I recently had a great experience at Tractor Supply! The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me find everything I needed at a decent price. Additionally, the delivery service provided by Mr. Dan was fantastic - he was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the delivery process was as smooth as possible. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Tractor Supply and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products with excellent customer service.

I had the best customer service today from Diane and Dede. I always dread dealing with warranty stuff and returns because I’ve had such a hassle with it in the past but today to my surprise, these girls found my receipt in the system handled my return, and had me on my way within five minutes! Nowadays, good customer service is somewhat hard to find ,So I wanted to recognize these two ladies for their outstanding customer service!

A great experience i spend alot of money at the high springs tractor supply store and they always have what im looking for or need and it seems like they have everything im not looking for or i really dont need but have to have so its a great store im so glad they decided to open a store here in high springs

My son-in-law and I picked up a trailer and tractor supply today. the people are always very congenial and greet you when you come in the door and do everything they can to serve you properly . today when we bought the trailer, Barb took care of us and she always does a great job, Dee Dee was right there to help if we needed any assistance. the whole staff is always good in there.!!!

First time shopping at TSC with the need to refill propane tank, greeted by staff moment I stepped into the door and was directed to garden center with a smile and told someone will be there shortly. Whole process of refilling an empty 20 lb tank took less than 10 minutes, cost less than $15 and staff were great! would definitely start shopping here more often instead of driving to other stores.

Great prices on propane, very helpful service but beware, it is very tight to get an RV in there. Small parking lot to start with. I had to unhook my toad and then back into an area lined with store merchandise with only about 2 inches to spare on each side. They probably don't get many RV's but when I called the store prior to going, I asked if there was room to get a big rig in there. The answer was no problem. To me, the answer should have been, it will be tight.

Good prices on horse related things, which is what I mainly shop for.I frequently purchase flyspray, pine pellets, and basic health and grooming supplies. Recently I’ve been purchasing compressed bales of orchard/alfalfa hay here and the hay has been good quality every single time. The staff is always friendly and helpful! On top of that; the store is clean and organized so shopping here is always a good experience.

Online ordering is a mess. Order something online. Ready for pickup. Can't find order status in my online account. Turns out the item is not in stock at the store although it can be online ordered for store pickup. No explanation, just both ready for pickup AND cancelled. Goofy

I buy all my chicken feed here they always lift the bags for me and load them up. They carry dog food and cat food they always have beautiful things to decorate the inside and outside of your house. They carry packs for shots for your pets for puppies it's really a great place to shop

Contrary to other location, the staff were so helpful, professional, and very friendly. This location is definitely my favorite store. Staff helped me find everything I was looking for and loaded them up in my truck.

The store was filthy and really unorganized.. there were carts loaded of items usually found on shelves. The floor was dirty and the shelves were unkept as well. I'm not sure what has happened in this store, but wow, just wow. The employees were very helpful, but if it had been my only visit to TSC, I don't think I would return.

My daugther in law uses this store all the time and loves it.So I thought I would give it a try. I order on line to be picked up. I ordered early nowing i would have my grandkids with me and didn't want to have to drag them around shopping for what i needed. I recieved an email stating my order was ready. I took kids to a park near by and then stopped to pick up my order. I waited over 30 minutes for the guy to find my stuff it wasn't pulled. they sent me a message that it was ready.but it was not. I ask to cancel the order after wating and he still had not found my wire fence and dont think they had it in stock.

Used to be good but lately it's like the employees just don't want to do any work. Went in for dog food but the bag wasn't there, employee at register was bothered when I asked about a product. Then he asked someone else to check and the checked the same shelf I checked instead of checking in the back. Went home, ordered item online and it was ready in the store within the hour. So much for customer service.

I shop here regularly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The stocking has greatly improved and I rarely have issues finding the products I regularly buy. The wait time is relatively short for checkout and the staff is quick to respond when help is needed.

Great spot for farm and garden supplies. Their stuff on sale is pretty decent. Nice staff always offer to help. We always get our dog food and chicken feed from here. Love all the farm decor although it's a bit expensive, except when it's on sale. Thanks TSC.

It's official, I'm happy to announce the worst Tractor Supply Store in the Gainesville area. The store has lost some of the nice country feel it had years ago. Inside and outside the store feels tired and a little dirty. There's a very apparent arrogance amongst the staff, especially those in charge.There's an absolute inability to correctly put orders together. This appears common. I've ordered curbside 2 times recently and was left waiting 20 minutes or more. 1 time I had to go in to the store, get the order and load it myself without any offer of help. Another time in-store I was left waiting at customer service for a long time without even getting acknowledged.As someone who employs hundreds of staff, your entire staff including those at the higher level need re-training in customer service and the way a Tractor Supply should run. You should all be very embarrassed. I will not call people out by name from worse to the worst but the middle aged lady who's name starts with a J should probably be at the loading dock and nothing to do with customer service.Moving ahead I will be taking my Tractor Supply business to the other side of town.

Customer service in this Tractor Supply store has never been great, but after today's experience I won't be back to this store. Since I'm a caregiver for a person that's at high risk with all of this COVID stuff, I ordered a generator online to pick up curbside. We got to the store and parked in the marked curbside parking. There was a sign that said to call a phone number for your order to be brought out. After calling repeatedly and getting no response, I had to go in the store.There was only one cashier up front, and she had 7 people in line. I caught her attention in between customers to ask where should I go for pick up. She told me to go back to the customer service desk and called over the speaker for someone to meet and help me which I was grateful for. I went to customer service, and of course, no one was there. I waited for 10+ minutes.Finally I saw an associate walking by helping another customer, he saw me when I waved and told me he would help me in just a minute. That minute turned into another ~10 min wait because after he finished with the customer he was with, another person stopped him and he proceeded to walk to the front of the store looking for the feed she needed. Even though I had been waiting, he decided to help her first. When he didn't see any of the feed up front, he then proceeded to the back of the store where he brought out 2 bags by hand and then went back to get more bags. Then after he brought out a 2 more bags, he went back into the back doors and never came out again. I had been patient up to that point, but I was really getting mad by then.Another 7 minutes (this time I really was watching the clock) went by and no one came out. I walked down the center aisles of the store looking for another associate, but there was no one. I was going to go back to the front cashier, but she had 8 people in her line then. I came back to the desk. All this time standing at the customer service desk, my order was right there next to me, and I considered just picking it up and walking out the door since I had already been charged on my card. FINALLY, another associate came out from the back, putting his vest on as he came out like he had just gotten there. He then helped me and I finally got out of there. I was in there more than 30 mins.The whole time I was in there it was really busy, which I normally wouldn't mind but again I was trying to limit my exposure. In past visits, I have had problems trying to find someone to help when I was trying to get some dewormer, etc. So this wasn't an isolated event, and they obviously need more people working at the store.The layout of all the displays and items in the store is jumbled and I almost tripped over some of the stuff just scattered in the middle of the store. I will not be back to this Tractor Supply and do not recommend it.

The Newberry Tractor Supply location is my least favorite TSC to frequent- and I really appreciate Tractor Supply stores. The customer service is very poor overall at this location.I have no plans to return to this location and will be traveling an additional 14-21 miles to shop at the Branford or Lake City location.Today’s experience was frustrating and long. Ordered for pickup and it didn’t go smoothly. (We entered the store for pick up.)Last night on the website, this location had a bunch of no climb fencing, yet today they canceled that portion of my order. Then when asked where additional gate latches were, we were met with silence and what seemed to be empty looks by not just one employee, but three who were standing all together. We were asking about the same exact latches that were a part of our pick up order that they did fulfill. They said “The only latches that we know of are over there.” They didn’t offer to go help look and stood with no offer to help. My husband eventually told them we would go try to find them ourselves.Our previous experience was also poor. On that visit, part of our purchase was 5 bags of fine pine shavings. We were told at the register that we would be met out back to have the shavings loaded. We headed back to the dock and waited about ten minutes. After that, I went and unwrapped a pallet of shavings, retrieved my 5 bags and loaded them in my truck. Not once did we see anyone back there. That’s crazy! I looked for security cameras and perhaps I may have missed them - but if I were a manager there, I’d be concerned about product disappearing.Pitiful customer service at the Newberry Road location and the appearance of the store reflects the same tone. They may greet you with a friendly “Welcome to Tractor Supply!” upon walking through the door, but the rest goes downhill from there. Save yourself the headache. There’s another TSC in Gainesville on 13th Street. Go there - it’s better. Or if Branford or Lake City are an option for you, that’s my recommendation.*Edited to add that I did call Customer Service about this and they responded to and handled the call at a 5 star service level. Felt it right that others were still forewarned about visiting this location, hence the review.*

I just wanted to let someone know that 4 out of 5 times I get hay here, no one comes out back to check my receipt or load the hay. I’m happy loading the hay myself and I usually do because I don’t have time to wait forever for an employee to come out. However, the cashier asked me to show them my receipt since they have apparently had trouble with people stealing hay. Today I waited out back for about 10 minutes and no one came. I called the store and she assured me she would send someone out, but still no one came even after I called. So I just loaded my own hay. I think the hay stealing might be greatly reduced if the employees were just a little quicker to go out back and check the receipts.

Friendly and helpful staff, well stocked store, and I always find little surprises on the shelves tucked in amongst the regular supplies. This is my #1 place to shop for feed and garden supplies. The fruit trees are beautiful and reasonably priced. Bonus: springtime shopping "chick days!"

Often out of stock in pet food that I buy regularly, meaning I have to go to another Tractor Supply or buy a different food, which I try not to do. With a couple exceptions, I make a point not to interact with employees at this particular store. No one has ever been actually rude, but it's common for me to feel like I've walked into someone's kitchen and started talking to them at this store, like they're just not prepared to deal with customer interaction. My experience with the employees has been limited to the pet food aisle and to the checkout so there's quite a bit that I'm missing. But it's noticeably better at the Gainesville store all the same.

Every time I go to Tractor Supply in Jonesville, I am always impressed with the staff there that can answer questions. The store is always clean and well stocked. I prefer to get the things I need at this store rather than driving into Gainesville for the big-box stores. And, it's always nice to have a worker help me load stuff into my car/truck.

This store is convenient for the location but today I bought moldy bird and chicken food for the third time in a couple of months. I keep trying but they keep disappointing. - The owner did just reply to my review and offered the national customer service hotline number for them to "investigate" the issue.

I bought a battery for my mower and in 4 months and it went bad. I returned to the store to get a replacement thinking that they would prorate the battery but was told if it went bad in 3 months I would have received a new one free of charge but because it went bad in 4 months I would have to pay full price and there was nothing they could do for me. This is a poor way to backup your product and an even worse way to treat a long time customer, With all the competition in the area you would think that this store would concentrate more on there customer service. I think next time I need something I will go across the street to the Ace Hardware store. BTW, I purchased my O-Turn from this store. I did contact there customer care via email, I was told "this is not how they do business and that a manager from this store will contact me to resolve this". Nobody ever contacted me from the store so I sent an email to corporate customer care again telling them nobody has contacted me from this store. As of yet I still not heard back. 1/5/2020
