The store itself is great. A lot of good organization ideasThe sales person was not very nice. It was a very intimidating experience between insisting we have a cart (so we don't break anything) to expressing that she hoped we did not attempt to climb up shelves to reach product. We are both responsible adults. The reprimanding treatment was very unnecessary.

The inventory at this store is so low on containers. They need to have inventory for containers if they want to be a container store.

There must be a hundred thousand boxes in this store! Just kidding … but the variety and sheer number of storage solutions is astonishing. The well organized, well maintained displays get the creative gears rolling. Unfortunately, many items are priced on the high side and available for less, elsewhere. There is the occasional perfect find, though. And the occasional perfect salesperson with enough confidence to break out in song … in a very good way … yes, made my day. Real people work here.

There is a Military Discount Display posted right by the register. I purchased only two items. I had never seen this display before. I had a gift card for part of it. Had to pay the remainder on a credit card. I asked during the transaction how much is the Military Discount and can I show you my id to get the discount? The cashier said you can't apply it since I started. But the cashier gave me back the gift card she said, in case I needed to return any item as the return amount would be put back on the gift card in the future. So why not cancel the sale before it is final or make it final and then return the amount to the gift card. Then do a re-do for the sale like it was in the future then? Either way the cashier wouldn't help to apply the Military Discount before I paid and completed the sale. Home Depot helps you during, at the beginning or just before the end. In fact Home Depot will return the items and refund the difference at a later date with your receipt. I only was purchasing two items. Costco has many items along with Target some of them the same brand. The customer service at The Container Stores we visited has not been about help.

Worst customer service! Love the products but there’s this manager her name is Tracy I saw her name tag so I know it’s her for sure. Literally screaming at customers including me because we didn’t stand in a line?! You kidding me. We are not children and I know that the company didn’t train her to scream at customers.. it’s unbelievable. I don’t give out reviews but this the only way to let people know to basically be careful with this manager.

Really love this store! Always in here lately getting my apartment organized. Anything organization related they got you covered. That part 5/5. The reason why I put 3 stars was that I wish the rewards program was explained properly to me and it seems to change every time I come in. I asked since I was legitimately confused and the cashier didn’t understand the program either (most likely cause he was new and if so I don’t hold that against him whatsoever) However, he asked for an older woman to come over and explain it to me, she did not explain it well and she got rude and agitated at the fact that I told her that she was ambiguous. Then was extremely rude to me and had a really bad attitude. Everyone else there is extremely nice and friendly every time I come. So I don’t understand what was that lady’s problem was. She seemed in a rush cause it was the end of the day. Dunno if I want to even go back now because of her.

My sister and I have never decided whether we were cheap or frugal, but we'd like to think a mix of both...which is where The Container Store comes in handy. It's the deluxe inspiration store for organization areas in your home, perhaps not large furniture scale, but kitchen to office, etc. Pricey, in many items, but offer great alternatives too. I bought a mango slicer/scooper & a wire tie system I hadn't seen before that just looks incredible for any wiring job, oyrs is for our boat, in fact! Great place to gone& even shop on-line.

I recently purchased closet systems at the Palm Beach Gardens location. Kat and Don were amazing. They followed through in every aspect, were knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Kat's follow up with my design options was amazing. They should both be commended for their excellent customer service. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

I needed custom closet design help and ultimate intallation at a house in New Jersey while residing here in Florida. I went to the lLegacy store in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and met with very professional and enthusiastic young lady named Hailey who deserves more than 5 stars for helping me in planning the layout for the space, coordinated the transfer of the order to the Cherry Hill store in and with that coordination had the 2 closets fully installed this past week. To say that I could not have done this without Hailey would be an understatement. Although we had to make some changes as we went along, Hailey never lost her cool, and her response with every new hurdle was a simple "No Problem". Her professionalism is exemplary, her desire to assure a successful and mutually satisfactory sale is fantastic. Unfortunately the fact that The Container Store outsources many of its cogs in the wheels of delivery, installation, as well as the Help desk, created frustrations that could really be avoided. Yet Hailey was always ready to help smooth out the bumps, none of them of her making.I am thrilled that I opted to use The Container Store to complete my 2 walk-in closets at a remote location, thanks primarily to Hailey. I have been in management for 5 decades, and know that it is the training and employee support that deliver a satisfactory sale, and Hailey exemplifies an outstanding employee.

Good selection of products, but when I went to check out the clerk, Gwendolen, asked me 5 times to sign up, which I didnt want to. Her tone changed to irritation and shoved my receipt in the bag and didnt even say thanks or have a good day or anything. She must get bonuses on sign ups. I won't be shopping there again!

Its a strange place, and no doubt a very profitable one. While its a great place to go for ideas, its not a good place to buy in most cases. My general response to most items is "wow this is made like sh**" and "who in their right mind would pay that much?" Its nice that they set out to organize peoples lives, but really it comes across as milking sheep.

Incomplete inventory, even when their computer says an item is in stock. Staff tried their best to be helpful, but even then, the item sold would not be in stock for 2 months. The floor model is not available for purchase... but "you can order online".

I usually love the Container Store, but they lose a star because curbside pickup is a mess of an afterthought — the messages are confusing, and when I came to the store one employee after another told me that my order wasn’t there and didn’t exist. They finally found the order, but it was a big item and I shudder to think what would have happened if it was small. I’ll come here again but not for curbside.

I ordered a $9 food container online. The company charged $9 for shipping. 2 hours later I tried to cancel because it was the wrong size. The company's customer service representative said it was already in shipping department for processing and it could not be canceled, and it was going to take 10 days to ship it. They said for me to return it I would have to pay return shipping. The customer service representative told me I should have ordered it correctly. Is this customer service? I guess I would have expected this from an online retailer in 2004, not 2020. During this pandemic most companies are offering free shipping and returns. Really container store? I think you can do better.

Shopping for me is usually a chore. I just get what I need and leave as fast as I can. Going to the Container Store, however, is actually fun. I walked every isle and found lots of things that I could put to use. Great place to find practical gifts too.

The staff here is very helpful. And they don't work on commission which makes it a little easier to pop in and out as we are creating some closet spaces and have visited several times.
