My wife loves McDonald's. I'm just tired of this place. They never make our order right. I've been told to just add sugar to my coffee myself. My routine is stopping back at the house to put sugar in my coffee. I see the guy that was torturing the raccoon is still working there. I caught him catching the raccoon and breaking its leg.

Very disorganized, non professional, lack of customer service skills,long customer line inside and employees with hands in pocket walking around and other employees with their cell phones on their hands. No one approach the counter on the first 5 minutes we got there. Most likely restaurant manager with no name tag had a dirty shirt on,wait it was filty shirt, with a lack of customer service manners. Everyone that night needs retraining for excellence production. Not my team if I was a franchise owner.

I ordered 2 Big Breakfast W Hotcakes and a #2 w an orange juice, they gave me the #2 w no drink and instead of the hotcakes they gave me 1 Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit. How do you get those two confused? This location needs to pay attention to the orders correctly. Then the girl gets upset cause I told them that the order is wrong when I paid and I’m willing to pay the difference. I did not have an attitude or nothing. She got mad and said that’s not what I ordered. I gave them a chance to fix it but when they brought my order, it was wrong once again. They didn’t put the eggs or biscuit and forgot my orange juice. I’m a kind person who knows that people make mistakes but when you get it wrong two times, yes I’m going to get upset and yes I’m going to leave a negative review.

I never leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. The employees are running around swearing loudly and acting very unprofessional. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwich meals, and the only thing they got right was one of the drinks. We were sent to the 3rd window of shame after they gave us our wrong drinks and waited while 7 cars behind us got their food. Then they give us our food... but they give us 3 sausage mcgriddles, no hashbrowns. Fun fact.. we didn't order any sausage mcgriddles. And why would those take 10 minutes? We roll back and ask for our hash browns just to get attitude from the manager on duty. Overall, worst experience at a McDonald's. I paid $35 for only one drink to be correct. Avoid this one.

I will not go into detail. I did not get her name but she was working the first drive thru window at lunchtime when I went thru there, I was having an issue with my card and this young lady was very patient, very polite, and did something she did not have to do but I was thankful she did.. She turned my bad day into a blessed day and I thank her for that..

The internet says they open at 430am, I sat in drive-thru number 1 without anyone saying anything. At 450am a truck pulls into drive-thru number 2 and shortly after the manager puts yellow closed comes behind my car saying nothing to me. At 502am the truck in drive-thru 2 gets served and still nothing on my intercom even after saying good morning. Another truck pulls into drive thru 2 and they start taking his order, I immediately drive to the window and told the nice young lady what happened, she took my order and confirmed the manager put the cones. It would have been professional had the manager had said anything to me whilst putting the cones behind my car or taken my order so I didn’t sit there expecting service but she didn’t nor did she go to the window and apologize. I’ve never had bad service here but this was ridiculously unprofessional of a manager to do. It’s called professionalism and common courtesy

ZERO STARS! I ordered a number four C, I was asked if I wanted medium or large. I told the guy I wanted medium he said, uhh well we are out of medium would a large be fine. I yes that’s fine. He then proceeded to charge me for the large… with out saying he was going to charge me. My sandwich when I got home 20 minutes late was completely wrong. No lettuce or mayonnaise as it should. Just meat and bread. This is literally the worst McDonald’s. When I called I was told well if we are out of something we will have to charge you for something else no way around it… and only get a fake apology she is informed me that her GM is who told her to do this. And there is nothing she can do for me. I’m not upset about the large, but like at least get my sandwich right. HORRIBLE!

I ordered diet coke. Received Dr. Pepper. Til it back to the counter and was told they would get me a diet coke. Several minutes later I went back up and asked a different employee for a replacement diet coke. Several minutes later I asked a third employee for a diet coke. Didn't get it. By this time I had finished my entire meal without a drink. Finally the original girl who took my order walked past. I explained what was going on and I finally got a diet coke. This was over a 30 minute period. They're were TONS of employee there... they were not that busy. Bad experience! But typical of all McDonald's!

Leaving 1 star because i cant put 0!For starters i told them i had a coupon code and they didnt put it in so i over paid instead they just proceeded with the order i also asked for a quarter pounder with bacon NO ONIONS AND NO PICKLES because i am severely allergic and yet when i get home and check my food theirs is both onion and pickles pilled up to the top when the order receipt thats on the box and says “no onion no pickle” also I ordered a couple mcchickens and they had literally a drop of mayonnaise on each sandwich and their was 6 total and like 2 pieces of lettuce on each sandwich and they looked like they were prepared last week. Extremely poor service i will never eat at this location again im highly disappointed, unsatisfied, and disgusted! Thanks for the food i cant eat and also thank you for leaving me hungry :)

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit a McDonald's restaurant that left me pleasantly surprised. While McDonald's is known for its fast-food offerings, this particular location exceeded my expectations, providing a decent dining experience that was both satisfying and enjoyable.First and foremost, the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant were noteworthy. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a well-maintained and tidy environment. The dining area was clean, tables were promptly cleared, and the overall atmosphere was inviting.In conclusion, my visit to this decent McDonald's restaurant left me pleasantly surprised. The cleanliness, friendly service, decent food quality, and convenient amenities such as the play area and drive-thru made it a satisfying experience. While McDonald's is often associated with fast food, this particular location stood out by providing a pleasant dining environment. I would not hesitate to visit this McDonald's again in the future when craving some classic fast-food favorites.
