Have been utilizing their services for a few years now. Pleased with the prices, products & services. We just utilized the phone service to cancel one order (auto-ship) and order two new medications with auto-ship. Could not have been easier. Kevin was great from start to finish. I use Allivet for my 2 dogs' flea and tick medications and I have never had an issue. I signed up for AutoShip to save money because it's something I'm going to be buying anyway and that way I never have to remember to reorder or end up missing doses. The website is really user-friendly and the shopping experience is smooth. Medications arrived quickly.

Ease of app I would give a 4. Execution a 1, Customer Service a 3, price 4.1st time user (2 other dogs with Chewy)- I placed an order on Tuesday, still waiting RX on Sat.- I tried to call Sat, closed.- 1st person pleasant. Asks for full story. THEN says she can't help me and will have to transfer me.- 2nd person jumps right into getting me cancelled. No hello or customer service nature. But cancelled order, autoship and account quickly and efficiently. No issues there.If you have time to wait for their little operation to get around to calling for your new prescription and don't want any frills, this could work for you.But I sent an order to Chewy Sunday and by the time Allivet called for the prescription on Monday morning. Chewy had already called and had the order working. Sticking with Chewy (for a little more money)!

Watchout - their default is Autoship and you will not be able to cancel the following shipment nor will you be able to return it if its a prescription. I ordered a vial of Adequin for our cat which lasts nearly a year but three weeks later I get a notice that they are preparing my next shipment. I immediately contacted them to cancel but they claimed it had already shipped.

I could not say enough nice things about this company. They make pet meds as easy as it could ever be. You create an account with your pets info and needs and that’s it. They contact your vet when/if needed. You can sign up for auto ship so they take the worrying away by already having it setup to your own personal preference as to when the medicines need to be shipped. They will care for your pet just as much as you do. They also send emails updating you on specials, orders and delivery confirmation. I do not have a single negative about this company and we’ve been happy customers for 3 years! I highly recommend.

I will not use a company that makes it difficult to cancel an account/order. They employ a tricky little circus act you have to jump through hoops with in order to cancel an order/account. You should be able to easily cancel online. You can't. You have to call their off-shore customer no-service desk. Goodbye Allivet. Good riddance.

This company charged us over $100 four separate times over a time period of a few days. We have never used this company before! When I called to find out what was going on, they said they had been give my wife’s debit card information from WalmartRX, and they were trying to fill the order!It charged us four separate times because the auto charge and ship feature was failing because my vet refused to provide them our prescription. Funny, they didn’t fail to charge me!Wildly unethical, and if true, I am shocked Walmart gave them our financial information!I obviously filed fraud charges with my bank.

I placed an order with Allivet a few months ago and paid $39.45. After realizing my order never arrived, I checked into the shipping confirmation details and this is what I found: Tracking Number: 200190289451663222287"Label Created, not yet in systemA status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPS. Check back soon."Months have gone by and I have yet to receive my order and the USPS has yet to be updated with the shipment. Basically they never bothered to ship my order. After contacting Allivet to let them know I had never received my order they responded by giving me a $15 store credit. 1) Why would I be content with a $15 store credit after spending $40 on medication our cats never received and 2) Why on Earth would I trust placing another order with them while they never bothered to ship my previous order?Take a look at their other reviews!!! I wish I had before trusting this company with my money and cats' medication!Buyer beware to steer clear of this sham of a company!!!

Can I leave zero stars?! This is the most incompetent company to deal with. My vet has continously sent over the scripts for my dog's medicine to which this company says they never got it. I get floods of emails saying they need my vet to respond back, which they do and nothing. However, allivet is quick to hold my money in my account! We got to the point where we take the physical script to Costco or just get it from the vet. We never had any issues when it was Walmart pet meds, but one day we got our dogs medicine in a weird box showing allivet. We never knew they took over until we got the prescription. It's been a hellacious mess since. How dare you hold my money for products we never get. We detached any credit cards from our account and if we are not credited back or money gets taken again, we will contact the fraud department at our credit union and possible legal actions. I'm surprised there hasn't been any lawsuits with this sad attempt at a company. Our pets are my kids, and this company has messed with too many people. Inexcusable. Never again.... Run away, it's not worth trying to save a few bucks when you probably won't even get your order. It's been months of them saying they need information from my vet, then we put our stuff on hold because we got it directly from the vet. Now, four months later, they want to flood my emails and steal from me? My vet even said she's done dealing with them and terrible customer service. Goodbye Allivet, you lost another customer.

I will never do business with this company again because of how difficult it is to cancel auto-ship. You can sign up for auto-ship in a single click, but you can only cancel by phone. The link to cancel is hidden, and when you click it, you're told you can only cancel by phone. When you call to cancel, they transfer you to another department to try to keep your business. No, just no. I would have reordered with this company in the future if they didn't purposely make cancelling difficult.

Allivet USED TO BE a good company to purchase pet medication. I think it has to many customers now and not enough staff. I ordered 2 medications for my dog 3 weeks ago. I mailed in the prescriptions and emailed them 7 times. They have not replied to none of my emails as of yet.After I receive the medications, I will purchase somewhere else.3 weeks for a dog to be without their medication is A LOT

If you're pet really needs his meds DO NOT use Allivet. Allicheap should be their name I wish I'd never heard of them. Took them 2 weeks to get my pets meds which he no longer needed by the time they finally arrived here(at the wrong address). They never told me my vet would refuse to confirm either their emails or phone calls. I had to learn that from my vet. Then to make it up they assured me they would overnight vs USPS my order. They didn't. They sent it regular USPS. Then to make up for that snafu they told me they were giving me a $15 off coupon which didn't work when I tried to use it. I wrote them about all this they never replied back. Like I said you get what you pay for. Allicheap is my name for them More accurate. Worthless bunch.Giant waste of time worth neither the aggravation or frustration I had to endure with them

Prices are higher than Chewy or Walmart PetRx on most presciptions, but here is was the deal breaker for me: I had to call to cancel and it required me to then be transferred to a customer retention specialist. It is 2024 for god's sake. I should be able to cancel orders via the website

Horrible company stay away! Auto ship has to be cancelled by phone and you are harrassed. Why do you want to cancel? Why? Why? Why? It's an argument. Had 2 shipments show without the 2nd prescription. Called and was told it's on back order, but we can ship it now. Twice now. Just can't stand the employees and the way we have been treated. Pay for overnight shipping? But it takes 5 days to fill. What is the point? Stay away!

I ordered my dogs heart meds from this company on a Saturday and it took a whole week to arrive. Due ti the delay she won't have her pills for 3 days. I called and they lied to me about when the package was tendered to USPS. This is my 1st order with Allivet. Horrible service!

Terrible business establishment. Extremely over priced. I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel my auto-ship for several months. I had To call my bank and send proof of emails confirmation from Allivet that I had canceled my auto ship. My bank reversed the charges in my account..Don't trust them.

I have used Allivet in the past for non-prescription items. All went well. I tried them the 1st time for a prescription item, and now it's been 2 weeks and it just won't make it to me. First of all, I am in GA. & Allivet is in FL. Close states, right? I had to mail in the paper prescription from my vet, as my vet will not deal with outside pharmacies. I planned ahead for the delay in mailing it in. Well that took over a week for Allivet to 'receive' and enter into their system. Then another 2 days to ship out. So finally it shipped out Fed Ex overnight. Except Allivet entered the address as a residential address when they entered it in Fed Ex system, when in fact it is my work address. Apparently Fed Ex has until 8:00pm to deliver 'residential' specified addresses. So now I miss Fed Ex because my business is closed after 5:00pm. So many people use work addresses these days. Why in the world would Allivet take it upon themselves to assume and specify it is residential, allowing later delivery time??? I will NEVER use Allivet again...for anything. This has been a nightmare, and now I will either have to go to my vet and pay 3X the cost, or have Fed Ex hold the package, and go to another city to that Fed Ex facility on a Saturday to pick it up, because I am out at this point, and it's a critical blood pressure med for a senior dog. Thanks Allivet for a total fail with this order. The 1 star is for the low pricing. But now not worth all the effort put into trying to get the order!! NEVER AGAIN.

I'm not sure how they actually have a 4.4 stars because almost all the reviews in the past 6 weeks have been horrible. I wished I had looked into them before I ordered. I was a previous Walmart customer (and they were not great either) and had refills. My dogs medication went up 40% and shipping went from free 2 day shipping with FedEx if you spend $35 to to free 1-3 day shipping if you spend $49. Kicker there was the rep on the phone didn't t explain to me even after knowing I was a previous Walmart customer that they shipped USPS. I live rural and there is no such thing a 1-3 day shipping. Don't let them fool you either because they can create your label as soon as you place the order. Hence a tracking number. But that doesn't mean they postal service has received the package. It will tell you. But their customer service center states that the postal service "hasn't updated " their system. I ship FB market place and have never had a delay in tracking information when its received into their hands. FedEx from Walmart was always overnight.

I mailed in prescriptions for 2 dogs on the same day. But somehow they received the prescriptions for only 1 dog. Allivet may be ok if your vet works with Allivet but their process for handling mail order prescriptions is frustrating and ineffective. The few dollars of savings is not worth the headache and delay of having to drive back to the vet to get a new prescription as Allivet lost the original.

Company advertised a product as available and after a major hassle to get them a prescription and order the product they sent an email stating they were out of stock and did not know when they would have it. This was totally unacceptable. If you are out of stock DON'T ADVERTISE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!" Simple business rule. Tha hassle of getting a refund was a pain. Make sure you call before you order to make sure they have the product in stock. I will not use them again no matter how cheaply they advertise a product.

Since this place has taken over for Walmart pets, the service I've received has TERRIBLE SERVICE! After realizing my order never came from September I've been emailing back & forth. Long story short, the last email was them telling me my vet declined my refil- but they had a name of a vet I never heard of at a place I never heard of!! So not only did I pay for meds I never received they got his info mixed up - totally unacceptable!!

HORRIBLE! No one at this place knows what the heck is going on. They run you around and around and no one can make heads or tails of it. I tried for 2 weeks to get my dogs flea medicine and it was a complete fiasco! I do NOT recommend this place even if the prices are good. Customer service cannot help and the customer reps keep promising but nothing, and I mean nothing, gets resolved.

Would not reccomend at all. Placed an order and it was delayed because they never reached out to my pet’s vet. I ended up contacting for an update and personally connecting them with my vet for approval.My call was escalated to a “senior leader” who promised expedited 1day shipping as a courtesy to the delay and an email with tracking. Neither of the two happened and still no medication. Save yourself the headache and head to chewy!

Run from this company. My autoship order for $277 after leaving Walmart said shipped. It was never received, so I called. Told me a label was never created, so it didn't ship. Put me on hold 4 times waiting for a supervisor. Finally told me one would call the next business day. I canceled all of my orders with them and now have to chase down whether or not I was billed. My pets scripts are due and I can't sit around all day waiting for someone to maybe call me back. I now have to make a trip to the vet to get medicine.Don't these people realize they are dealing with actual prescriptions? Not sure who I can report this to, but there has to be some agency overseeing companies dispensing pet precsriptions.I have not done the research as to whether you might save a couple of bucks using this company. If true, I can assure you those few bucks aren't worth the aggravation.Wish I had read the reviews before using this company.

I would love to give this company negative stars 🌟 but ya cant.. just because their *cheaper * doesn't mean you should go with them. 3 months of texts and phone calls when to take out the payment for my dogs medicine.. should've taken 1 try right?? NO 3 months later they still tried taking it out on the wrong date. Then they cancelled his meds for November.I went back to chewy.. they obviously don't know what the heck their doing.. something so simple.. haha apparently not for them

You don’t put things on automatic in order to have to think about them. My dog take 13 pills a day and it’s a complicated math problem. I figure it out once a year and put everything on monthly autoship. I called when I realized I was almost out of meds because online it said shipped and when I looked at the detail they had printed a shipping label but did not ship a thing. When I called, they apologized and said they would ship it next business day on a Friday. I told them it should be shipped next day since it was their mistake. I then did not stay on the phone to confirm my mailing address that has not changed in over two years. Because of that they still didn’t ship the meds. I now had to go online and pay again to have them shipped. The last order I placed with them before this took about 10 days to receive because it got mailed back to them before they mailed it to me. I don’t know what is going on but this service is beyond disappointing.

I found them online & was looking for a place that didn't cost an arm & a leg for our dog's yearly shots! They were it!! I found a date when they were coming to the Petco near our home. Online, I filled out all of our dog's info & ours, so we didn't have to take more time when we came in. I made the appointment & then they sent text as reminders. Another good thing is they had dates that were on the weekend. When we got there, we just had to put Rosco on the scale it was also nice that we didn't have to hand him over to someone. Got in line. There was 1 lady in front of us. It went very fast. When it was our turn, we were there with him. Holding him while she gave the shots. It was such a better experience for Rosco & us than when we've gone into a regular Vetanarian office. They made it so easy & we will be back when it's time for him to get his next round of shots!

Allivet is wonderful! Their pricing is unbelievable. I have a dog that has gone blind in both eyes over the last 16 months. He's undergone multiple surgeries and procedures and required 5 or 6 different eye drops during this time. My vet's pricing for these medications is ridiculously expensive and my local pharmacy is only slightly better. Allivet is, sometimes, half the price of the pharmacy. For instance, Flurbiprofen drops at my local pharmacy cost $55. The Allivet price is $29.99. No cost to ship orders over a certain price, which never seems to be a problem for me. I have two other dogs that need daily medication in the form of pills or capsules. If you need multiple refills, the auto ship option will save you even more money. Again, Allivet is the best route I can go. They are quick to get your pets medications to you via USPS. My vet will call in the Rx and the rest is hassle free.
