The people in the pharmacy are not kind or polite, not only to me but I’ve witnessed this behaviour to other customers.The workers need to remember that just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you need to make other people have a bad day especially when they’re only trying to get medicine. RUDIEST COLLECTION OF EMPLOYEES EVER..... The pharmacist have God complexion for sure! The rudest and most incoompatient employees ever! I know more than they do on half the laws and regulations, only because I had brain surgery and done my research! You'd think a guy serving being flat lined during brain surgery would catch a break when I have trouble getting words out. No they see that as I am trying to play the system! I hate to say let them live with what I have to for 1 day and see if they talk to me like a 5 yr old again! St8 lied to me about my pickup date, got my paper work to prove they lied and said nothing, no sorry for.my mistake! Maybe next time be more vigalinte they say! Hello I had brainmatter removed and decaying I'm lucky to remember my own BDAY.... All in all DONT GO TO WALGREENS ON 46........

Our daughter came down with ear infection. Normally this is no big deal but our daughter has fluid trapped behind her drum causing hearing loss (we are praying is not permanent). This happened on the weekend and we couldn’t get in touch with our Dr. Whats worse is that our daughter is scheduled to have tubes inserted into her ears but this infection could delay that surgery causing more hearing loss. Keshia in the pharmacy was able to get in touch with the Dr. And get an RX sent over asap. She was compassionate as I explained the situation and she jumped into action.I cant say thank you enough Keshia from our family to you!!! You were such a blessing and saved the day ❤️

pharmacist refused to fill my prescription during state of emergency issued by the governor because of hurricane. waiving normal restrictions on early fill, regardless of the most recent fill allowing patient to have a 30 day supply. corporate has been called and the prescription should have been filled. now, due to water damage , the few remaining medication i had are ruined. now i’m having to suffer without because of the pharmacist not abiding by SOE ORDER . 4 herniated disc’s, Multiple sclerosis , scoliosis. i get treated and talked to like i’m not a human being. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Pharmacist more interested in making excuses as to why script wasnt at store when i was told it would be.Dont care if your employees are untrained,Absent, or any other reason you cant do what you said.The service here is notoriously bad.

Walgreens is a tale of 2 cities.. The pharmacy is ridiculous.. I have moved my medications somewhere else.. After all these years The convenience of it being on the way home was overran by poor service, hostility and and actual mistakes that could cost you you your health or possibly worse . The regular part of the store is just fine.

Walked in for a pick up order because it was taking a little longer than usual. Parris a cashier in there said her device was broken and was so kind to try to help me right away and asked Sonya (suppose to be a manager) for her device. Sonya immediately had a horrible attitude. She said “you’re in the store now why not shop for your items.” Meanwhile I didn’t have a physical card and wasn’t feeling well already paid online. She rolled her eyes at me and the cashier who was trying to help me. If you don’t like your job, find something else! Parris was great. Thank you for helping and not complaining

The old woman in this store take way too long to do anything. They take too long to help assist, they take too long to check people out. Every time I come here the line is super long. And they are NOT friendly. They are rude, condescending , and Every older woman that works at this location is so obnoxious that it makes me willing to drive to a Walgreens in another town to get assistance. NEW STAFF NEEDED ASAP if you want to get good reviews! This place customer service SUCKS!

This is a pretty good Walgreens. Some folks have complained about the pharmacist being rude, which seems over-sensitive and a bit whiny. He's a "North Floridian", we all know they tend to come across as rude! I find his brash demeanor but big heart pretty entertaining. This dude has bent over backwards trying to locate heart medicine at a nearby Walgreens so my husband doesn't have to skip a dose. He's also super-competent.

Mark and Christine go out of their way to help you whenever possible. They may come off as difficult at first, but they are there to help. Mark definitely has gone out of his way to help us with our medical problems. He calls us at home whenever we are having a problem. Christine and I clashed at first but her and I are totally fine and she will do everything she can to help you too. All the tech staff is outstanding, they have Mark the pharmacy intern who will definitely make a wonderful pharmacist one day, We lived closer to the Walgreens on Garden St in Titusville but will definitely drive the extra miles for Mark and Christine , Intern Mark and the staff here.

Went in too the RX to get my meds. While I was waiting I decided to get something else but I couldn't find it. I asked a gentleman too help me , He happened to be the manager KEVIN. Wow what a rude person. I'm sorry that I bothered you with your attitude. But I will never go back too your store.My insurance spends a lot of money there and it's my choice not too come back. I transfeall my RX too another company. This has gone downhill big time. The attitude has too go. What a shame this use too be a great store with greaa staff.

The pharmacist was very rude as he cut me off while speaking multiple times even when saying thank you. He had very minimal people skills and I will not be coming back to this location even though the next closest one is almost double the distance. I would give less than one star but that is sadly not possible.

They always have a great selection of cosmetics. They always have a great selection of over-the-counter medicine for pain relief or colds and coughs. they also have a small food section where they have things in the freezer if you need a quick TV dinner and they have some groceries like cereal canned goods cookies chips soft drinks and a wine section.

Pharmacy staff are horrible, they can't keep my medication in stock. In fact I have wound up going without a dose and then tell me it has arrived but I will need to wait another hour & 45 minutes before it's ready.

I assume it's a very busy pharmacy and they're the most convenient one to me but they are so unfriendly, the young pharmacist in particular. If you hate your job so much find something or someplace else to work.

The employees are friendly and courteous. Management are very professional and friendly as well. I have had nothing but great experiences at the Walgreens on US 1 and Hyw 46 in Mims Florida.
