Awesome place and they do such an amazing job with our Collie Sable. She loves going there to see all her friends too! She smells so good and is so soft everything she goes in! Highly recommend this over All the others!!

I just moved to ormond from Atlanta and have been looking for a new daycare for my pit bull, as he loved going to see his daycare pals weekly before we moved. I haven't visited this pet care center yet but I called them today for information and spoke with the manager, Sha. I learned that they don't have breed restrictions for daycare, but they do have a 30pound weight limit, understandable since most of their clients are smaller dogs! So my dog will unfortunately not be able to play here, which is a major bummer because this place sounds amazing! Sha was incredibly patient and informative with my many questions, gave me a ton of valuable insight to other daycare and self-grooming options, and was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be bringing my cats and dog in for their grooming needs asap and can't wait to meet everyone! (I included a picture of my dog from an event at his last daycare!)

Ok place. Disappointed in several things.Broke expensive harness for my older dog.gave me a collar no where near cost of harness. Then put leash on my other dog backwards because it was choking my dog before I could get off her. Won't go back. Employees I spoke to were nice.

I have had my dog groomed there three time. The first time it was 54 dollars, then they raised price to 65 dollars. So I asked them before I brought in how much and they said 65 dollars. So I had them do it. So i went to pick up my dog and they said they have to charge more because she ways not 55 pounds but 65 pounds. Now my dog has no fat on her and is 7 years old. Dont tell me she gained 10pounds at her mature age with no fat on her. So they should have weighed her and called me before working on her to see if I wanted to pay 20 more!. Dont tell me she had 10 pounds more hair. I will never go back to this place.. 89. dollars!!!!!!!

I refuse to take my dog anywhere else. Ownership is so kind and the groomers genuinely love the animals. I know my pup must be difficult to cut(I've tried to no avail). And she always comes out looking like she's ready for the Wesminster. Highly recommend to anyone. Don't forget to tip extra if you have a difficult dog like mine!

I’ve been taking my dogs here for years and never really had an issue, always been happy with the results. I don’t know if they have hired a different groomer or what. They left several marks on each of my dogs. They cut one of them I’m sure by accident but failed to mention it to me. I got home and noticed the spot was sticky, they must’ve tried to put something on it to get it to stop bleeding. As you can see, knots still left in both dogs hair too. Very upset and shocked, I will be having to find them a new groomer unfortunately.

I did take all 4 of my animals there for 3 years until recently due to the fact that my dog had an appointment for grooming however he woke up with a serious staff infection, and I had to rush him to the vet hospital. I have all documentation.. and management at abracadabra could not care less about the health of my dog or the reason we missed the appointment and they insisted on charging me a $23 fee for missing the appointment. In my opinion this is not a company who cares for their customers

Everyone is real nice. They groomed my 13 year old Doxie and she was very happy when I picked her up. They let me know her Rt. Ear seemed to be inflamed and it was draining some. I told them she has been treated for a ear infection and I will call them to give an update. This is a great place for grooming and for anything you need for your furbabies. Give it a try, I am sure you will be well satisfied.

We had been using Abracadabra for our little Yorkie, Desiree, since moving to the area. We were always pleased with their ability to schedule promptly. She always looked wonderful and seemed at ease when we picked her up. Sadly our baby passed on October 5th.Several months ago we adopted a male Pomeranian, Mac, from the Halifax Humane Society. Today he went for his 1st grooming at Abracadabra. We just picked him up and he looked great. Also very relaxed despite it being his 1st grooming.

These ladies were just awesome! From the lady at the front desk, to the wonderful woman who took my girl back to cut her nails...(and reassured my 7 year old they would take good care of his doggy) they were amazing. My girl was back there super quickly. Her nails looked so amazing and she was back to us in no time at all! And for 10 dollars you can not beat the price! I highly recommend them and can not wait to get my girl fully bathed and groomed here.

Horrible place and my client had been going there for YEARS. Should have suspected something was wrong when AFTER they swiped my disabled clients card for the money, they then refused to let her use the restroom. Stated they couldn't have people back there. Think what they really meant was we can afford to let anyone see how they treat our animals, as staying and waiting with our animals also was not an option. To secretive AND to shady as the animal came back cut AND burnt from the clippers AND swelling around her harness where I believe they snatched her around. I understand they have been in business for years but I also understand something drastically changed. If you value your animals do NOT take them here! Over charged for shoddy work AND we soldiered this animal in there all the way from Palm Coast. It took a couple days to see the damage AND she is still healing. Sad. Sad. Sad

Kudos to Abracadabra! I initially came in due to the walk-in nail trim but ended up getting a full bath for my pup. The staff is beyond friendly and attentive to each pet and pet parent that walks through the doors. My pup looks amazing and she enjoyed the experience.

This place used to be good. Maybe they changed the groomer it attitude but I'm totally disappointed with them . I took a cat and a puppy for a groomcut and they did a terrible job: cut my cats whiskers, his body was unevely shaved, they charged $99 (without a bath and nails.)Awful service for this amount of money. The prices were also raised but neither on website nor at check in they informed us. I found out about price increase o ly at check out. My puppy was trimmed for $58. By the way, they also charged me for a medium groom but my puppy is a miniature less than 20 lbs.Ridiculous!

Used to be good. Brought my Yorkie in and told them to leave body long and face short. They did complete opposite and charged me 7.00 for matting. I just brushed him out day before. Maybe someone in there needs to go back to school and learn English. Never again

This is the first time I’ve been here.I brought my 7 month old Aussie here that Is very timid and has anxiety issues. They were so accommodating and made my pup feel at home. They took their time to introduce themselves with lots of treats and love. I was comfortable leaving him here In good hands! I definitely recommend them!

Just had my dog groomed the first time last week. Must say I was so pleased! Perfect and just what I requested. That being said, I've had him done at other places and not had such a desirable outcome. They were kind, efficient and were actually done ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!
