Montana listened to my needs and desires and matched me with a Cockapoo and she is just perfect! I named my Cockapoo Bella and she is a little Angel! I am in the process of getting her certified by my Therapist to be my Emotional Support Animal!I am a Caregiver to my 81-year-old Mother, and my Mother loves Bella! Bella makes my Mom smile and laugh!Bella slept in bed with me last night and was a perfect little angel! We are having a blast playing fetch and binge-watching TV together! Bella is extremely well-behaved for a Puppy!Bella exceeds all of my expectations! She is perfectly balanced! She loves to play, and she will sleep in my lap while I watch TV! I could not ask for a better puppy or more perfect match for my lifestyle!I highly recommend Montana and Chews A Puppy!Update: It has been 3 weeks and Bella has settled into our home perfectly! Bella is now certified and registered as my Emotional Support Animal and is doing a great job!Bella is exceeding my expectations! She is a quick learner and very intelligent! She is very well-behaved and loving! Bella has had a very positive impact on my chronically ill Mother's health! I have never seen my Mother laugh and smile so much! Found this place on Google and while on vacation I wanted to check it out because I originally saw they had beagle puppies for sale. When we got there they were already sold but I decided to give an adorable puppy a try! I have never seen a pet store like this in Pennsylvania where I'm from and I was blown away with how incredible this place was and how well taken care of these puppies were! The lady I spoke to was so helpful and even allowed me to sit in a playroom with the puppy,with toys and play with the puppy for awhile! This sweet puppy was so happy and healthy and this place is doing such and amazing job and it's so comforting they are allowing these puppies to get enrichment! They aren't locked up in a cage 24/7 waiting to get a home. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

DO NOT GO HERE. 1-you will get scammed they will not tell you the price until you agree to buy.We were sold a sick puppy it’s been 4 days and today she was having trouble breathing, vomiting phlegm, refusing to eat or drink. I just took her to the vet to find out she has pneumonia developed from bronchitis not being treated. That she was sick before we even got her!They don’t care about their pups only money.

Bought a puppy here very recently. The dog was already coughing at the store. Even the associates noticed it and asked the manager if she was okay. When I brought it to the 24/7 vet for shots, which are supposed to be included, the vet was not at the office during the scheduled appointment time and the vet techs refused to give shots because the puppy was still coughing. Now, the vet wants us to pay out of pocket for the sick visit that we did not request and chews a puppy is refusing to cover the visit. And now we’re stuck. Puppy needs shots, which are already paid for (because they are included in the price of the puppy), but the vet refuses to give them if we don’t pay extra for a visit. Chews a puppy refuses to pay for the visit unless we pay ourselves and submit a claim to them, which they said would probably be declined anyway. So, if you think you are getting a puppy with shots included, think again. They will not do the shots unless you pay them even more. This is ridiculous.

Visited to see puppies and was very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the store. This was the first store I walked in that didn’t smell like dog poop. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Not sure about business practices or process to buy dog but giving 5 states based on our positive experience.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM HERE!! My mom bought a Dalmatian puppy for $5000. She started getting sick around two years old. Her vet said to get her to UF small animal emergency vet in order to save her life, because she was heading into kidney failure. She was diagnosed with congenital renal dysplasia which could have been diagnosed with a renal ultrasound when she was a puppy. They should never sell puppies from a breeder who has a history of having puppies with this congenital issue. My mom spent almost $5000 trying to save this sweet dogs life, but she died after only having her for two and a half years! The website says they have a warranty for lifetime congenital diseases. Here is what they got back with, “Unfortunately, we received notification from the review team that your claim has been denied. The reason for the denial is that the claim is not eligible for coverage under the warranty as the incident occurred outside the one-year timeframe.”. They are selling sick puppies and are lying to customers about a lifetime warranty to get them to purchase these sick puppies. This place is a SCAM! I will be contacting a lawyer.

We recently lost our dog in a traumatic way and were hoping to get another dog at some point. We came to look at puppies here and they were so kind to us, very informative, and walked us through the process of adopting a puppy. My husband and I fell in love with a golden retriever puppy and decided to adopt him! I would highly recommend coming here if you are looking to get a puppy :)

Such a great experience! My daughter did so well interacting and the place was clean, nice staff, and the dogs were so cute and sweet. The facilities look well maintained, which makes me believe it’s a nice place not one of those dirty pet stores you hear horror stories about. We will be back!

We purchased a dachshund, Maxine, from this store 12/26/2020, and she has been the most amazing little being ever. She's happy, healthy, playful and extremely devoted. She even alerts to my health issues before they happen. Giant thanks to the awesome staff and for bringing this little orange angel into our lives, cheers! Please excuse the messy floor, Maxine had just finished disemboweling one of her toys.

This place is the worst business I’ve entered. Went today with my older parents and asked for the price. They just flat out refuse to give you a price unless you agree to buy the dog that day. They argued with me saying that the price won’t help since each dog is priced differently. They speak to you like you’re an idiot. Obviously each dog is priced differently. I insisted over 10 times that it will give us a ballpark and they finally gave us the price after filling out paperwork. Price was $6000. Before my elderly parents could decide, they wanted to see the other dogs again. I stayed in the room with the dog waiting for the lady to come back to take the dog from us. She refused to come. I left the dog securely closed in the room and told a different lady that our sales lady never came back. They then proceeded to yell at me that I can’t leave a dog alone. Never been treated with such disrespect. So my mom comes back and the lady returns, also yelling at me that I can’t leave a dog alone. I tell her off that she’s being too pushy and she calls me rude. I left the store and find out that the lady tried to drop the price $4000. Talk about a scam. Thankfully, my parents left. We will never return to that place.

The puppies are so precious and cleaned. They’re a great diversity of puppies. I would definitely recommend as we purchased our fur baby from here. The only con is how you need to go through the application process to know the pricing.

Jessica was amazing was able to explain everything slowly for me and make it understandable to proceed with process. lindsey helped us out with the financial but This place is the worst business I’ve entered. We came in specifically looking for a cockapoo, although they did have one it wasn’t right for us. The staff was very knowledgeable on the puppies they did have and were able to point us in another direction, allowing us to spend a couple hours with the puppy and never rushed us. They also were able to lower the initial price for us and help us out. Highly recommend this store! We were able to go home with our puppy

The employees are nice, but the fact that they will not give you any details or price over the phone is crazy, even though I live far away. They have a website so you can look at what’s available, but it useless, unless you go to the place you really don’t know what’s available, or what is the price. That’s is just how they do business, trying to sell something else, or putting you on a waiting list, don’t go there to look for a Puppy with your kids, that is the biggest mistake I made, almost left with a different Puppy than I was looking for. 🤦🏽‍♀️

SCAM!! Disrespectful, rude and greedy!Took family to this place in order to look for a new puppy after our family dog passed away and the service and price are horrible. For starters, they were in there for over an hour and a half and talked with the staff 4 times, 20-30 mins at a time we waited, and waited for the staff to come in and give us the same sales speech over and over, like amnesia. After over an hour, a family member needed to leave and asked for the sales woman to come in the room and waited another 15 minutes before leaving the dog in the room to get some help, upon exiting the room the staff freaked out and literally YELLED at us for leaving the dog in the room alone, but they wouldn't provide any help. A sales person was SCREAMING at us? I'm sorry what? YELLING at anyone is rude but for a sales person to yell at a customer is inexcusable. Then proceeded to ask us why we were being rude to them after all this. The audacity. For one, they don't post any prices, then when you get there they won't give you any price until they run your credit and the financing, which is so scummy because they price the dog based off of what you qualify for. Absolute Greed. The only reason Google has a 4.7 star review is because they ask you to do the review while you are in the store, and will gift you a free toy if you do so, so they are paying for good reviews. Please!!! Please!!!! Please!!! Before going to this place, look at the reviews on Yelp and other paid sites for the true reviews of this god awful place.

Do not go here. We came with the intention to buy a puppy however near the end when we decided on one they came at us with a price tag of almost $7,000. We told them that was way too much and they tried to play that they were working down the price with whatever name they chose to be the “breeder”. We eventually told them it was a hard no we were not willing to pay that much only for them to continue to try to persuade us continuously “haggling” down the price to $5k, $4k then $3,500 holding us hostage by not grabbing their puppy and telling me I couldn’t leave the puppy there alone. I tried to send my kids out with my significant other only for Steph (the lady showing us the dogs) to stop him at the door while my kids were already outside the door. essentially putting my children in danger. I had to yell across the store for her to LET MY MAN LEAVE and be with my kids only for her to come back STILL trying to tell me oh what if we worked it down to 2,500 I told her to get her dog so I could leave. She finally picked up the puppy and CONTINUED to harrass me and tell me I “don’t need to be rude” after I started ignoring her because she wouldn’t take NO for an answer! I finally get outside only for this absolute LUNATIC to CHASE ME TO MY CAR. She followed me out to my car and UP to my vehicle window still trying to talk to me!!! I have NEVER experienced something like this before and after reading the reviews this store is nothing short of a puppy mill with a storefront. I don’t know how this place is still in business. Disgusting practices

Ok where do I start! Firstly we do love our baby so much! He's a great puppy. A little crazy but a great puppy who is already getting the hang of things in our home but that facility is a hard no for me! This pup was originally over 6,000 that's absolutely insane! We purchased a cavapoo which we already have a cavachon and she was $2000 flat! Which is about where those dogs sell for so right off bat they are way over pricing their dogs. Secondly when we told them $4200 and change was still outrageous for a dog they wouldn't come down. The reasoning for us wanting them to come down is because we were told we were getting the dog for $3800 and then they hit us with a bunch of hidden fees.... Not happy about that! We came there with $3000 cash on top of $800 to hold her. So they wouldn't take $3800 cash for this pup! They are scammers!!! No one would have turned down that offer but they wanted to get me on financing so they make more! It's disgusting honestly. Then once we signed the papers they were still trying to to upsell. After spending thousands on this dog they then bring you over to a crate that has toys vitamins and food (food only they carry) so you can't purchase anywhere but from them and tell us that they need all of this and the whole crate is an additional $200 and something. Honestly amazing and chewy you can get everything that crate had in it plus the crate and be under what they want you to spend. So many red lights where going up but we had already fallen in love with our dog. We got him because of him and I'm going to be very transparent on that!!! They care more about money then they do finding these dogs their perfect home and it's sick! Up selling here up selling there. Also they don't even have an office to do actual business in so you are out in the open with a bunch of people and workers all around you while you are trying to do business... Last thing was our deposit. They said we could put the $800 down to hold the pup because he needed to see a vet because he had a cough which he still has the same cough so we waited a week to pick him up for nothing and then when we were talking business they said the $800 was not refundable and one girl already told us it was 100% refundable. So there are way too many way these people try to get you. I felt like I was buying a car with these girls.... Absolutely I do NOT recommend purchasing a pup from these people!!

Didn't go in to adopt a pupper. Just wanted some information as to how it would work if I was interested. The steps were laid out very clearly, all of my questions were answered in detail and even tho I was stoned and I asked the same questions a few times the staff didn't seem too bothered by it. I see myself getting my next puppy from them or having their operation be my standard for puppy adoption.Tl;Dr The place, staff, and puppies are all amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
