocery store.

Parking is tight when at peak hours. This store is big..Newly renovated and spacious. Produce is average, and fruits are aso averagewith a large selection. The bakery section is very good and has a lot of great looking cakes, breads.,cookies, pies, and donuts. However, there are no sugarless offerings for diabetes during this trip. The deli has standard offerings and deli meat. The frozen food area was well stocked. The whole store was well stocked. The check out lanes were quick with friendly staff. Overall prices are in line with the inflation. Very few sale items were noted.

Online orders never ever ready on time at this Publix. Never. Always have to toggle between the deli & customer service only to end up hearing oh they are making it now. 10-15 minutes after pick up time. Annoying.Edit: At least they are consistent… still not ready. Still not correct. 2/13/24.

Don't order a sandwich from the deli, they are the worst. Whatever manager they have now, needs to do his/ her job. So sad, as they run this store into dirty conditions

This Publix has a lot of nice employees who seem to work hard. I usually have a good experience however today I went to get a sub from the deli and the employee was very rude, and muttering things under his breath about having customers come in. And I could understand if I came in within the last 5 minutes before closing but it was 40 minutes before they close. My experience was very uncomfortable due to having bothered someone so much just for simply requesting a sandwich which is the job that they applied for, was interviewed for and accepted when offered the position. Very unprofessional!

This place is always clean. The staff is always friendly and it never smells like seafood which is amazing I would say that Publix is far better experience overall than whole foods/ Aldi /trader Joe's/ Winn-Dixie Walmart local grocery stores ! All those other places can learn a lot from Publix.
