The best!. Lashonda is amazing and is so talented. My puppy was in a need of a hair cut. He was matted and she did an amazing job! He looks like he can be in a doggy commercial. I didn’t have an appointment and she squeezed him in and accommodated for him when she already had appointments for the day, and I really appreciate her for that. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your pup for a cut, make this your stop. You will not be disappointed. I been to other groomers and I can confidently say that she is truly the best in Orlando and VERY affordable!Update: I added a before and after

All my girls have gone to the Paw Shop since opening almost 10 years ago. It started with my first baby, Miss Tuscany once she was rescued and all her 3 sisters have now tagged along. The owner LaShonda is my personal friend since 9th grade and so proud to see how her small business has grown. Always used and continues to use quality items in her grooming shop and continues to Excell in making the environment for our babies, dogs, pleasant. The experience continues to get better and there's always some special Ness for the canines in your life, did I mention one can even take their cats there too for nails trims?! She's even done a gueina pig, just make to call and ask if she is there if you will be bringing an adorable baby not a dog just to make sure of availablity. Omg did I mention, every grooming session ends with a cute little bandana or bows for your babies?! Also the paw Shop hosts events throughout the year in conjunction with their non-profit Paws of Hope, and always accepting donations to help other pawrents in need. I can continue on with praise for my friend, the girls titi and groomer but boy I'd be here forever, and the ladies she has aiding her in their specialties go far and beyond their calling. Always a pleasant experience and as the only African American groomer in Ocoee, LaShonda goes above and beyond for ALL of her clientele. If you ever have any issues with her Shop, just speak with her and any resolutions that can be made will be made. Again thanks for the past 10 years of wonderful service to Miss Tuscany, Miss Tulip(miracle), Miss Peeky, and Miss Hazel(nut).

My Benji was boarded recently for an entire month during my moving process. I visited often and he always showed me he was having a blast. They feed them, groom them and everything during their stay. I will always take my Benji back to continue enjoy all the services that they offer.

My golden Doddle got his first grooming today and I almost didn’t recognize him! He looked amazing! I expressed that I still wanted the fluffy look and I did not want him shaved down. And she did just that! (this was possible because he has no mats) The owner and her staff was professional, listened to all my concerns, and took them all into consideration! Wonderful service!

I've taken my Maltese to them several times now and they have never failed to disappoint. You can tell in the results of their work that they are genuinely sincere in the craft When asked to give a review, I didn't hesitate one second for giving a 5 star review.Everyone is very professional and courteous on every visit I've made and although their policy is by appointment, they accommodated to get me squeezed in when I really needed my pet cleaned up and groomed.Although it's not difficult to find a groomer these days, it is extremely rare to find groomers that really show concern for your pet and deliver a really good job with friendly customer service as well. They have me sold on being a return customer. Highly recommended.

DONT WALK, RUN! Moving here, I had such a hard time finding groomers who would perfect the style for my baby. Not only a full groom, but also to add a pop of color for this diva- THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL! So many times I have asked for groomers to not do something and they never listened- they not only listened but WENT OVER THE TOP! Her cut is PERFECT, smelled/felt amazing, and she had such a great time. Their customer service is impeccable and grooming is flawless! They were very kind and knew my baby deserved the very best. I cannot stop talking about the service I received- they now have a loyal customer!

Our Shih Tsu is very temperamental. She doesn't like being groomed... we have had problems finding someone who can handle her. The staff at The Paw Shop are amazing. They know exactly how to take care of Mandy and make her look beautiful! They are wonderful! Here are before and after photos.

I took my Shih Tzu, Lola here to be groomed. Let me tell you how after about four hours, i was informed that she was ready to go home. When i arrived to picked her up, I was so impressed i stood for about two mins just staring at her. She was so beautiful. Her fur was so white and silky, her ears were pink and sorry, even her butt was pink. Her teeth was clean and free of odor and she smells so adorable. I was so impressed. From now on I’ll only be taking Lola to The Paw Shop for grooming.The staff were very friendly and helpful also. I had no anxiety leaving Lola in their care.Thank you for an exceptional job.

Lashonda and the staff here are great! They are so friendly and courteous. Our dog is very difficult to groom and many wouldn't take unless we sedated her. Lashonda told me not to do sedation but just leave her with her. She patiently works with here and is getting her more accustomed to be handled. Our dog always smells great for days afterwards and looks great!Thanks Lashonda girl you work magic with our dog.

The service is great and the people are wonderful with the dogs. I subtract a star because I booked on the website, and it gave me a 9 am time but they didn't open or get there until 930... I'm not sure what happened there, but I'm not a fan of personal communication (hence the online book), so I just went with it and they took my baby at 930 no questions asked. They took my second pup at 1230 which was my second online schedule with no problem as well... will definitely use them for all our future grooming needs ... actually, I'm changing it to 5 stars. Hello;I took my Yorkie here for the first time, I have taken my Yorkie “Bella “ to many spas here in Orlando. Each time very disappointed with the service, because I could never get my Yorkie hair cut to look like a Yorkie Ohhh my gosh!!!!! When I picked my Yorkie, she was so happy and full of sassy ness ☺️. She was finally cut like a Yorkie, and she had looked like a princess, nails painted, hair done goooood. I was Elated, she now needs another day there can’t wait……

Best groomer in Orlando! Very kind to the pups and the groomers are extremely talented! Their creativity is out of this world they are always down to try different colors on my pup and I am always pleased after taking my ladies here! My dogs are no longer nervous at the groomers! The first 3 times I visited and was highly satisfied I was able to walk in and receive a groom for my maltipoo. Having done this a few times before I assumed that walk ins were okay as it had never been stated otherwise. However this past Wednesday I dropped my dog off as usual and then went to run errands. An hour later I receive a call saying we can’t find your appointment. I stated that I did not have one and I walked in as I always have. The employee then tells me that’s impossible because they only take appointments. This was news to me and I stated that I have never made an appointment before and was this a new policy? she said it has always been that way. I say okay and return to get my dog. As I walked in I looked around to see if I missed a sign perhaps that said appointment only I even checked online because it’s possible that I made the mistake. But I failed to see an appointment only sign anywhere. I expressed this to the clerk who had an accusatory tone and said that’s how it’s always been. But I don’t understand why I wasn’t told this before. I asked to speak to a manager but another girl who was grooming a cat said she has many appointments today and many cats today so she couldn’t take my dog. It just seemed unprofessional and I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. This situation turned out for the better Thankfully I found another location Topknot with more reasonable prices and a more professional disposition. I won’t be back and it’s unfortunate because I did like this place but this was unprofessional. I would understand if they told me straight and said we don’t have time today but to lie and say they don’t accept walk ins when I have done so 3 times before is outrageous.This is my Response to the owner. Your staff lied to you I did not say I had an appointment at all and that is where my issue lies with your poorly run business. You get a dissatisfied customer and your customer service is lacking I am a very honest person and don’t appreciate the lies your staff told about this unfortunate situation. But you reap what you sow.

The Paw shop is by far the best Pet Groomer I have ever taken my baby to. I have a Pomskie & not everyone knows how to groom them. They did an awesome job on my CHUBOKA and I will never take him anywhere else again

It's going to be a sad ChristmasMy mom took her Pomeranian to this place to get his hair cut done as her normal place was closed the day she set out to get him groomed. She loves supporting local business so she gave them a try. She ran to CVS across the way to pick up some medicine in the meanwhile.. when she came back she found her beloved Gios hair had been massacred! Who does that to a Pomeranian in for a hair cut. A trim let's say...My mom is distraught. And then they had the nerve to try to charge her $40! Because she's a decent person she left $20, I would have raised hell .. but this is my way of contributing and standing up for my mom and for Gio.

We were first-time customers who had received poor service from previous groomers; however, The Paw Shop not only met but exceeded our expectations. Naomi was knowledgeable and attentive to our 7-month-old Yorkie. Excellent customer service at an affordable price. We will most certainly return.

I have 2 anxious dogs who needed their nails trimmed. Ms Lashonda did an amazing job by trimming their nails in just a few minutes. She also provided education on what Brandy & Bailey needed moving forward.I cannot say "Thank You" enough🧡

If you love your dog, do not take your dog here. THE FIRST TIME I TOOK MY PUPPY, I WAS SATISFIED. This last time it was TERRIBLE! I asked them to cut my Lucy’s hair half not low. When I went to pick her up, after her being there 7 hours, she was shaking like something was wrong with her AND for the past 2 days she has still been shaking and her hair was shaved underneath and short all over. When I asked the girl why did she cut her hair so low, she LIED and said she was matted. She was not matted at all, when I dropped her off. My dog has not eaten or been herself since I picked her up. I’m calling my credit card to challenge the charge if I don’t get my money back. I am so sad for my dog right now. Her belly is completely shaved and she is so uncomfortable. At other pet shops you get a call when something changes to what you ordered. Here they are too busy to answer the phone or give you a courtesy call to discuss a change. Never going back here again!

Talk about going above and beyond this place will definitely do that for you. Since this was my puppy's first trim I asked if we could get a lock of her hair. They said they would help me out in any way possible. Long story short we got a lock of hair and my puppy even had bows on her head. Thank you so much.
