Who better to review, than the pup himself!Everytime we turn into the driveway from Minton, without fail, our Lazlo immediately starts to whine in excitement! We practically have to keep him from jumping out of the car.Once in the lobby, he immediately scurries to the door where his buddies are and begs for it to be opened.Many thanks to everyone at Paradise for being so accommodating and kind to Lazlo. ❤️

I have taken my dogs here for 7 years! The staff is amazing when tending to the needs of my pups. Whether it’s daycare, or a sleepover, my dogs are excited to arrive & meet new friends! The spa/grooming service is convenient as I can take a clean pup home after a sleepover stay!

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly, patient, & professional. The facility is super clean & makes the dogs feel like they are home. We use them for daycare, grooming, & pet boarding. All services are great & affordable.

My two dogs have been going to Pet Paradise for almost a year with minimal issues. At the dog park, we have talked to other owners who have had their dogs attacked at this daycare, but we had never had problems besides a few scratches. Yesterday, my boyfriend went to pick them up to learn that one of our dogs was bitten on the face. She apparently got caught in the crossfire between two other dogs fighting. My boyfriend was not notified of this incident until he went to pick her up, which is the part that is the most frustrating. We have no idea if the dog that bit her was removed from daycare. We will never be taking my dogs back here. If you can’t prevent dogs from getting hurt, you can at least keep owners informed about what is happening with their dogs. Best part is that they still charged us for daycare that day!EDIT: I love how you’re trying to make it seem minor, but that’s not how it was described to us and the wound was extremely bloody. This picture was taken after it was cleaned by my boyfriend, not you guys. The manager did not greet him at pick up, she called him shortly after picking them up and then our card was charged. We would love to get a refund!

Visited this facility to have my puppy evaluated for boarding during the holidays while away. I was impressed at all the open roaming space for my dog. The staff are friendly and very patient. Plus, they make you aware of every interaction and your pets progress while you are away. I'm more at ease knowing my baby will be in good hands until I'm back. Clean, will kept facility

We were extremely pleased with Paradise Pet Resort. This was our first time using them and we will definitely be back. We traveled from NC to Melbourne to attend our sons college graduation from FIT. We left our Maltipoo overnight at Paradise Pet Resort and he came home clean and happy!! He suffers from anxiety so we were worried he wouldn’t do well. Once he made a few doggie friends he had a blast. We highly recommend!

I am so happy that my dog had such a great time here! She spent a full day of daycare and I felt so comfortable leaving her there. Staff was SO nice, facilities super clean, loved that the dogs have access to outside and inside whenever they want. No crates, nice big beds for them to sleep on. So much space too. 100% coming back again

I've been taking Winnie to Paradise for over a year. She loves going to see her friends and everyone who works there is super friendly and excited when they see her. She has stayed on overnight trips several times and I don't feel any worry to have her there. She also is groomed there and they do a wonderful job with that as well!

Finnegan has the very best time at Paradise. He goes to daycare so excited and comes home a happy , exhausted puppy. The staff take such good care of him and are amazing .

My pup Atlas absolutely loved doggy daycare here! I can’t say enough good things about how friendly and caring the staff were during our week visiting.I didn’t worry at all about him!AND they did a fantastic job on his nail trim as well!We travel a bit and have used several daycares but this one is our favorite- will absolutely be using them every time we come down!

I cannot say enough good things about Paradise's staff and grounds.My two dogs have been coming here for daycare and boarding for almost 2 years now and they absolutely love it. Every morning they're excited to go play with their friends and every afternoon they're all tuckered out and ready to go home and relax.The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Blue loves to go to the spa! Every time I go to the garage he thinks he’s going to the spa. I take him 1-2 days a week just to hang out with his friends. Everyone is so nice and I trust them with my boy.

This place is incredible. We brought our 8 year old, 100 lb mutt (Luna) for a two night stay and I could not have been happier than the day I picked her up! I was SO nervous dropping her off, since this was the first time I've ever boarded her. As soon as she got in the car after her stay, I was petting her and noticed she smelled AMAZING and her nails were trimmed super well (please tell me your secrets)!!! The staff was so calm and genuine. You can tell the owner really loves what she does too. My only wish is that I could see the whole place, and the acres where they can run and play! But I totally understand why they don't allow that. Thank you guys SO MUCH. I can't wait to bring Luna back!

Happy place away from home, have been taking our dog here for more than 3 years for day care, boarding (from a day to a month ), grooming haven't had a single issue. He is excited to be there and happy when comes back

I've used them for several years, and I don't have anything negative to say. They offer both day play and boarding. I like that the dogs have the freedom to roam and aren't kennel. In addition, I think they are very reasonably priced.

Our dog loves going to daycare here. He is always so excited to see his friends, and he even gets bathed and groomed by them as well. They always have him nice and clean when it is time to go. He must RUN, RUN, RUN all day, because when he gets home he is wore out! Lol. Staff is beyond friendly and it is ALWAYS clean and smells clean when you visit. They have one side of the property for the smaller dogs and one side for the bigger dogs, which is great!!!Not only do we recommend them, but the entire families dogs go here. So they all get to play together at daycare and home gatherings. It's great for socializing. So the family has a total of 4 dogs that visit often. 100% recommend them for services!
