I went today for the first time to take my frenchie daughter (Gucci) to get groomed. I’m super happy with the results and Gucci had a wonderful time and smells amazing! I will definitely be coming back to bring my frenchies. Very professional and the girls that work there are super sweet.

Super happy with the results, the staff, and location.Super clean store, smells amazing, staff is super friendly and extremely attentive, price is very reasonable compared to other locations.I gave the groomer a lot instructions on how I wanted the haircut, and she followed every single one of them.Very happy and will be returning.Note: they also have soft birthday cakes which was perfect for my furbaby's birthday (is hard to find soft dog cakes)

Fantastic Grooming Experience for JasperI recently took my furry friend to Woofgang for a much-needed grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. They took the time to listen to my specific requests. The grooming itself was top-notch; my pup came out looking like a million bucks! Not only did they trim and style his fur beautifully. What impressed me the most was how gentle and patient they were with my dog, who can be a bit nervous during grooming sessions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the professional yet friendly atmosphere. As a bakery, they are fantastic, offering a variety of beautiful baked treats for dogs, BUT as groomers, I am beyond disappointed. I always used Gabriela and her services were excellent. Now she is on maternity leave and the 2 times I have been there with a different groomer, they have absolutely butchered my dog. Yesterday was the worst experience. They took 3 full hours and he had the first appointment of the day. He came out disfigured. Ears uneven, face distorted by his beard longer on one side shorter on the other. And to make matters worse, he was not himself for the entire day. He seemed sad and drugged. I’m questioning why he was behaving like this. I think I could have done better, but I pay for these services because they are the experts. He literally looks like a 9 year old cut his hair.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff was kind and the groomers were spot on. Gave our dog a beautiful adorable haircut. The treats sold are also 20/10 worth buying. Our dogs devoured them in a nanosecond once we got home. Highly recommend this location. Shout out to Jose and Gaby for the wonderful job they did with Nala.

Amazing experience with Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming. Scheduling an appointment was super straight forward and easy. Pups grooming was done by Jose and Gaby, which came out beautifully. The staff were friendly and caring, store was very clean. 100% would recommend!

So I went to this place because of their "strict vaccination" policy. However, when I got there, no one asked me for proof of up-to-date vaccines. Please note that my pup wasn't even wearing the rabies tag.Anyways, I asked specifically for paw trimming and nail filing. (1) they over filed my pup's nails. I left the groomers thinking everything went well and took my pup on a short walk and she started bleeding from her nail. The friction of the concrete and over filed nails were the reason for the bleeding (2) they charged me for nail clipping AND filing. At no point did I ask for nail clipping as my pup's nails were already short.I wouldn't recommend this place——————Update (re: Wolf Gang response)I never said they clipped my dog’s nails. I said what I was charged included clipped nails.My dog’s nails were over-filed! I can’t make my statement any more clear than that.And as I said before, proof of vaccination was not asked upon arrival. Anyone can lie and say their vaccinations are up to date.I stand by my review the first time and will not be changing my 1-star review to anything higher. Wolf Gang tried to appear as if they care by responding to my review. However, it’s clear they did not take the time to read carefully what I said and their responses were irrelevant.
