I came in with a return with the original receipt. I did not have the original card as my identity was stolen and had to have the card cancelled. The worker was very rude and told me I could only get a gift card. If that’s the company policy that is fine, but she completely lacked empathy. I decided to ask for the manager and was very polite about it. The manager WAS EVEN MORE RUDE AND NASTY. She spoke on all other companies and said no other company accepts returns without the original form of payment. I had just left petco to return an item and they gave me cash no problem with the receipt without the card that I payed with. She told me no other company would do that and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I asked if there is any thing she could do as my identity was stolen and Barley had any money for gas to make it home, once again she showed no empathy and was condescending and acted almost happy to turn me down.I have included a picture of Petco giving me cash for my return. Go to petco instead they will treat you much better. I called the store to complain as well and the manager decided to harass me and continue to call my telephone number. THE MANAGERS NAME WAS SALLY. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH. HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A PET STORE!!!

I love the palm beach gardens Petsmart. I usually only order online for my items through them. Unfortunately something went wrong with my order as I didn't receive my items today. I called the palm beach gardens location and spoke with a lady named Autum. She was very helpful overall and was willing to help to see what was going on. I called back because I couldn't make it in. And asked her to check if they are fully stalked before placing another order. To my surprise she mentioned all the bulbs that they did have and stock also double checked to make sure she grabbed the right one that I was asking for. Her customer service skills are AWESome 👏 and I'm definitely pleased with everything over all. Hopefully my order will be here tomorrow. Thank you once again Autum for your great customer service. I called a happy customer and left and happier customer

The store has so many supplies and choices. The staff is so helpful. I want to give a big shout out to Blissful Belly by Blue Buffalo, it helped with my cat's stomach issues.

Don't get your dogs groomed here. They take FOREVER to check you in. And even when you get the nail trim, teeth cleaning, etc they don't do it.... terrible location

Melissa was a fantastic pet groomer. We have a small white MaltesePoodle and she gave him the most amazing looking trim. We are very happy and we will be back with Oliver. Thank you.

Possibly the worst grooming experience I've ever had. We took our seven-year-old Schnauzer in for a grooming and wash, we got call 4 hours later. They had half groomed him and didn't bother to wash him. So at the end of the day they sent him home saying he was too troublesome and the groomer got stressed out.Abismal!

I just had the best experience with two gentlemen associates in this store. The cat food shortage is no joke, and I had found some cans of the food my cat likes. One of the gentlemen told me he had one more can and got it for me. He also brought back smaller cans and asked me if I wanted those. I did, and he brought them up. They were both friendly and went above and beyond to help me. This is a great location with excellent associates. They care about their customers and their fur friends. I will definitely be going back.

This is the best PetSmart in the area. The store is clean, spacious and bright. The staff is nice and helpful. Puppy classes were great!The grooming department needs improvement! The bather is never the one previously selected while booking. It seems it's alway a new inexperienced employee that does not fully complete our requests. I stopped taking my dog there for baths, but I still go there for all my shopping.

spencer is the absolute best!! he seriously made my day and is so funny. me and my sister left laughing out the door!! he was very helpful and made sure to hold the dog food i called about which was amazing. He needs a reward of some kind!! He also is very knowledgeable about products for flea and tick treatments!! THE BEST I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK FOR HIM!

Very helpful people.our first time here with our dogs for grooming..makes u a little nervous.. the girls were so nice to us, you can see they are dog lovers. I watched one of the groomers just loving on a little nervous dog to help calm it down. They did a wonderful job and the dogs loved them. They ask a lit of questions about the dogs before you start .I liked that caring a lot.thank you guys.very good prices with great caring service

I've taken my 13 year old Labrador here twice now for a pedicure/nail grinding and have had a very good experience. The staff greeted us promptly, took my dog quickly and did a good job. I like walking around the store while they do her treatment, they are well stocked and I can usually find something to buy for my dog or cat (toys, treats or food) while I'm waiting. Since my dog suffers with arthritis in her hip, the way they seem to handle her is very kind and she's not scared or nervous.

I've been visiting this Petsmart since they opened mainly for my aquarium when there were no other shops around and love their service. The staff were courteous to help load my 75 gallon aquarium and stand into my car.

Alex in Palm Beach Gardens was great - personable and professional, he did a fantastic job grooming my (notoriously difficult) dog and she behaved very well with him. She was ready in a reasonable time frame and the price was more than fair.

Be aware that vendor reps are present in this store. If someone approaches you asking if you need help or is just chatting you up, make sure they are a PetSmart associate. Vendor reps may try to steer you away from a product you're interested in just to sell you their company's product! Blue Buffalo is one of the companies that did that to me. I was looking for a HEALTH product when a Blue Buffalo rep tried to steer me away saying their dog food was better than the probiotic product I was looking at! I find that unconscionable. Actual PetSmart staff in this store are very good, just be sure that's who is "helping" you. Store is otgerwise clean & well maintained.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!! LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!The store itself is always well kept and always seems to have what we are looking for. This rating is for the grooming department. I have NOT been happy with the results of my dog getting groomed the past couple of times. I have a chocolate labradoodle who is trained very well, and is also very friendly and loves people. The most recent time I dropped him off (which was today) he was dodging his head away from the groomer (who he's been groomed by 3 times prior) when she was trying to pet him and he clearly didn't want to go with her (which has NEVER happened before). My dog LOVES getting pet so this was very odd behavior for him. He was running away from her as she tried to put on his leash, which he has also never done. We also had a very specific shave we wanted to have him all around shaved down short because it's getting hotter outside. When we went to go pick him up she did not shave his ears or his tail which we made her aware we wanted shaved, which she never seems to do it when we bring him. We paid $100.00 for her not to listen to how we wanted him cut(which she's done the past couple of times)she doesn't listen and cuts him how she thinks will look good. Which isn't what we pay for. We have also been told to go to the vet to put him under anesthesia to cut his quiks in his nails because they are too long and its harder to cut. Who recommends putting a dog under unnecessary anesthesia so it's easier for them to do their job that we are paying them for..? After getting home and examining his haircut we noticed he had a big cut on his ear that she didn't mention because she seems to conveniently go on break when we pick him up the past couple of times. Considering my dogs behavior and the cut on his ear we were not informed about I will NEVER get my dog groomed here again and I WILL make sure my family and friends know not to go here as well.

This place is beautiful! They have perfectly stocked shelves and the animal enclosures are immaculate. The manager went out of her way to help us find our specialized dog food. Their rewards program is also better than Petco because they don't make you self load your rewards, it's all done automatically at the register. This will be our new go to pet store for our dog, rabbit, guinea pig and fish!

I take my dog for specialized grooming which the groomer claimed she knew how to do.At the end, nothing like what it was supposed to be. Messed up my dog's looks which i have to bear with for a few months till i am able to get it done by someone who knows. Groomers at petsmart just know how to shave a dog, not capable of doing specialized cuts. Also, got some caesar wet dog food. Each container had liquidy excess water (a sign it is gone bad).

The store is always nice and clean. And easy to get ahold of someone for help in store or via phone. But last time I took my dog in to get groomed. I witnessed the groomer being a little rough while shaving another dog. The lady had her back to me and the other one gave her a weird look like 'customer is here youre being watched'. Then not paying attention not to just my dog. But another dog choking itself on the leash while getting mine. I would expect the department next door with dog training to give some pointers. Or to train the grooming department on handling dogs. But maybe she wasnt having a good day. My dog was coughing like someone was tugging him on the leash for awhile. Its been couple days and this isnt that kennel cough noise :(. This isnt the first time either with him sounding like this while coming back. We have him on advanced leash training as well as off leash training. But it is the first time ive witnessed one of the ladies there be slightly rougher than I would like. Please be nicer to the dogs we also tip well. And my dog doesnt want to get into the car when its about that time to go get groomed/bathed as of past 6 months. I think its because of a recent couple experience at the Petsmart in Alton. We will continue to use only one of the ladies there instead of just anyone. Thank you

On Friday I took my dog to PetSmart grooming salon off Donald Ross Rd and went with the first person available at 12:30pm bc his regular sweetheart of a groomer moved too far for us to take him to her.Tina was who the PetSmart app listed as the first available (later I learned that she is the new salon manager!). She called me about 9:30-9:45am to ask if I could bring him in at 10am bc she had a family emergency and needed to leave at 12:30pm.When I arrived just shortly after 10am, Tina was checking in another dog (typically the groomer doing the service checks their guest in themselves bc they have to do an assessment).We then went over the assessment with my dog. I expressed to her that he has an umbilical hernia and the matting is his tail was pretty bad and his sani areas needed TLC, we also discussed the length of “4”. She mentioned he had some “goop” in his eyes and I told her he likes to stick his face in something in the backyard (plus all dogs get tears).When I picked him up around 1pm, I paid for the $65 service and tipped $10cash in the little envelope they provide, inspected his body for hotspots, and walked out to the car. In the car I noticed his eye and immediately walked back in and the young lady who checked us out said, “uh oh! What’s wrong??” AS SOON AS she saw us. I spoke with Valeree, who is a manager. She called Banfield at Jupiter to let them know I was bringing him in. After his FOUR HOUR vet visit (he hates going there) it was determined he had what looked to be “cherry eye”. I spoke with Valeree over the phone after speaking with the vet and she didn’t seem to want to be very helpful. I asked for my money back and she asked if I wasn’t satisfied with the haircut. 🤯MY BABY WAS INJURED IN THEIR SALON!! It doesn’t matter if I’m satisfied with the haircut!!His eye DID NOT look like that before getting groomed! I even called his old groomer at her new location to double check if she’d ever noticed it before. She said no. Everyone is always so obsessed with his colored eyes and NO ONE has ever asked what happened to his eye prior to this visit!!I truly feel this is the result of someone who RUSHED bc she had two dogs to groom in basically two hours. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted Tina to take care of my fur baby and she hurt him!! I don’t know if his inner eye lid is ever going to go back in place.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!!!!
