I love the organization of the store! The nice floral arrangements as you walk in are really a show stopper. All the staff are nice and there is a wide range of food options as well. In particular, I want to mention Javarious in the deli area. He let me know that he was new to the position but still managed to do a good job at preparing my sandwich I asked for. He's doing good at staying calm and taking his time instead of rushing under pressure. I know working in the deli can be quite overwhelming sometimes, especially when you are new and have to figure it out by yourself when it gets busy. I was very pleased with my sandwich and the customer service and I will definitely be coming back!

Very clean, bright and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food appears to live up to its name, Fresh. There are a variety of prepared foods, from pizza, sushi, salads, hot dishes, and a coffee bar. While not the least expensive grocery store, you can find some very good deals and the quality is worth it.10/15/22: I am still very happy with the Fresh Market grocery store. The quality of the products of outstanding, IMHO.It is nice that they have specials that repeat on the same day of every week. So you know on Thursdays you can get a Bistro meal (a protein and two sides ) or a take and bake pizza (choosing from pepperoni, Greek, sausage and cheese and more) for $6 each. There are other deals on other days of the week, and they have a traditional sales flyer whose items change each week and items that are on sale all month long.Check it out.12/17/22;. Just a heads upThe bistro meals have been currently discontinued. I hope that they return after the holidays.But, speaking of holidays, the Fresh Market has filled the store with oh so many holiday items to choose from. And I can say the pre-ordered holiday meal I ordered for Thanksgiving was delicious. Dinner was made so much easier going this route.3/18/24: while there are still many wonderful amazing things to pick from at the fresh market, I'm only going there these days for their amazing deal on ground chuck. Go on Tuesday, every week, and the ground chuck is $3.99 a pound. It is always very fresh and has a great flavor. #CarnivoreI did pick up a couple of gorgeous orchids as a gift and some very well received cakes for a housewarming party.

The Fresh Market in Palm Beach Gardens had their grand opening last week. I was very excited to attend this event, I love to cook and I’m always looking for new places to shop.They had staff greeting customers as we arrived and registering them on the company website. I had already registered, the very friendly greeter handed me a bag with a surprise gift card and welcomed me to the store.There were two young ladies from the Palm Beach Symphony playing lovely music in the flower section of the store. Very nice touch that added a touch of elegance to the event.I headed for the produce section and unfortunately, did not select anything. As mentioned, I love to cook and I’m quite familiar with the price of good produce. These prices were much too high.I continued to walk throughout the store as did most other customers. The meat and seafood departments were amply stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great meal. Again….way overpriced.Great selection of wines, pastas, sauces, pre-cooked meals, etc. The coffee section is incredible. You can grind your selection of coffee right in the store. Bakery section can make you gain five pounds just by looking at it. Gorgeous.I finished my shopping and headed to the cashier. To my surprise, the gift card was for $25. I paid for my groceries as the cashier put the bags in my cart and I headed home.When I arrived at home, I realized she had left one of my bags with four items behind. I was very disappointed, called the store and went back the next day to recover the items.Overall score:Store look and layout: OutstandingSelection of merchandise: OutstandingFriendliness of staff: 50/50. Some were incredibly helpful and friendly, some not so much. Especially the cashier who kept one of my bags.Pricing: Ouch. Check your competitors, Fresh Market. I drove three hours from Orlando to land right into your parking lot, hunting for flowers for my baby sister's 30th Birthday.I was kindly assisted by Ms Ashley in combing two different colors (pink & white). I found out the florist had departed for the day already... but, she combined, pruned, AND WRAPPED my sister's flowers all so generously and swiftly, while gracing the enter floral section with her kindness and positive energy.She really made a big moment so special for my family and I and I hope she's recognized for her willingness to drop what she's doing and assist me with a smile. :)

Is it weird that my new hangout is going to be Fresh Market? I could nerd out with the coffee guys alone for hours. This place is truly outstanding. If you eat food, you should def shop here. Prepared foods are so fresh. I got some of the wings and brussel sprouts and was really happy with the freshness and flavors. Those hot wings are hot!! We sampled some of the coffees, and had a really nice time. Oh, and the flowers are AMAZING!

Really Appreciate Good Customer Service!!! Had to get green / brown cupcakes last minute for an Irish theme party. Cupcakes were beautifully decorated by Beverly and Cielo the Bakery Manager was so helpful and assured me that her team was able to do it! Great team, very friendly and helpful.

I went in to grab coffee and matcha tea, not only were the drinks fantastic… Shannen was even better. She was very helpful making selections and provided nice insights to any questions as well as super nice. Overall great experience.Thank you and highly recommended!

Went to Deli to purchase hot food. Was in a hurry there was a bit of a wait. I was feeling frustrated by the time I was helped. Caleb waited on me he made my wait worth while. He was kind, funny, and understanding of my frustration. He took care to make sure I was served quickly and precise I am appreciative of his attitude and attention to details when preparing my food.

I have been shopping at Fresh Markets in Tennessee for years and am so happy they opened one near me. The store is beautiful and the customer service was amazing. They have a full coffee bar with smoothies etc and their selection of coffee to purchase is impressive to say the least.

Please do something with your register people. They slow as a molasses. My husband spent 20 min by the register and was jumping from one register to another but still couldn’t get serviced . As much as this store is nice, he said it’s a last time he went there and all because people you hire also on Florida time.

I recently ordered the Valentine's day meal for two which was supposed to be 2 uncooked fillet mignon meals. What I got was one crab cake meal and one fillet mignon meal. I waited 15 minutes to be helped but just got a "we are very busy" reponse on both occasions. Finally the 3 of us that were waiting were met with our food packages. Two of us pointed out that there were incorrect names on the receipts in the bag, but the person said "they are all the same" so we paid and left. I was not highly distressed at the mix up, but we pity the other person who got our two steaks and no crab cakes. Undoubtedly a Valentines day disapointment for someone, particularly if they did not eat meat.My advice is to open the sealed paper wraps and inspect what you have before you leave. The staff member seemed stressed, but this is certainly the type of occasion where staff should pay special attention to getting things right. Sans these issues the review would be 5 stars.I like this place particularly for the fresh cooked meals. Going to try the raw coffee bean purchase if it's affordable because we love fresh coffee.

While shopping at the PGA Fresh Market I saw Devon making a pizza and decided that would be our dinner!!! Devon was a great example of customer service at it's Best! Friendly, Courteous and helpful!!! Another reason to continue shopping at Fresh Market!!! Thanks Devon!!!

Had the Valentine Dinner for my birthday Feb 12th. The chateau briande was excellent, tender, flavorful, and we followed the cooking instructions with filets coming out perfect. The rosemary mashed potatoes were great as was the asparagus. The chocolate covered strawberries were a terrific end to our meal. The roses look so beautiful in our living room. I keep my Fresh Market bags as so pretty and sturdy. They last for years. Who could ask for anything more. This was a wonderful birthday/Valentine meal at home. So grateful we could have a wonderful meal and not have to deal with crowds or traffic. The Fresh Market staff were helpful and did a great job. Thank you Fresh Market!

Absolutely amazing location and staff. Got to meet Roman, Michael, and Andrew. All looking to see if I needed help. Michael gave a great introductory on the amazing coffee roasting machine. Never seen anything like it. Everything is fresh, clean, and inviting. I will certainly be back here more often

High quality, higher prices. The fresh market spent beaucoup bucks remodeling this store and it shows. The store is clean and impeccably laid out. They carry things you can't buy at other places. The coffee bar has a great selection and is well run even for a store that just opened. There is another foods market in town that can't keep their coffee bar open. I hope this one will be successful because I will be there regularly. All in all it provides a good choice for shopping locally even if that choice is priced a bit higher. We'll see how the sales prices are.

Disappointed that you don’t have no sugar added pastries or other no sugar added items. Many gluten free are available for people who need gluten free diets. Seems you could do similar for people w diabetes

Even if you're a good valued employee they still treat you like garbage be aware.DO NOT WORK HERE! their management is absolutely horrific they are not fair and Roman Perez is a terrible employer, Treating all of his employees like they're not human beings Almost as if their animals! he also does not like to give raises to people! Please steer clear of this business you do not want to work for them! I used to work there and a lot of the employees could 100% agree Agree that he abuses his workers mentally as well!

Genuinely I love this place. Welcoming environment and never had a bad experience. I’ve shopped here for InstaCart customers but the customer service, the prices, the product selections and the fresh food is what made me a customer here myself. The Fresh Market, Palm Beach Gardens is an absolutely stunning store! Very clean and well stocked with organic and non-organic foods. Delicious coffee shop located inside the store. The coffee was very satisfying and delicious. Pick your own pastries from the bakery. There is an ample outdoor seating area with umbrellas to shield you from the sun.Just next to Midtown.I highly recommend a visit.

I love shopping at my local branch of the Fresh Market, however my online experience has been miserable. They've recently allied with Uber Eats, but the source store offered is in another state! I'm no novice at computer finagling, but I can't get the store changed and of course it's "too far for delivery". DUH! And there's no phone number to contact, not even an email address.
