This is my first ever google review & felt like this was necessary due to the situation I just had.My husband and I have full time jobs and are unable to take our dogs in to get washed any earlier. This location closes at 8, we walked into the store at 7:09 with intent to be out of the store by 7:35 to leave some extra room for employees to clean anything they needed to. Upon entering, we went to the dog wash station and washed our dogs. We then noticed that no towels were provided. We asked an employee (not Leo) if they had any stored in the back and he proceeded to be very polite and professional and look in the back for towels, but didn’t find any. He was very nice. Due to the lack of towels, he stated they’d work a deal out with us at the register, and with this we did our best with the provided blowers.Following this conversation, we wrapped up and headed to the cashier counter by 7:40. We proceed to kindly tell the cashier, named Leo, the situation. He proceeded with “That dog wash is spotless you have nothing to complain about.” The dog wash was clean and there wasn’t anything missing besides the towels. To this my husband said “I understand that but half of the wash is the drying. Why would I wash them to just leave with them soaked. The other employee stated we’d work something out.” Leo said “I’m the manager so you can go ask him but I’m telling you you’re not getting any discount. It’s so rude of you to come in right before closing and to have the nerve to think that we would discount you is crazy. You had the blower, that’s what you get. No towels.” We were appalled at the way he was speaking to us, totally not cool.After we got home we called the store to confirm the cashier’s name. He proceeded to threaten my husband by saying “I’m at the store if he wants to come talk to my face. You’ve got 10 minutes.” And that he “doesn’t care what we have to say because he’s part time”. We then asked who his boss was and he gave a name but told us he “doesn’t know how to spell it, and isn’t at liberty to say when the real manager will be at the building”. Absolutely ridiculous.I commend him for showing up to work, but this is not how you treat customers! We love tractor supply but will never come back to the Navarre location ever again thanks to Leo. Really disappointed with the way things went down, be better Leo!

Walked in to shop for a customer on doordash and the manager was pretty rude and pushy.. I understand it was near closing time and you want to go home but I’m working too.. and the store was missing the items that the customer needed so of course I had to contact them to get the substitutes.. It was very stressful and it did not make me want to go back.. was not a good experience at all.. definitely need a closing manager with better people skills/customer service.

I want up there for a certain type adult food. But ask the professional up there. About the dog food I was feeding my puppers. She said to try this other food 4health She guaranteed my dog would like it. I was not sure so. So I bought a small bag and I will be going back up there to get the big bag My puppy is very picky and he did not hesitate to eat this As soon as I brought Bag inside He wanted it And I put his cup and a 1/2 of food in and he ate it instantly. He has never done that. So I am very pleased on the recommendation she gave me. Thank you

Had the pleasure of going to our new TSC for the first time yesterday, twice.First trip was early in the am. The sweet female cashier let me know their truck was running late, when I inquired about a particular dog food they were out of. She said the truck should be in later, and to check back.I went back about an hour before closing time, with a friend. We were enthusiastically greeted when we walked in the door. I found the dog food I was looking for was still out of stock. I walked to the counter with a different bag, just to hopefully hold my dogs over until I was able to get the correct bag.I asked the nice young man at the register, Jasper, about the delivery truck. He said yes, it arrived, but only an hour ago. I asked about the dog food I was looking for, and two other employees (my apologies for not catching their names) cheerfully went to the back to search. Dog food was found, and retrieved from the bottom of the pallet.I haven’t had this pleasant of a shopping experience in a very, very long time! Keep up the good work, TSC! And please, take care of your employees. Good, cheerful, helpful help is hard to find!!

Many great products for farm owners, even if its just chickens. Plants, feed, plumbing parts, decorations, and many other products. Friendly and helpful employees. I'm so glad we have a store in Navarre now!!

So the story goes is I bought a new Cub Cadet mower and a spare set of blades about a year ago from TSC. Turns out they sold me the wrong blades, no big deal let's just swap them out for the correct ones right... WRONG. They didnt have the correct blades for the mower i bought from them, didnt offer to order the correct blades and since it was over 30 days ago I couldn't return the ones I purchased the day I bought the mower. I guess I should have crawled under my new mower to make sure thy were selling me the correct service parts... Very disappointed in TSC Navarre.
