These days it’s few and far between when you find a business whose owners employees are so friendly, so helpful, and go above and beyond to earn these 5 stars. I’ve only taken my dogs here once and became a member the same day. Not only is everyone delightful but my pups came back looking great and smelling so good. Thanks Petbar plantation!!!

We & our energetic Golden Doodle, Whiskey, LOVE this place! The staff is so friendly and patient. I've taken him for baths to other locations and they always leave him half wet because he doesn't love the blower. It's clear they take their time and they always leave fully dry and handsome at every bath. Excellent deal for the monthly bath package! We will be trying out the grooming services sometime soon.

I had such a wonderful experience at PetBar today! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating - I was totally blown away by the quality of service. My mini Aussie Sydney had a great time and came out smelling great and so so soft! I will definitely bring her back here again and again. Thank you!!

We could not be happier with our first experience here. Petbar Plantation is officially our new pet spa. The location is clean and well kept and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Annie, our groomer, took her time to get to know us and confirm our needs and likes/dislikes before taking Bella back. The service took roughly an hour; She looked absolutely fabulous, and everything was done exactly as I asked. The biggest plus, there was no crying and desperation to leave at the end, which speaks volumes about the care she received in my absence. The pricing is fair and upfront, and there's also a monthly membership available. If you're looking for a groomer or pet spa, definitely give them a try.

So far the best grooming place my dog had ever been to. The welcoming owner and staff makes the experience even better!!! Place is amazing! Smells good and clean! Worth every penny you pay! Your dog will get luxurious service with genuine care... Offers membership that is affordable and practical! Will definitely come back soon... Oh! Legit comment... Above and beyond service, from the moment you walk in. It was my 1st time ever leaving my golden retriever at a groomer and I was not disappointed. My dog Barkley loved the groomer. They are very professional, she takes her time with the dog to make sure that they’re comfortable. overall wonderful experience and I’m very happy with the service and I would most definitely refer a friend. We took our 2 huge and very strong Golden Retrievers there who are 4 and 5 years old. This was their first time ever getting bathed professionally so we were very nervous. Louis, Paola and the entire staff there were so increadibly wonderful with our boys and with us. It was such a great experience and we will definitely be going back there. I highly recommend this place!!

Our first experience bathing our Misha at petbar was very exciting for us. Very easy to use and very clean area. Luis was very helpful in showing us how to use everything. They have everything you need to bathe your pet and dry them after.

My adorable little cockapoo hadn’t been groomed in over 10 weeks and was a hot mess. The groomer did an amazing job with dematting her fur and getting her brushed out and I was extremely happy with the results

He asked what I was looking for and copied my photo inspo. My Nala was happy when I picked her up from her first paw-pering day. They even added 2 cute bows to the service. I'm so happy! 😁

I took my 4 month old Labradoodle Chicken to PetBar for her first groom. When I first walked in I noticed the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. They introduced me to Sarah, the groomer that would be working with Chicken. Sarah spent a few minutes talking with me about the process and asked if there was anything I was specifically looking for with the groom. I was initially a little concerned with leaving her there as Chicken is a bit of, well a Chicken( not how we got her name but fitting) and she seemed a little skittish when we first walked in but she seemed comfortable with Sarah so she took her back to start the grooming and I left.When I returned I was a little early so I hung out waiting for them to finish and the staff again was very friendly and we had some general chit chat as I waited. At no time did I hear Chicken barking or upset. When she was done Sarah brought Chicken out and she looked like a completely different dog! Sarah took a few minutes to speak with me and go over everything she did and gave some suggestions about different things and we were all done.If you are looking to have your dog groomed I would definitely recommend booking an appointment with Sarah at PetBar, I am very pleased with Chickens experience with her and have already booked a return appointment.
