If you need dog food this is the place to go easy to get in easy parking they have all different types of dog food and dog treats from the most reasonable to the most expensive and all healthy for the dog so if your dog is having trouble eating food this is the place to go to give it a try they’re very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you figure out what’s the best for your type of dog I think they have three locationsI went to the location in Pines and was very pleased with the service that I received give it a try you’ll be very happy I’ve been using Chewy and that was nothing but a disaster And by the way they also have cat food Gina gave great Knowledgeable service and really knows to help your animals with the proper food and nutrition

Location has a great selection of food for our pets. However, the employees are super lazy. Every time I come in they never ask if I need help with anything. They just stand at the counter waiting to ring me up. Even when I buy large bags of food they never offered to help me even get it out of the pile of other bags or open the door for me at least so I can get it to my car. Went in today and asked an employee about a specific food they had that had multiple different formulas. When I asked what was a popular Or recommended the kid didn’t even leave the counter across the room to help. He just said (from across the room) “they’re all pretty popular just depends on what your dog likes.” Didn’t even try to ask questions about my pet to try to recommend something that would be good for them or give suggestions. I’ve been to other natural dog food stores And the assistance I receive is 10 times better than anything I’ve gotten at this location. I have continued to come because it’s closer to my home but I will make the journey to the other company’s store in the future.

I really like this store a lot!! It has amazing good quality food for our animals and every time I go Gina, one of the employees who work there is very kind and amazing to me! She knows a lot about what to give to our dogs and cats who are struggling with eating there food. You can always count on her for help when you need it! 10/10 I recommend!

I love coming here to get the best products for my pets. Gina is awesome everything I come! She gives me an overview of the products and helps me pick out options for my kittens. Her personal suggestions are always the best and my cats actually love them. The costumer service here is better than at any other mayor pet store. Most employees doesn’t usually take the time with such attention to help you find what your need but Gina always goes above and beyond.

My puppy loves coming here , the wide range of natural pet food is great and the customer service is wonderful. I was traveling 25 minutes for my dogs food not knowing this store was 5 minutes from my house and I wont go anywhere else. It’s clean and fully stocked all the time. The gentleman in the front is super helpful, always answers questions and seems to really care how my pup is liking her food and or treats. When my baby didn’t like a new treat I bought, I called the store and he said come right in and he would help me find another option for her. I give them 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are great! I’ve been bringing my pup for the last 3 years to get her teeth cleaned. She always leaves with a smile on her face. Her teeth always come out sparkling and they are so good at telling you about any problems they notice while cleaning her teeth.

First time in seven years that our dog got her teeth cleaned as we always thought you needed anesthesia. The after results were amazing!! Beyond words! Worth it. And now our little girl has clean/ fresh breath. Staff was super friendly. Thank you guys for a phenomenal experience.

My puppy has recently developed an eating disorder and it has been extremely hard to find a food he actually likes. I came into the store hopeless. Gina, the associate working that day saw how frustrated I was and gave me suggestions on what I should try. It worked!! My puppy is eating and he loves it!! I can’t thank Gina enough, she is so knowledgeable in what she does and so kind and was extremely empathetic. I was hesitant to come into the store at first because I never really liked the one on University. This was my first time going to this location and I will definitely be returning! Thank you Gina!!!!

My husband and I are very impressed. We usually shop at other less desirable pet shops because acana is hard to find. But we stumbled into this place on a grocery run. We went in and wow. Beautiful store, beautiful atmosphere, clean floors, everything is clean and well organized. All the nutritionists are sweet and knowledgeable, this is our family's new food store. We will tell all our friends

This is a cool spot to get high quality natural dog food and treats. The staff person, Talia, was friendly and really helpful when it came to selecting the most appropriate food for my dog. I recommend Natural K9 as a go-to place for healthy dog food and treats. My dog also gave it two paws up 👍

I would give 0 stars if I could.They're frozen food is old and has been in the freezer for months on top of that it's been defrosted and and frozen again. It's meat, this is not good. "The food doesn't move", says the manager, "so we keep it till it sell out".Great to know. Hope this is helpful. I have a cat who eats all raw and I went to the store 4 times over in 2 months and brought this to the attention of the workers...now I'm just feed up. I will travel across town to Auggie' Doggies where I know they care enough to not over order. So people are just in it for the money.

I would give zero stars if I could. I am so upset with these people. First they lie to me and tell me they processed me a refund, then they offer to order the food for my pet and I even help the lady by showing her a picture of the exact food I need. They order the wrong food and try to blame it on me lol when I explicitly said I need an all grains inclusive food for my dogs as per my vet. They claim we don’t have that food in the system, which of course and that is why you asked to order it for me!To add to it my husband goes to pick up the rest of the order and is then charged again even though I apparently have a “store credit” which should’ve been a refund as promised previously but all of a sudden they say they can’t. Everyone at that store is lost. They have no idea whats going on and now my pet doesn’t have her food on time. Ridiculous

I'm so happy they opened a new location much closer to me than the Davie location! I've been a loyal customer for a good while now and they always have excellent knowledgeable staff with friendly customer service. My only complaint is that their sign isn't big enough, so if you haven't been there before, you could have trouble finding it. I had to call, my first time visiting the Pines location, because I couldn't find the store!

Prices are lower than major pet stores and great staff. Just walked in 2 minutes before closing and was greeted as warmly as if I was their first customer of the day. I called 5 minutes AFTER CLOSING with a question and got no answer so I hung up. No problem they were closed. They called me back immediately!! And apologized for missing the call. Amazing customer service.

5/13/19 I went into Natural K9 to buy my doggy some food. When it was time to pay, the total came to $42.78. As I was counting my cash, I only had $42.77. The cashier Nicholas WOULD NOT let me purchase the items because I was one penny short.After writing this review the owner of the company reached out to me and gave me the product on him. I thought that was very professional of him and because of that I will go back!! Thank you Sal!! You will see me again!!!
