Went there to see how the food was compared to Vietnamese. Disappointed in the type of bread used. Nothing like what is used for the sandwich in Vietnam. Further, the sandwich had bones in the meat and almost lead to a broken tooth. The lady at the register got off her phone, looked at the bone from the sandwich and laughed. No thanks, pass from now on.V/r

Oh my gosh! It’s finally open. We’ve been waiting for this place to open. Today (Nov 23) was the soft opening. It’ll be open on Black Friday and then the grand opening will be on Dec 2. And, HOLY COW. Soooo good. The sandwiches are all fresh and FULL of flavor. So authentic. It’s very refreshing and tasty. The drinks are also very good. The prices are reasonable. It’s about five minutes from the beach in Miramar Beach. Super friendly staff. Very clean place. Love it.

It’s okay! A Banh mi place inside of an outlet mall which is why I did not expect a whole lot. The banh mi I got was just mediocre and pretty skimpy. The pho has pretty good flavor but the portions are overall small for what you pay and the quality was mediocre. I wouldn’t purposely come back to eat banh mi or pho here. The coffee was probably the best thing how strong it was and the service was nonexistent since it’s all self-order and self-serve. There were a lot of small flies inside the restaurant.

I was actually having a horrible day when I stopped by, and they made it so much better! I had to get two drinks of the bubble tea flavor "Paris By Night" and they were able to do it with almond milk, a non-dairy milk option! The pork pastry is delicious, had to get more of that as well. It's a cute little shop with a lovely, calming atmosphere, especially with its Christmas decorations. Also, the cashier that helped me at the time was so sweet! Such a long drive, but it's worth the visit and the splurge!

I’m Vietnamese and I can vouch that these are authentic and SO GOOD. I got the special combination. The meat has a sauce with so much flavor and the vegetables are very fresh. Im not from the area and haven’t had a good banh mi in so long and this place really hit the spot. They also have tons of boba drinks to choose from and desserts. The taro coconut slush is amazing.The girl who took my order was so sweet. 100% recommend

Nicola (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was really friendly and helpful. The Korean corn dogs were crispy and delicious!! My husband and me were stopping by for the cakes/drinks before we head for dinner but I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to try the drinks and sandwiches next time.

Banh mi is pretty good here. The baguette is thin and crunchy, similar to Lee's, but better since it's not as hard. Also prefer their traditional vietnamese pate and pickled veggies in the sandwiches. Will come again for the sandwiches.Was their first customer on a Monday morning, so boba was fresh and chewy in my jasmine milk tea. The tea flavor and tannins were lacking though. Cashier was nice. Kids love all the jelly and boba offerings.Prices are a bit high, but they are located in a premium location. Also its amazingly convenient to just golf cart across hwy 98 to the outlet plaza. Will be definitely coming back and hope they can tweak their tea drinks.

Great spot to grab a banh mi combination when you’re hungry after shopping . Has a few selection of meat and bubble drinks . Spacious place to sit and relax also . The staffs was pretty nice .

Came in for a quick pick me up and was greeted by the aromas of authentic pho. They had a bigger menu than the PCB location. We only ordered 2 drinks and while the line seemed long, ordering was quick and waiting for the drinks was short. They are able to adjust the sugar level for you, which I find a great option for people watching their intake. We had a Thai tea (minimal sugar) and a Paris by Night drink (brown sugar milk tea) both with boba. Friendly staff and yummy drinks.

Very poor excuse for a banh mi shop. They barely have any meats in their sandwiches, and the bread is extremely hard. I got the combination banh mi; and as you can see from the picture, it's just all veggies. The service was also very slow and unwelcoming. The girl made it seem as if it was a chore taking our order. I would definitely not recommend eating here.

Had a really bad experience with the person working the front counter. Tried ordering a green tea with peach and was mocked and told they don’t sell green tea. When I pointed out the item in the menu, they rolled their eyes and said “I guess I can make it. Whatever” and then argued they were just going to make me a fruit tea if I wanted something so bad. They rang me up, and I should have left. Really wanted a refund because even though it was good, they were so rude.

Super disappointed in this place. We have been coming to Destin for years and as a Vietnamese family, we were so excited to see a banh mi place come here. We came in for lunch and got banh mi dac biet (B1). The meat was sliced so thin you can't even taste it. We all said it tasted like eating bread and veggies only.The wait was also very long. We order 4 banh mi and it took around 45 minutes to get our order. And it came out cold. The bread wasn't even toasted.The price point is also very high. $10 for each sandwich. I get it being a tourist area, but it's very high for a sandwich that barely had any meat or pâté in it.I gave 2 stars because when I could taste the meat and pâté it actually tasted good. The place has potential but needs to improve across many points.

Really wanted to like this place. Was excited that there is a Bành Mì option. However was disappointed.Line is chaos, no definitive flow. Cashier doesn't know the menu, is just there to take an order but behold the tip option that pops up on the Clover to guilt you I to tipping before anything is done or served. Numbers are called but you really don't know which items are for which number so you just randomly grab an item and hope it's yours.Croissants were stale and disappointing really was looking forward to this as a new option in addition to the traditional baguette.Also, every empty table was dirty so be ready to grab paper and attempt to clean them yourselves.There is 2 for 1 drink special, but if you forget to ask for it, it won't be offered.

First time here. But we'll be back probably to try the sandwich collection... a lot to choose from and smells so delicious. The order we placed: cream brulee matcha, mango milk tea with mango jelly. Both very satisfying. If you're not used to some of the boba or jellies in your tea, try something simpler and then be adventurous. Prices on sandwiches, burgers, and croissants are very reasonable too. Part of the fun was getting the cream brulee off the sides of the cup... relaxing. Slow down for a minute and have some tea

Unstaffed, not sure if it was just today or if it's a usual occurance. The line was very long and I watched 2 couples in front of me leave due to wait time. I had a brown sugar boba milk, there wasn't enough flavor and I just sort of felt like I was drinking plain milk and boba. I drove 20 mins just for this place so I was pretty disappointed.

Absolutely horrible customer service, very rude. Two workers were talking to each other, neither one of them wanting to help until I was standing there for about 5 minutes. Acted like it was a chore to take my order then told me that they were out of everything on the menu to dismiss me. I was understanding and said “okay have a good day”, they ignored me, scoffed, and then they turned back around and continued talking. Have never wrote a review before but this was appalling.
