I used to come to this location for years. I stopped going due to some rude staff. I recently started going again and the store has done a complete turn around. It’s so clean and organized. All new staff and they are so great! They always approach every customer. The one girl Sam I believe helped me so much with my dogs food. She showed me her favorite products and what she feeds her animals. I really appreciate how she took the extra mile to spend time to help me. She is so knowledgeable about products they sell. Just because of her I’m giving the store a second chance and I’m so happy about it!

Pet supermarket is our family's choice store for our pets. We have 3 large dogs and we go through a lot of bagged foods and treats. We particularly like the rewards program and credit for money spent. We get usually two large bags of food for free a year. Helps put a lot. They usually have friendly people working at their locations. I had the opportunity to talk to their customer service and was so impressed with Crystal. She took care of any and all questions I had and we laughed on the phone like we are friends. Amazing feeling. We need more human touch in all things. We appreciate Pet Supermarket doing just that. We are loyal customers and will continue to support this company.

I actually have made two trips over the last four days. I have to I was very pleased with my overall visit. First visit; I needed syringe and baby bird formula and they not only had both but the price was dramatically low enough to mention. But not only that the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Sec.visit; I felt bad they close at 7pm sun evening and I managed to arrive at 650,I try to never do that,but it couldn't be helped. after a long day and you just want to go home. You would not expect friendly patient employees. Not saying that is okay but more than not you find that. Well that staff (I believe 4) were just that. So I want to make sure I say thank you for being so great and helpful.

This store used to be run down and unorganized, recently I went in 2x to get an emergency bag of kitten food And then later to get a litter box and litter and I didn’t recognize the store or a single employee! The store looks amazing and way more organized. The staff is nice! Sam is just amazing and filled with info. She sold me what seems to be a great food and helped me with giving me info on how to take care of a kitten. I am telling my friends to come here and shop because they also have a program to get a free bag of cat food After every 10 bags you buy! Thay also have cats for adoption with Peggy Adams so that’s a plus.from what it used to be to now it’s really been turned around.

I never found this pet supply place to have anything I ever needed for my dog. The prices are ridiculously high, even on a place mat. Never even found a toy or for that matter, help here. The salespeople will let you wander around aimlessly and not help unless you particularly beg them to ask a question. I only went here to by sweet potato fries for my dog and they were the least healthy variety possible.

This store is extremely small, with poor selection and service. The staff are uninformed, rude and condescending. They don't seem to know anything when asked about products and recommendations, nor do they know their own company policies. I've wandered around aimlessly before, and never been asked if I needed help. Prices are also far higher than Petco and PetSmart. There have also been numerous instances where I've found expired food still sitting on their shelves. I won't be shopping here anymore.

The buzzed cut girl who works here was basically stalking my family and I as we were inquiring about the small pets. Every move we made she would somehow come from the back or go to the back, never emerging with anything. So it want as if she was trying to work in the store. She profiled us and we happily left the establishment and were patrons to their Competitor. Mind you we were their Only customers in the store. So buyer beware!

I’ve been coming here for years! I give the store 4 stars due to some of the staff such asZ, xaviar, maddie I believe. the store has a great selection of products and those 3 staff are very friendly and funny at most times when working together. They flow well with the work dynamic and I appreciate the fact that they always help and make time for me and my whole family. I try to go at nights only due to the morning staff being somewhat rude. The morning crew needs to really start caring more about the customer and their pet. I talk about my dog and cat and fish and they get irritated about it. They get fed up easily and you can tell by the look on the blond ones face. She gets frustrated and rolls her eyes or just stands there with a blank expression. The other manager is there at night sometimes too but she has blue tips and is very friendly but still sometimes has a rude tendency here and there. Xaviar is a good fish expert and has extreme knowledge with any aquatic animal. Blond girl is good with productsBlue tipped girl is good with reptiles I’ve discovered.Everyone else is just friendly and funny and compassionate. If you need reptile or fish help go in the morning time. If you want a good experience and a warm welcoming environment go at night when the 2 girls are working together! All in all it’s a great store very clean and very well maintained. Could use some new fish and rats though as they’ve been out for 2 weeks

They were extremely helpful & friendly...also with the staff recommendations for Christmas sale items we walked out with a ton of presents for our puppy for less than $12.00! What a steal....all other stuff very fairly priced!

This place has the best prices over any other pet store in town. Good variety. People who care about their customers and their pets. Has everything one needs. Sincere, helpful, people👍

The fish tanks were over crowded and most of them had a couple of dead fish that looks like they have been there for a while. And there betta fish air set up looks like it wasn't working correctly. Some of them look like they weren't getting any air. They did have a couple of nice fish

Not impressed with their selection of products or prices. They don't carry my brand of cat food or cat litter. Target has superior variety and price points, which I find disappointing in a specialty store.

Clean and neat employees nice. 3 stars only bc they wouldnt let me hold a bird, excuse was they fly but the bird I was looking at to buy its wings were clipped and when I mentioned that, no one answered me and brushed it off.

I bought a product with a manufacturer defect and received no help or refund. The issue was left unsolved. I was given a phone number to call the manufacturer myself. The store manager refused to call them herself after I asked her to do it to help me out. To bad to be treated unfair after being a customer for many many years.

Employees are helpful and have a good variety of pet items. But they stopped selling the large bag of dog curls for my pitbull so I have to go elsewhere for that

Pet supermarket is ok, they are always either low or out of crickets for my veiled chameleon. But they do have a bigger selection for dogs and cats.
