Love this store! They sell very high-quality pet food and treats. I can always count on finding new things for my dog to eat that don’t contain additives or grains he’s allergic to. They also make their own brand of treats that the dogs in our family are addicted to. The owners and staff make shopping an incredible experience by being helpful, welcoming & informative. Wholesome Hound is the only place I trust wholeheartedly for my dog. I left Naples almost 2 years ago and I still buy from Wholesome Hound out of state because I can’t find another retailer with the same quality products.

We have been buying The Chicken Chips for years. Usually at the 3rd St Farmers market where there are always free samples and a friendly employee that obviously loves dogs. Yesterday we ( my husband and our PWD) shopped at the store. We were looking for new treats that did not contain chicken. We were surprised that the staff of 2 women, one of them restocking and the other behind the counter did not take any interest in our presence at all. As I spoke to my husband and asked him to read the ingredients on the labels of treats ( I forgot my glasses) Neither of them chimed in to help or recommend a thing. We spent about $60 on treats and toys and walked out feeling that they were not very dog or people friendly. What's up? We were very surprised.

Here is the BEST pet food store in town. Truly wholesome and Stephanie gives personal attention. They carry other items like pretty, safe harnesses. All the treats are healthy. Just opposite Wynns on 41. Only place we would go after visiting so many others.

Lots of high quality choices. I buy Fromm here. My dogs who have allergies and are old love the Duck ala Veg which features duck and sweet potato. I'm glad they have it. I was ordering it online and waiting on shipping. The prices are the same here. I bought here for the first time today. I now have an account and after I purchase a certain number of bags I get one free. The store is very clean, the workers helpful and friendly - especially the big fluffy white dog!

Wonderful! Perfect selection of both cat and dog food, treats, and accessories. The owner here was so kind and helpful as we shopped. She recommended products for us and spoke about things we considered purchasing and then asked us about anything that we'd seen elsewhere that might be good for them to carry. But she had everything! Great prices and the golden retriever there was beautiful and friendly!

We have been longtime customers of this business and they are always amazing, but today was above and beyond. We brought our two lab puppies in to get some harnesses and the ladies working there took the time to find the perfect ones, fit them to our pups, give them chicken chips and lavish them with affection. We got toys and harnesses and all of us left with big smiles! Thank you, ladies! You are the definition of customer service ❤️

Best pet store and groomer ever! The ladies who own this store take pride in providing amazing food options and services for your fur baby. Bumper loves getting his hair cut here and when we hand him over he goes right into her hands, which makes us know that he is comfortable here! Bumper never had an appetite and didn't really care about treats until we found him food and treats at this store. We are thankful we found this place!

Just stopped in to see what they had to offer and was pleasantly surprised. Was greeted kindly upon entering and felt very welcome. Very clean and neat inside. Owner was very informative and gave me some samples to take home for my girlfriends Golden Retriever. For those who take a little extra care of what their dogs eat this is a wonderful place to take them!Will be returning with the pup soon to pick some more treats out!

I went into this store to find new food for my cat. She is a very finicky eater and has a very sensitive stomach. Molly was working, she was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to explain all the different foods, and what she recommends. I ended up buying one that has salmon and vegetables in it. My cat can't get enough of this food, I will definitely be back to purchase more soon! I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have had in a very long time, Molly was great! I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to try a healthier alternative for their pet.

The store was absolutely beautiful. The lady working was super polite and kind. I loved the non-corporate vibe and the pandora playlist. The toys they carry, on the whole, are terrible and cheap. Nothing had prices on it; most people in Naples don't need/care to know prices, but I refuse to be blindsided at the register for a $30 bag of freeze-dried food that they want gouge me for $40. Its boutique, you are gonna pay boutique prices. In the end, nothing they carry cannot be purchased somewhere else for a better price.

We at Top Dog Kitchen refer many of our local area customers to this store especially when it comes to questions about kibble - we don't carry any in our shop. Got us his food, which changes from time to time.Went back to Chicago for another surgery, Molly printed the stores near to where we would be so we would be able to get the same food.They care!!Plain & simple!!! It's not just a store you go into buy an item. It's more than that. Awesome experience! I was visiting Naples for the week and happened to stop by the Wholesome Hound with my Shih Tzu, Marta. Steph and Molly are so welcoming and helpful. Marta had the best time visiting the store and loved the treats that I bought. I would come by the store any time I'm in Naples!

Amazing people amazing products!!!! My 14 year old girl was having a really hard time with her quality of life and just in general going up stairs literally just walking around . I switched her food and some different treats and she is jumping on a 2 foot high bed and has more energy than me ! I can not believe the change in just 2 weeks I am seriously amazed by the quality of these holistic products ... I highly recommend this store !
