I love coming here! The staff is very friendly and outgoing to not only me but my dog too which is very important to me! Never disappointed in the grooming results and price is very reasonable for how great their services are.

All I can say is do not take your dog to this place for grooming services. They did a quick poor job. Left knots below his neck and mouth. Not detailed or passionate at all. They cleaned around his eyes and left a noticeable bald spot right below his eye. Thankfully they did not touch his eye although it was pretty close. They did not do the sanitary cut as requested. Beware overpriced and they will not fulfill the services requested. Saddest part is the owners did not acknowledge any wrong doing and had the nerve to oversee the pictures provided. If you read the response from the owner on all negative reviews that says it all.. red flags at its finest.

Day care at Dog House Miami has helped my dog so much! He has severe separation anxiety and socialization issues and he has gotten so much better since we started taking him to day care! I highly recommend them to everyone. The owners and staff are so great with all the dogs. They are also great for boarding and grooming. They also provide updates of the pups on Instagram. We never have to worry when he is in their hands!

I've been taking my fur baby, Annie, for some time and all I can say are good things about Dog House. From the owners to the entire staff they have been more than amazing to Annie and I. I've had her groomed here as well, and couldn't be happier with the results. Annie loves going to Dog House to mingle with the other doggies and spend the day playing.

We really loved this place after having our dog groomed there a few times. We went on a family trip and unfortunately couldn’t take our 9 month old husky puppy. We left him there and were told it we called or texted that we could get daily pictures of him. We called and never got any pictures. They’d show him like maybe once a day on their Instagram for maybe 2 seconds in a video. One point we didn’t see anything for two days. He started acting very strange when we picked him up on the 5th day, but we associated it with him being sad or upset with us for leaving him. Then he started coughing nonstop, sneezing, not eating, no energy, all things that are NOT typical husky puppy behavior. After spending over $300 there, we spent another $400 at the vet to get him treated.I had called them twice to see if something may have happened to have caused him to act weird and then again once we realized he was sick. I told them when we took him to the vet. He clearly got it from there since he went in healthy and was acted way off since the moment we picked him up. Mind you, he is a very active and extremely healthy dog. I wanted to let them know because if he got sick then another dog could’ve as well. He has ALL his vaccines and provided records of it and they made it seem as if we got him sick after picking him up. I called as a courtesy and instead they tried shifting the blame elsewhere. It left a bad taste in our mouths and now has us hesitant either ever leaving our pup in any other establishment. I attached picture so you could see him before and after being left at Dog House.

Capi, my 2 year old Cavapoo, really enjoys his Day Care at Dog House. He comes home exhausted after a full day of playing and going up and down the wood house.100% recommended!

I took my little baby shih tzu to trim his hair on his eyes and they did whatever they want on his hair they damage his hair they cut his hair on his head and neck too he looks bad he is shorn. It does not matter if they give you the money back they do a very bad job ! Also I was there waiting on first place and the front desk person did attend me when I went to complain about my dog’s hair, He attended everyone and I had to wait for him.

If you’re trying to run up a $1000 vet bill, then by all means, Dog House Miami is the place to bring your dog. First time we took our dog, we had a good experience. We paid for the daycare portion of the day, where he gets to play with all the dogs, as well as the grooming portion afterwards. Second time we took our dog, we paid for both services as well. A few days later, we starting noticing our dog was not behaving like himself. He appeared fatigue and was not eating like he normally would. Another day went by, and that’s when the coughing nonstop and hacking began. He even began to throw up. We finally decided to take him to the vet to get looked at. After a couple X-rays and the vet inspecting him, we’re told he had developed kennel cough. Automatically I knew he had to have contracted it from Dog House Miami, because my dog is never around other dogs unless it’s when he’s taken to get groomed. My poor baby had to be put on a special diet and was prescribed pills to help him get rid of the cough.Desperately we were unable to find another pet grooming location that can have our dog ready in time for an upcoming trip, so we took him back to Dog House Miamis a third time. Boy were we wrong! This time around, we did not pay for the day care service, to prevent him from being around other dogs. To my surprise my dog was locked in a room for approximately 5-6 hours, with other small dogs!! But that’s not the worse part, upon picking him up and bringing him home, my husband noticed his left eye was bloodshot red!!! Meaning his eye must have had some form of trauma while he was being groomed by their “professional personnel’s.”This establishment has proven that they show no care for our pets, and are very unprofessional. I will not be bringing my dog back to this establishment and I will recommend you don’t either.

I love dog house !! The owner is super sweet and always remembers my dogs. I have 4 dogs. They always come out looking good, smelling great and with the cutest bows and/ or bandanas. I highly recommend Dog house.

I’ve left my puppy here twice and both times she has come back home super dehydrated and not herself. she immediately runs to the bowl to drink water and has thrown up for 3 days after the both times we left her. She has also seemed to be very stressed the both times she has gotten home which makes me think that something is going on with her. I will definitely be finding a new place for me 5 month old puppy. They don’t give you any updates on how your dog is doing which is very stressful when you are away from home.Update: After i wrote this review I had to take my puppy to the vet because she was throwing up and had diarrhea still. Turns out she caught giardiasis which can be spread from drinking water out of the same dog bowl as another dog who has this parasite. Now she has to be on antibiotics for 10 days. Now I really and truly do not recommend that anyone brings their dog here. If you keep scrolling past my review you will see that many others have had the same experience as I did.

I dropped off my dog to the Dog House for boarding for 3 nights in July 2023. When we picked her up we noticed that the minute we got home she drank an excessive an amount of water. She was also lethargic and had a persistent hacking cough. She also vomited and had spells of diarrhea. She was happy to see us but she just wasn’t herself. She had no energy and slept a lot. I believe she contracted kennel cough while staying at this boarding facility. I think they have too many dogs to care for in such a small confined space. We have noticed that her cough has been getting less over this past week, we are monitoring her daily. However, if this cough does not go away completely we will have to take her to the vet which means more money spent. Will not be boarding her here again. Save yourself time, money and aggravation.

First time leaving my very active Labrador anywhere. While I was hesitant and worried the employees there reassured me he will be well taken care of. We left for a very lengthy vacation hoping for the best. While on vacation we were able to call and view postings on Instagram. They couldn't have made my vacation any better knowing that my dog was in good hands and knowing he was well taken care of. I can't recommend this place enough to people. You're pet will be take care of like if he was part of the family and upon pick up he was bathed and clean. Thank you again to all that work there and all that took great care of my Lab. We definitely will be back.

My wife and I take Sophie our jack Russell /Jack Terrier to Dog House Quite often . We leave her there so she could play with other dogs while we do errands. The staff at Dog House is very helpful and eager to please us. They take good care of Sophie and we trust them with our dog. We fully recommend Dog House to our friends and family members to trust their dog to the staff at Dog House and when you do, you will also write a Review recommending Dog House to your friends and neighbors.Sincerely. First and last time I take my puppy there. As you can see in the pics, they ran the trimmer with no clip under both of her legs and left her with scratches and wounds that have now created a scab. Take your dog somewhere else.

Second review I’m leaving on here. Love the quality service and the love they show my dog, Athena.Tips for those reviewers complaining about their dogs getting sick:It is YOUR responsibility to get your dog vaccinated before leaving them at the day care. The workers record your dogs vaccines but they are not responsible for your dog getting those required vaccines. BE RESPONSIBLE and take ownership of not doing the proper dog owner requirements like taking your dog to the vet once to twice a year.

I absolutely love this place. It was my first time taking my active puppy Bonnie to a daycare, and I was apprehensive of how she would react in that setting. However, my worries were relieved when I saw how happy she becomes whenever she’s there. The staff is amazing, and I love how well they treat my Bonnie. We have been taking her for about five months now, and not only has she improved with other dogs, but she loves it and never fails to get excited every time we bring her! I highly recommend for any dog parents.

They deleted my last review. Long and short they abused my puppy. She was panting from overheating, locked in a kennel for who knows how long without water. Left work early the day before and lied about it. I wouldn’t let these kids near a plant let alone a living animal. Even as an emergency do NOT go here.

I just started going back to school and took a week vacation to get started. I had my first big project due and felt bad that Bella wanted to play and I couldn’t so I brought her to Dog House Miami. They were very welcoming. I love that when I drop her off I can see her start playing with her new friends and when I pick her up she didn’t smell like every dog she’s played with. She smelled good. I only kept her there for a half day because of a bad past experiences with another daycare a few miles up the road. I was surprised when I picked her up how exhausted she was. As soon as we got home she was sleep for a few hours. Thank you. I gave 4 stars because I wish you opened at 6:30 or even 7 so I can drop her off while I work. I work to far to drive home on my lunch to bring her unfortunately, but you can count on Bella being there when I have another project or test to complete.

The Dog House Miami was fabulous! They accommodated a last minute boarding request for our dog Mando. Loved seeing the updates throughout the day of him playing with all his other dog friends. He came home clean and smelling great after his go home bath. We definitely will be back in the future.

I was very impressed with the service Dog House Miami provided. We were in town for a few days to attend a sporting event and were staying at a nearby hotel. We needed their services for 3 consecutive days. After the first day they knew us as soon as we walked in the door and remembered my dogs name. She is an older Cocker Spaniel and they offered on day one to keep her in the "senior" section of the facility. I could not be happier with the treatment they gave my dog and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I used to go here because of the price and because they did a quick job, but with time they have gotten worse and worse. The customer service is not good and they increased the price without mentioning anything to me till the job was done so I had to pay.for what they charge I can get a dog groomer to come to my house and get a better job. They also do not even clean the dogs ears well enough. I will no longer be going there.

My dog had an appointment @ 10:00am for grooming and bath. The guy tells me “about 2 hours”… Not a problem, thats the usual time it takes for my small dog.4 hours later I called to check status and lady places me on-hold; after 8 minutes on-hold she comes back and asked “oh, did I placed you on hold? What are you calling for?”…. Wow, great customer service you have!!I live close so decided to pass by while I was on-hold. I go in and she tells me it’ll be another hour.I asked why so long and what has happened with my dog, I had an appointment. This is where the lies start coming as she states “2 big dogs (Lab & Golden doodle) came in so they are taking care of them”. I told them “you guys shouldn’t prioritize bigger dogs over a small dog especially when an appointment was made prior”. Thats when she got nervous and realized what she said and tried to correct it by saying “they were there before hand”.Ok, so give me my dog and I’ll go somewhere else. She replies by saying my dog has been showered but needs the grooming. Ahhh oook, so you showered her and put her on the side to take care of other “probably more money making dog breeds”???? Why couldn’t the groomer just finish her since he/she was already with her????I asked to get my dog… she took another 10 minutes to get her, and ‘Sprayed her with perfume’ on the way out. How do I even know she was showered? She looks exactly the same as she did 4 hours ago.

My dog has been going to the Dog House for over a year, and they have been amazing with her! She goes to Doggy Day Care at least once a week, and I have boarded her overnight several times. They have always treated us both so well! I highly recommend trusting your dog to their care for a play date with other pups or an overnight stay! 🐶💕
