Absolutely love this place. The ladies are very nice. Before I signed up for training we had a consultation were they met Milo. We discussed any issues and what goals I had. They set me up with the best trainer. Alison goes above and beyond. She explains what she wants and why your doing it. We have been training with her for 3 months and my dog has made huge progress in a very short time. Alison knows not ever dog is the same and she sees when something in training needs to be adjusted based off your dog. Working with Alison has made me a more confident dog owner and has shown me what Milo is capable of doing. She has made this experience so much better than what I ever expected.

My dog got back home all beat up and I am not satisfied with the excuse that was given. They said it just happened before we picked him up and it was because he brushed his nose against the kennel. My dog is a peaceful dog and is not aggressive at all. He was only in their care for a week. I am not happy at all and he will not be going back.

This place is the best place for pet boarding in the area. I use their services very frequently and i can say that the staff is super friendly, very professional. You can see and feel that they really love animals. I got a good impression the first time and continued using their services is an A+++.

I absolutely love this place. Whether you want to board your pup for a few days, schedule training, or even foster/adopt a pup, there is no better place than here. They continue to help and check in during foster, and after adoption. They treat us like family, because we earned each other as family. These are the babies we've adopted in the attached photo. First car ride together on the first full day together, and they get along beautifully. Thank you Homemade Hounds! We'll be keeping in touch and coming back to visit!

My dog loves themAlison and Taz, on short notice, boarded my elderly dog on a long term basis.At the time, I didn't know how long my dog needed boarding. Alison was super helpful and flexible.My dog doesn't like dogs he doesn't know. Alison & Taz are also dog trainers, so not a problem.Several times I visited my dog during boarding & I've never seen my dog so happy while boarded.BONUS & overshare: my dog has sporadic gastro issues. Alison advised me to stop sharing my french fries and tortilla chips with Rascal. No more gastro issues. Kinda duh but Alison pointed it out.This was an emotional time for me & I'm so grateful to Taz who was so supportive.

The best experience I could have imagined! Our furbaby was a rescue from animal control 3 years ago. We were nervous about dropping her off for a week- so we did a single night test run. She seemed to do great- so we booked the week and she was excited when we pulled up. The care and compassion Alison showed was so heartwarming. I will not hesitate to let her have another slumber party with new friends :)

Highly recommended them. We, my daughter and I, have been taking our dogs to them for over a year. Our dogs have been there for boarding, playcare and training. Allison, Ashley, Dee and Taz are amazing with our dogs. My dog Ginger gets really really excited when shes goes for a day of playcare or when she boards. These ladies are the best with training and explaining dog handling techniques. They go out of their way to ensure that the dogs in their care are well taken care of and have a great time everytime they visit Homemade hounds. We had tried many of the local dog training and daycare places none of the are comparable to Homemade hounds. They are the best by far and as an added bo us they are the most reasonably priced in the area.

If I could give 10 stars I would!These guys are amazing! We had a last minute family emergency recently and they took our pups in on super short notice.They were our first call when we realized we would need to board them because they have always taken such good care of our furry family. Our old man pup was even dubbed the coffee buddy! Stuff like that makes us feel like Homemade Hounds really cares for the animals as if they were their own family.!

The staff are the best. Whenever I bring my two dogs for boarding we are greeted at the porch, and they greet my boys by name. One of my dogs is on a daily medication and I can tell by his behavior that he always gets it. I know Taz and her team love and care for my dogs as much as I do. They even send me pictures of the boys while I am gone. The boys are also very excited and jumping around when we pull up to the gate.

By far the best boarding place around. I’ve been going here for months now and they are very nice and very compassionate about working with dogs. I’ve had no issues and they are quick to reach out to you if anything goes on with your pup while they are there. Prices are good as well !

I can’t say enough about this amazing facility. My dog is having to stay for an extended stay and I was very nervous about having her stay at a new place. After visiting her, I know I have nothing to worry about while she’s at Homemade Hounds. I can tell she absolutely loves the staff and she just radiates happiness!The entire staff have been incredible from the first time I called. Setting up a stay and checking in were smooth and they answered all of my questions. I’m even able to get updates by messaging them. I’m so grateful for the staff for taking such amazing care of all of the dogs in their facility.I highly recommend Homemade Hounds!! You can tell they love what they do!

My husband and I recently traveled to NY to welcome our grand baby. While enroute, an emergency happened with our arranged dog and horse care. We were far from home and our four dogs were stuck in our house and our four horses had no one to feed and complete stall care for our 10 day trip.I had met the ladies at Homemade Hounds Bed and Biscuit when one of my fur babies ventured in to their yard. They took wonderful care of him until my fur baby and I were reunited.I contacted them from my travel and without hesitation, they worked with me to take in all for my dogs for the 10 day duration AND they also came to my home and took care of my horses ……These ladies literally saved my trip and allowed for my husband and I to meet our newest grand baby.Each day, I received an update, along with pictures, of my fur babies, who were happy and well adjusted.Upon pickup, the fur babies were happy and healthy. They were very comfortable with the staff. They had even received a complimentary spa treatment AND my youngest fur baby had learned some new positive manners!!!Our unfortunate emergency in the beginning became a blessing in disguise, because we made new friends and my dogs have a new home away from home!!Lastly: their horse and stall care was also top notch and they took exceptional care of my horses as well!!You ladies ROCK!!!!!

My fur baby, Blackjack, goes to Playcare here and totally loves it. He gets so excited as we start getting near the facility. He can’t wait to get out of the car to start his day of fun. He loves the social interaction with the staff and the other dogs. He goes once a week which is great for him and me.Homemade Hounds feels like a second home to him. I wouldn’t take him any where else.

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I have been using Homemade Hounds to board our dog, Luger, since they opened and we would never go anywhere else. The staff is amazing. They are always so sweet and polite and they treat us and, most importantly, Luger absolutely fantastic. Their rates are very reasonable and they are always so easy to work with. Never had a single issue with Homemade Hounds. If you live in the area, don't even bother looking anywhere else!

I took my dogs in for a consultation and was advised they needed to be on a medication before training (super high anxiety) . I definitely agreed with that and took them to the vet the next day for treatment. They have been on their medicine for 3 weeks now so I called back to see if we can get started with training. I was told they where busy ( I understand that) and that someone would call back in 20 or 30 minutes. That was 3 days ago. Very disappointed. From our first visit I was so excited and encouraged at the thought of learning how to have a better life with my dogs only to now feel alone and desperate again.Update. I did receive a call back today. She was very apologetic for the delay.

Homemade Hounds Bed & Biscuit have trained our Rottweiler puppy for her puppy star from the first class a big difference they will be training her advanced puppy and CGC as well. I had not met the Trainer as my wife takes her to a private class but had the opportunity to go with her once and saw how our pup reacted to her trainer she acknowledged her from inside the truck was excited to see her trainer and greeted her.We took our Sheppard who has had no socialization to our Rottweilers test the Team and yes it was a team I think we had every trainer there and they evaluated our Sheppard pup put together a training plan advised us on training and activities for her as well as leash recommendations.My pups appear to like the entire staff of Homemade Hounds Bed & Biscuits. That is why they will continue their training here.Anyone who says don't take your dogs here is crazy.I will train both pups and any future pups with Homemade Hounds & Biscuits..

My dog is picky about people, but let me tell you how much he LOVES Homemade Hounds. The staff are all super awesome, super knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions about everything from their services, to questions about dog care, to everything. Tanner loves to visit his aunties at Homemade Hounds and I know my dog is in good hands every single time we visit. Price point is good for their services, facilities are clean, and plenty of room for Tanner to run. What more could I want or need? Bath? Nail trimmings? HHP does it ALL!!!

This place is great. All the trainers here are absolutely amazing! So personable and give you a good report at the end of the stay. My dog had a great time and did so well here. I will definitely bring my dog back here again! It’s a good feeling knowing your animal is in good hands while you are away.

We LOVE Homemade Hounds! The staff is very helpful & accommodating. Our "Sable" loves their all natural, homemade treats. They also offer aromatherapy, which is very calming & helps relieve stress naturally. Sable loves spending the day there with her friends & being able to play & get some good exercise. I definitely recommend them! :)

My dog stayed here for 3 nights. They sent pictures and texts letting me know how she was doing. Made her feel comfortable and was able to play frisbee due to the big yard area. Will recommend to friends and family

We found our family dog at Homemade Hounds Bed & Biscuit and couldn't be happier with how they treated him before we found him. We could tell they genuinely Love every dog there and really take care of them. We will always board our dog, and go to their dog training sessions, because each time we visit for either boarding or training they are nothing but sweet and kind in every way. 10/10 would recommend Homemade Hounds Bed & Biscuit for all your dog needs!

This is by far the best dog boarding, grooming, daycare, training…everything! Everyone is warm and welcoming, and my GSD is in love with everyone there. The care and attention for the dogs (and families) is the most genuine you will ever experience. If I could give more than five stars, they have certainly earned it and my full trust. This is not my GSD’s first daycare or boarding experience, but this the best there is! This is the only place I have never been sad to leave my girl, because of the care, love, and attention they give to her. The new facility is great for her to run and play ball all day long! She is extremely comfortable here!

I took my 1 year old Corgi here after only boarding him one time with a not so great experience from my local vet. I read the reviews and decided to give Homemade Hounds a try instead. Our dog stayed about five days total. The staff was fabulous, attentive and very knowledgeable. They have lots of play time with your baby and pay attention to details. For example, they are careful to make sure certain dogs don't interact with others (like older dogs aren't put next to young energetic puppies). Their check in system is thorough so you can explain any details you may need to about your pet. It's a small facility but don't let that fool you! They make homemade treats they give your pet (or you can purchase them to take home), have doggy day care during the day so your baby can interact with other dogs and they offer grooming services as well. We had no behavioial issues either after picking him up like we did the last place we boarded.The only tiny miniscule issue I had was I paid to have my dog bathed, nails clipped and de-shedded while I boarded him. They couldn't finish clipping his nails because he freaks out during the process (which wasn't their fault) but they chose to brush him while he was wet during his bath and unfortunately for the type of dog I have, he sheds so much that it didn't help his undercoat at all. I had to re-brush him for an hour after pick up even though we paid for that service. With his particular breed and excessive shedding, I found he needs to be brushed before a bath and then again afterwards. Which probably was my fault I didn't mention it to the staff. So with that being said, make sure you give them any details you may have regarding needs for your animal. I highly recommend this place for you puppers and doggos!

Had my group of 4 dogs stay over the Thanksgiving weekend and they had a blast. I had great communication with staff and they even sent me pictures of my fur babies. They have great knowledge of dog behavior and offered training advice for each dog when we picked them up. Would recommend to everybody and use again!

We absolutely LOVE Homemade Hounds Bed and Busicuts! Both of our girls have stayed with homemade hounds multiple times and each time they have a blast! Tasley and the crew are great with both our girls and my husband and I feel as though they are with family when they are there! It's far more than just a boarding facility. The girls get interaction with not only the amazing staff there, but also with the other pups that are there! They offer a great selection of homemade treats that we love to surprise our girls with! Tasley has also helped with training one of our girls. She is so patient with her and offers high quality training that is affordable. It is clear that Tasley and the homemade hounds crew truly care for and love every animal that they interact with!
