We bought our dog there for grooming, and the staff was so amazing, caring, loving, and helpful to my very nervous dog. Their professionalism put all of us at ease during the nail trimming process. 😬 the girls were just fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. This is my new store for all my pet needs. 👍🏼thanks again girls great job.

Manager was very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. The store is immaculately clean. Lots of items in the store if you need anything for pets that's over-the-counter. You can get it there.

Came into the store today 02/08/2024 to get some puppy food. Usually greeted when walking in. Cashier was someone I have never seen before and never said anything. Looked at puppy food, went to get a bigger bowl for a doggo. Checked the training treat area for the new pupper (3 months old) seen a decent one with a 10% off sticker. Grabbed a bag of puppy food and went up to the cashier. Cashier answered the phone on our way up and walked away. No worries, people have questions. Chit chatted with the wife for a few while waiting, cashier came back and apologized. He logged into to the computer. Waited for him to ask for a phone number.... No such luck. He rang everything up and wife had to ask if she could put in her phone number. He said yeah it should be therem. Slow talker sounded blazed. He asked if we wanted to use our 10 dollar loyalty reward she said sure. Well. He punched in a few things and next thing I know we we got an extra 12.22 bucks off. (Free bag of puppy food after looking at receipt) needless to say he didn't ask and we didn't tell him to use our free bag that we had been saving for our other doggos food. I bought 10 bags at 55 bucks just to inadvertently cash in on a 12 dollar bag for free. FML. Watch out for Aaron. He doesn't know anything or seems to be too elevated to run the register.

I adopted my kitty from the "Cat Lady" at Petsense.Picked my kitty up the 14th and I worked with her for seven days before she trusted me enough I could get close and she'd let me pick her up. She is now a lap cat, rolls over to have her belly rubbed, follows me around the house and now sleeps with me.. took seven days to get her to let me pick her up. I thought she was feral and not trainable and loving.Petsense looks clean and well stocked and animals are taken care of.

The groomers had patience of saints, really cared about my terrified dogs' feelings, and helped make her experience as comfortable as possible. Will totally go there again.

This is my go-to place for my dog needs. Always friendly staff and the new groomer is great with my puppies. Will have to go a little farther soon when the new Tractor Supply opens.

Zero if that’s an option. I wasn’t pleased with my first experience and won’t be back. Horrible customer service and they don’t even HAVE a groomer. You may be surprised to hear that because other reviews clearly state they do and that “they’re fantastic”, and it’s also specifically listed on their website.When my boyfriend entered the store the employee made eye contact and then immediately turned his back and started moving things on a shelf.You know…trying to look busy but not wanting to speak or help anyone.He had to walk up to him and say excuse me sir multiple times before being acknowledged.When he asked about the groomer he said they don’t have one and turned right back around to move stuff on his shelf that didn’t need to moved in the first place.If you have a good groomer in middleburg maybe post it on the middleburg Facebook page. Thanks!

took my dog in for grooming . she looks beautiful , she came home strutting around the other dogs like look at me i'm fabulous. Madison did an amazing job on her you can tell she really loves and cares for animals. i would recommend her to anyone needing help grooming their furbabies. madison will treat your baby as if they were her own with all the tender care you would want in a grooming experience

I just got a new puppy and I stopped by the petsense in middleburg this week for supplies. I talked to Madison about grooming my puppy when she is older . Madison was very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves animals I look forward to her taking care of my baby

I'm not one to typically post a review but I have to relate my positive experience at the Middleburg Petsense. I was looking for dog foods that my puppy could tolerate as he has been having GI issues. The team member, Angie, assisted me and was so incredibly helpful! She has a ton of knowledge about various foods and also provided tips to keep my puppy healthy and happy. She spent time locating a dry food my dog could eat and went above and beyond to be sure I found what would work best. I will definitely return to Petsense! If you go to Petsense, ask for Angie!

I cannot express how wonderful the grooming department is here! My dog is hypersensitive to having her nails clipped and they took her, loved on her and took great care with her as I would myself. I am forever grateful for finding them. They are part of Bubbles’ family! She LOVES her Spa Day! They are really awesome and very very caring with your four pawed babies!! I’ve witnessed it first hand!!! They are precious!!

I love this store. The employees are knowledgeable and very kind. It may be smaller than some of the bigger places like petco but they have everything you need. I've price compared the food I use to use against chewy and it's within a dollar, sometimes it's lower or slightly higher. I'm glad I found a place where I can run in without waiting on shipping. Great place!

They have a great selection overall. Especially the cat section. Fair prices and easy return procedures. Very friendly and would go out of my way to give them my business because Petsmart is in crapolaville and over priced.

Nice, smaller pet store. Super friendly and helpful staff. One lady (I assume was the manager/owner) took some real time to talk to my daughter about some of the more exotic pets (gecko's, corn snakes, ball pythons, etc) and to introduce her to them, even letting her pet a gecko, which made her day!Very knowledgeable, another customer came in panicking about her dog, and a condition it was suffering with, the staff immediately calmed her down, reassured her, and listened to what was occuring before offering advice.Will definitely shop here again. They of course don't have quite the selection of some of the pet supermarkets, nor their pricing as cheap. But for a smaller, local, and such a friendly accommodating place I will always make exceptions and shop there. They have a customer for life here, as long as they continue to run as they do now.

After having pledged to stay local, and spending several hundred dollars to support this business... It's a shame that the manager has decided to defer to and take directive from an overbearing employee who was more interested in playing detective and proving she was superior to other employees. I appreciate the folks who work in the daytime, they were extremely helpful, and it is a shame that I won't get to meet the groomer who I've heard great things about. All over a $13 dollar collar that didn't last a day.

My fur babies go to Black Creek Vet in Middleburg and they gave a very high recommendation for me to take my 2 German shepherds here for a deshed treatment. I made an appointment for my female for today at 10:30. My dogs have high anxiety so I made sure to medicated both of them then drove 15 miles there only to find out that the groomer isn't there today. A lady came out from the office and said that they where aware I had an appointment but NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME TO CANCEL! She tried to say maybe he had called me or sent an email. I never received a phone call or email from anyone. So now I've driven 30 miles round trip and medicated 2 dogs for nothing. She tried to reschedule. Why the hell would I want to do this again?

I take my dogs to Petsense for grooming. Emily does an amazing job with them. She is able to read their personalities and make sure they are comfortable. She is patient and my dogs look great when we are leaving. Bath brush nails and teeth!! I have 5 Aussies and that can be alot for most groomers but she handles it like a champ!!! My pack gives her 5 🌟's

Glad this place opened up. It’s clean and well laid out, and for us the biggest plus is the staff and the location. Staff is very friendly. We’ve had to drive out to Fleming Island for pet supplies, but no more! They have a great selection of supplies, toys, treats, and most importantly - food. We have two large dogs on separate diets due to their health issues, both foods are tough to find, and often require going to multiple stores. Both items are here at pet sense! Definitely going to be regular customers.Note: check their website out for deals, as of today, they offer 10% off any online orders with in-store pickups.

Emily is an awesome groomer! She has loads of patience to deal with pups like my Migo who unfortunately can be a bit of a terror. He's super anxious when he goes to be groomed but she explores all avenues to get the job done! I would recommend her to everyone. And the prices are more than fair!Thank you Emily!

Pet Sense in Middleburg is the place to go! The employees greet you with a warm and happy hello and will help you with anything that you need!Emily in grooming is beyond wonderful. She connects with your pet and takes time to get to know them before grooming. She does a wonderful job on my golden doodle and lab. She will call you with any questions or concerns before doing something! I am always more than pleased with her service. Love going into this store, it’s clean, lots of items to choose from in all directions. Beds? Got it! Collars? Yep! Lots of brands to choose from in feeds. We bought the African side neck turtle from here and adopted a kitten. Turtle is healthy! Kitten has a vet appointment soon.. she’s very sweet, her name was kestrel but we’ve changed it... one thing I’m unsure about it “cat friendly” that was listed on her paper. She’s still adjusting so maybe that’s the reason for hissing and swatting at my other cat. Still a sweet girl

Love this placeBuy crickets for sons spider here. The large are actually large. Our dogs love going in and finding their toys. The visit by a shot clinic for the dogs is great, easy fast. In and out took about 15 minutes.
