First time and I will never go back!!! The worst experience. I took my Yorkshire Terrier for Grooming and they just left him like a chihuahua. They found it easy to remove all the hair, including the hair on his head. I definitely don't recommend it.

A little ridiculous. It feels like they don’t want to work here. Was asking for help, and all the associates had a “pass the buck” attitude (maybe because it was Monday?).I went in for a grooming service for my Goldendoodle. The place was empty, but they went to tell me that my puppy needed updated rabies shot, 48 hour notice of reservation, etc, etc. it def felt like I was hearing (I don’t feel like doing anything today, so let me give you all these nonsense items that we need, so you can let me go back to me doing nothing).Store looks clean enough, but not sure if I would come back, as you can get better service delivered via chewy or even amazon.

Visited today to buy our new family member a crate; dog toys; food; leash; collar; name tag* & other essentials. I believe Gianna was our cashier’s name & she was a customer service super star! She recommended the Pets mart Puppy Guide for $20. and it saved $50!! So we came out ahead in savings on our total cost w the coupon book purchase and we can also utilize savings on future purchases… We put the crate together & pad, set up the dog dish & opened up the toy packages for our new little girl & it’s bliss. Store was well-organized & clean. The discount & cashier advise was valuable. I’m sure we’ll be regulars at this convenient location with ample parking. Thanks for helping Petsmart!* Seeing the name tag print (her birthdate on back) was super satisfying as the “clink” when it hit the depository was like an affirmation that this little Angel is ours. 🙌💜💙❤️ & ALL the hearts!Note: The only mild downsides were the lighting felt very harsh & personally way too “dialed up” for me & I had to wear my “sunglasses at night” & the dead & literally decomposed gold fish in aquarium/fish dept. was super nauseating but I enjoyed the fish tanks nonetheless.I recommend this pet store. 👍👍👍

This a a great pet store. The person working in the fish section let me pick all my baby goldfish- which a lot of pet stores won’t let you do because there are so many in one tank. I got a few beautiful koi fish too. All of the goldfish except for one survived, and the two koi are doing great.

I love taking my dog, Theo, to get groomed by Nia! She is so kind and gentle with him (he’s a big boy and not always the easiest to deal with) and does exactly what I ask. Nia is the best!

Pretty clean, organized, and have most things in stock. Didn’t have the size to the shirt for st. Patrick or the correct pricing on this toy but other than that definitely much better than other petsmart I’ve been to.

The one in Pinecrest is the worst when you go no smiles no greetings they had my dog for over 3 hrs the nails where not done she smell she was never giving a bath horrible

I just gonna say there is a man in the grooming department that shouldn't be not working with the public, the last time I book an appointment @ 5.00 pm, then hi called me around 1 pm, I was working and do no answer the phone, wen I rrived there with my dog and he confront me" I called you to come earlier" and I just answered that I was working then he continued to confront me " yeah but I leve you a message, I didn't answer to him but I was there @ 4.55pm, my appointment was @ 5.00pm.I think he got mad or something, maybe he wanted to go home earlier. The thin is that my poor doggy came out with that horrible cut, I swear 🤬. His name is Jose, so may sure to answer the phone to this man if you do want a decent cut for your pet.

The staff are racists and will diacriminate you if you do not speak perfect english. I was "assisted" by the assistant manager 'Quentin' and he was very rude. Since we went in him and anothee lady talked us odd and a little nasty and looked at me and my boyfriend odd as well. That is discrimination. I am taking this behavior as far as I can. You do not treat people like that.

As usual the staff was very helpful. The only complaint I have is that the company is skimping on bags for larger items, which affects those of us who can no longer rely on driving cars. Still, this is a reward for the store staff...

I have been going to PetSmart’s grooming salon for years and have gotten the same cut for my pomeranian. Until today, where it was NOT the same. I leave simple instructions each time to make sure there is no misunderstanding, despite of the same cut being done for years and my baby’s coat has been RUINED!!! No apology, no try to figure it out. No nothing. Petsmart has disappointed a loyal customer. You can never put a price on great workmanship and this was by far the worst experience and service my pet has received.If I could give a zero I would.

No one helped us when we got there for over 20min. When I finally decided to help myself (needed to get some tetra fishes), I was yelled at across the room asking did I needed any help. I said, "Yes, can someone help me?". I was yelled back that someone will help me in a few minutes. 10mintues goes by, I can see the employees that are there not even doing anything talking among themselves while looking over at me. Lucky I was with my kid and wife, because this type of treatment does not well with me.

Yesterday I made a online order using the black Friday code and the only delivery option was trough doordash so I took it. Came home today to the wrong items and decided to give them a call and inform them that I got the wrong items but then the service representative I spoke to said that basically that I made the wrong order and they were not at fault even though of course I have it on my receipt that I bought this item not that ones delivered and not only did she argue with me saying that I'm the one that made the wrong order she then pushed to say that it's my fault for making an order through doordash when clearly I made the order through them and what she wanted to do was to give me my money back and have me place another order and miss out on the Black Friday deal. When I told her that wasn't a viable option for me she pretty much cut me off put me on hold for like a good 5-10 minutes then her manager came on the line and both of them were not friendly and proceeded to say that this kind of thing happens when I place orders through doordash when clearly which I explain to the manager again that I did not place the order through doordash, I placed it through them.the manager then was like oh then you must return the order to doordash and I was like wait a minute I never made an order through doordash. It took them too long to even comprehend that I made the order through them, then like a couple minutes later I came to the store to get my rightful order and the manager came and was pretty much like make them stand aside so I can give them their items with an attitude and then he came with my items on a cart, practically push the cart in my direction and to top it off he gave me open items and walked off so if you're shopping at this store do not expect a good customer experience because these employees are rude and unhelpful.

This is the best place for grooming! Nia is absolutely amazing with my 80lb goldendoodle boy. She greets him like if he was hers, always with tons of love. I don’t know what I would do without Nia.

We had our puppy groomed for her second cutting. I am extremely happy with the beautiful cut she received from Natasha. She was patient with Luna and Luna looks so great. We also had her in couple weeks ago for just bathing and dry with Hannah and again extremely happy. We get her express service which works out well. Everyone seems very caring.

Dee was such an amazing groomer for my little dog! She was very friendly and made sure to break down everything they were doing. Quick service in the morning, too, and she was ready to pick up in about an hour.Yda loved it! Make sure you ask for Dee for your appointment.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROOMING SERVICE!! I took my dog to get her hair trimmed and she came out looking as if she had ripped her hair out herself with her teeth - some parts were long, some short and some shaved - and all in a random way. She was not matted at all since she gets weekly baths and daily brushing so there was no need or authorization for shaving. Additionally in her 13 years, she has NEVER come out any groomers (or even the vet) whimpering and shaking except from this location. If you want this quality of service perhaps it would be less traumatizing for you dog for you to grab some scissors and attempt to cut their hair blindfolded. Additionally I did not authorize a nail trim because my dog has long nail beds and needs special consideration when it’s done - and even then they cut them too short.

My dog just went for a grooming today, and somehow they hurt him in his ear, it seems like a deep cut. They paid for the revision in the pet hospital however this is not a professional service. Not recomendable.
