Love love love love them! My dog isn’t easy to groom, but they handle him incredibly well and are so patient. I drive ~30 minutes out of my way to bring him here and it’s so worth it!

One of the ladies that works here is incredibly rude, demeaning, and frankly discriminatory.I'm not sure if the lady has something against Hispanics, but making fun of my grandmother, who speaks both English and Spanish fluently mind you, for speaking on the phone in Spanish is repulsing. If you haven't bothered to learn Spanish in Miami, that's on you, but don't demean people who speak both languages as though we are "less than."Demeaning someone because of how they care for their pet, as best as they are able to, and ridiculing the pet owner for not doing a good enough job at brushing, per this worker, and placing the blame on shaving the dog to the skin on the pet owner was shocking.I'm not sure if this is just a bad day for this worker, but I pray this doesn't happen to any other pet owners going to a dog salon for their dog to be groomed.That worker needs to learn to be kind, because she has no idea what was already happening in the other person's day.Horrid service in such a town like Miami Lakes.Cannot recommend AGAINST strongly enough. Go elsewhere before you have a horrific experience!As other reviewers have denoted, this salon doesn’t know how to deal with older dogs… I understand my dog is old and can be complicated, but that’s why I pay extra and expect for my dog to be treated with dignity.

Duke and Dutchess is top notch! Every time I bring my pup, there’s friendly service and the staff goes above and beyond. My pup is always excited to go in and doesn’t want to leave. She always looks exactly how I asked and smells amazing. The oatmeal hypo bath and her perfect nail trim, makes both me and my pup happy customers for life. Not to mention, she comes home looking stylish every time. 😀

I love this groomer, they're extremely nice and hear you out with what you'd like. They're experienced and accommodating with appointments. I took my Morkie for a full service grooming. She was getting lots of tangles and mats due to her long hair and they advised me on how they could groom her and how to take care of her hair when it started to grow out. When I picked her up she was happy and looked fabulous!! They trimmed her nails, she smelled wonderful and had a bow and bandanna!

These groomers are top-notch. I have taken my two Yorkie-Poos for years now. My pooches never come back with cuts on their skin. Ever! These ladies genuinely love animals and it shows with the work they do and the way they treat their fur baby clients. Thank you very much.

We have an 11 year old golden so needless to say we have years of experience with the grooming of a dog with long hair. We were looking to try a new groomer so we decided to try this place. We gave very specific instructions and even showed pictures of what we wanted. Long story short, they ended up SHAVING our golden retriever. Completely contradictory to the instructions we provided. Never in 11 years have we shaved our golden retriever. They provided a number of excuses of why they “had” to shave her. Excuses we have never heard in 11 years. Nonetheless, if they felt a shave was necessary, they did not bother to call us and ask for permission. Then they went further and styled our golden to have extra hair on her legs almost like poodle. She looked ridiculous. Upon arrival, we had to ask them to remove the extra hair on her legs as that is NOT even close to what we wanted. We expressed our displeasure and how we did not want to pay full price as this was not even close to what we requested. They refused to make it right. Our dog even has track marks on her legs from the clippers. We will not be returning and I would be cautious to trust them with your dog.UPDATE: our dog started bleeding excessively from her back paw this morning. We discovered one of her nails is completely missing. There’s nothing in the last 3 days that could have caused this other than something occurring from her nails being clipped at the groomers.

I took my 6 months puppy on Valentines Day for her first Grooming ever at Duke & Dutchess and she returned home clean but also really happy. I was concerned because this was her first time but think she had a blast! If you are looking for a place that treat your dog as a baby, this is it. They are really kind and have great prices.

From the minute you call to make an appt they answer the phone in such a happy friendly manner that it makes you feel good dropping off your dog there. Then once you get there you get the same exact friendly, caring greet. I myself think that is very important to see because then I know my dogs are in good happy vibe environment. My Jake came out perfect and he didn't seem stressed out at all. I highly recommend these friendly ladies as groomers.

Absolutely amazing! I was nervous taking my rescue pup to get groomed for the first time (she’s a bit scared of other dogs due to unknown reasons) but after I called I was assured she would be fine and kept relaxed. After a quick ride to their location the locale was adorable decorated for the season and the pups currently receiving grooming looked happy and relaxed, that honestly was such a relief because Mia is a bit shy and gets alarmed easily but after a quick walk around the place she felt right at ease. The young lady at the drop off door was kind and cheerful and again let me know Mia would be in good hands. I left happy and quite honestly a bit tearful because I felt like a mom dropping off her kid at daycare for the first time (lol don’t judge me). A short time after we received a call from the young lady we met at the front who let us know that Mia behaved wonderfully and we should be proud of her. Just that simple statement made me absolutely fall in love with the way these ladies treated my dog. When I picked her up I found her in a cute little bandana they had gifted her and smelling of bubblegum and flowers! I was soooo happy and I will remain a loyal client from now on because the service and treatment was amazing and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much, we hope to see you soon.

One star to this horrible establishment, but they really don't deserve any. You need to enter a star to be able to post the review.Brought my dog for the fist time for just a bath. After many hours of waiting for my pup to be ready, I finally picked him up and I took a look at him and I said to myself that he does not look like he was bathed at all. When I went to the car and take a closer look and there was no doubt. Be on the look out for this place as they lie right to your face.

Brought my pup early in the morning and he wasn’t ready for nearly 6 hours. When I picked him up he had a sloppy haircut and smelled. I don’t think he was bathed at all. A few days later I noticed him scratching his ear constantly and he had a bad infection. When I brought him to the vet the first question asked was did I have him groomed recently. The vet said ear infections are common when groomers do not follow sanitary practices.

I took my little Bella to get groomed here after my cousin to her dog and let me tell you I’m so happy. I had always taken Bella to petsmart but for some reason last few times I went they had a snotty attitude and The quality of work was just not there so I wanted to try somewhere new. I’m happy I took her to Duke and dutchess they are amazing and have a very reasonable pricing. You won’t regret it!

As of today both of my yorkies have severe ear infections and on antibiotics due to dirty water. Both of them had to have their ears rinsed out and cleaned. The first thing the vet asked was did you get your dogs recently groomed. One of my yorkies also has an infection on her paw due to the clippers that cut her skin. I am very disappointed with the services that were provided to both of my dogs. I will not be back.

I will no longer go to this groomer. My toy poodle got an eye infection from Duke & Duchess. They left her ears dirty. I had to take her to the vet because of her eye and now she had to take antibiotics because of the infection. Once the doctor saw her he knew she got the infection from the groomer. Poor service
