Was in the area for a baseball game and stopped in to grab some dinner on the way to the field. Had a good experience over all with this McDonalds. The food was hot and fresh made, and the service was equally as good. The only issue I had while there was that the drink machine wasn’t putting out Dr Pepper correctly, but an employee immediately came over and helped me get it sorted. Would recommend visiting this location.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the lady that works night shift. She has red hair tells everybody that it’s cash only Even if it’s only 11 o’clock at night I live less than a mile away from this McDonald’ This is happened multiple times and she’s extremely rude. I went there last night to only sit at the drive-through for over 10 minutes with not even an acknowledgment that we were in line And I’m not the only car that got out of line to leave so I left went to the one on Garden Street and had the best service ever! You seriously should reconsider having her as an employee. She’s dragging your company down.

We stopped to get ice cream and wanted hot fudge sundaes, but she said they couldn't make them then, but didn't say why, so we ordered a mcflurry and an ice cream cone. She collected my money and then took another order for food from another customer and then disappeared. I saw my order on the monitor, but then it was gone. The other fellow got his food order before me as well as another door dash order went out, but nobody was making our ice cream or even looking at us. Finally, I asked another person if they had forgotten our order and showed her my receipt. She apologized and made the order. I never did see the original girl, so I don't know what happened, but there was definitely a lack of leadership that night

I normally don't post stuff like this and have never had a pleasant experience sitting in a McDonald's and eating but this morning I brought my kids in and we ordered on the kiosk and our food was bright tour table nice and hot and the gentleman was very kind and respectful. Then there was an employee named Sarah that went above and beyond. She came by and asked how our food was and was so sweet and fun towards my kids. She made our experience exceptional and the best one we've ever had. :) thank you!

Ordered Breakfast through the Mobile app to pick up through the Drive thru. Upon pulling into the drive through was informed that the drive thru was closed that I would have to come into the store, My husband is a combat wounded veteran and we travel with a service animal, So coming into the restaurant makes things difficult. Thankfully he and I were travelling together so he didn't have to try and get out of the Vehicle and go into the restaurant with his Service Dog. I entered the restaurant and waited at the counter, I told the woman behind the counter that I was picking up a mobile order and was told the Drive thru was closed, she told me she couldn't pull up mobile orders from her register and had to go find the manager. After waiting about 10 minutes the manager finally came from the back, where she proceeded to tell me they couldn't pull up mobile orders, I asked her if I could just show her my order from my phone so they could make the order, as It's already been charged to my card and paid for, which she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't give my any food. So I asked for them to refund my money, at that point she told me that she couldn't refund my money. I asked her what the issue was the food is paid for, I can show you what my order is, and she just said We can't do that and walked away. So I left the location without food and no refund at this point

Absolutely lazy useless employees. I was told to use the kiosk that is out of service. The girl at the counter said I'll be right back to take your order. 10 minutes later, she walks out and has a laugh with the other girl standing around, then walks back in the back, totally ignoring everyone in the lobby.You lost this customer for good.

Tried to order a sausage egg and cheese bisquit w 2 senior drinks, which at every other McDonald's costs 10.44. They said they cannot ring it up, they have to ring it as the cheese being an add on which was going to cost 14 dollars and change, WTWWW!!!I walked out! I don't accept them lying because they don't know how to ring up a simple signature sandwich order, REALLY!!!

This location is very small. They did both have enough chairs for the tables they had. We still decided to order and take our food to go, but once I got to the counter I waited a very long time to even have anyone talk to me. Once he did he asked what I wanted I started to tell him. He looked at me like I was crazy and walked away. I couldn't recommend this location ever.

We live in Broward County and we were visiting friends in St. Augustine. On the way back south we got off in Mims and and ate at the McDonald's. They were a little short staffed, which everyone is these days. So it took a little extra time to get our food, but it was worth the wait. The quarter pounder with cheese I ate was fresh and delicious with big pieces of onions an cooked perfectly. The bun was soft and fresh. French fries were just out of the frier and were hot and tasty. Good job folks thank you all

Fast food is supposed to be fast. This place was not.Stood around waiting for a simple order while having to listen to the manager complain about lack of employees rather than working and just getting our order out.Had they had any motivation to work, I could have not wasted 30+ minutes standing and listening to gossip. And had we not reminded them, we probably wouldn't have even gotten our drinks.It is best to skip this place, there are many better restaurants at the next exit that have similar turnaround times to this "fast food" place just one exit up

In the last four times, I've been to this McDonalds. I have only received breakfast once. They are a 24/7 restaurant next to the highway and are always "closed" for one reason or another. Once, the woman came to the window (after I couldn't get an answer at the menu board) and proceeded to tell me she was by herself and couldn't serve me. I guess she drove all four cars in by herself and was talking to imaginary friends just out of my sight.

Worked here about 4 months ago. I'm a colored woman. They treat us like we don't exist here. The managers don't even speak to you everyday. The place doesn't make you feel welcomed. Everyone just throws you in a place and don't train you. I will never work here again. I felt like I was in a slavery place. It gave me chills. Highly don't recommend working here. I wish they shut this McDonald's down. The managers are the worst.
