Finally, this Walmart has upgraded to self-checkout. There are new carts as well. It's currently going through a revamp. I will be waiting patiently for the results. It's best to shop here as early as possible to avoid crowds. Avoid this location on game or event days at the stadium.

What a nightmare check out. OMG! I left my full shopping cart there and just walked out. It's almost entirely self-service, and then you have to know which self-service you have to use. I got redirected from one self-service area to another. Almost all of the self-service checkouts were closed for whatever reason, so there was a wait for the open ones. The few full-service check outs had long lines of people with full baskets. There is just no way to shop here without a lot of time and effort. I'll never ever go back, and I'll try to warn others. This place is not for everyone. What a wild experience. You can't see this check out insanity when you first come in on the grocery store side. They should post big WARNING signs at the entrance--this is a self-service store and you should plan on checking out your groceries yourself. I would have gone to see the checkout and left then. Instead, I wasted my time and someone else's time there to have to empty my cart and restock things.

Customer service is very poor at this store. I had a terrible experience with the automotive center twice. They were rude when speaking to me and others and acted like they had never seen an old battery returned for a core charge refund and nearly caused an argument. The first time I got two rear tires for my car and I was standing outside the auto center at night waiting for my car to be completed since it took 2 hours to complete and they had already locked the doors to the auto center. As I was waiting for my car a worker backed my car out of the garage and started doing donuts in the parking lot (I have a sports car). He then parked my car and retorqued my lugs. I’m sure that’s not policy…The second time I came to the auto center I had an appointment to receive 2 front tires. They were rude and belittling and kept sending me to customer service to receive help since they don’t seem to have the mental capacity nor interpersonal skills to complete their job. My car also smelled like marijuana.Even while I was walking around the store shopping while I waited for my tires to be installed every interaction I had with other employees was bizarre. Just go somewhere else.

The staff isn’t rude (so far as I’ve encountered) but also aren’t nice or particularly helpful or intentional. ( to be fair I’m aware it’s a Walmart so it’s not like I expect much ) the bathroom was filthy, and the store seemed disorganized? As if the things places were didn’t make sense in a manner that they were items that would be bought together. Other than that the store itself isn’t problematic.

Everything is great but the stocks don't stock items properly I seen the bushes beans chick peas mixed with northern beans they need to make young adult who graduates HS as a greeter first so they move up not give handouts to those who think they deserve it.

Bought 2 new tires and made an appointment to have them installed, when I get there I was told to check in at the service desk, I had my service dog with me, one employee comes out making all kinds of noise and hand gestures and spooks my dog, leaves the area only to come back and do the same thing. I asked him to stop, I was told he's just that way. Waited on line to check in and was told it would be an hour and a half to get the job done.So I went in the store to kill some time, I go back to pay and pick up my car only to wait again. While I was waiting a Spanish gentleman was complaining that he was first on line and they attended to a woman who came in after him, the employee informed him that she had an appointment so he had to wait. At that point I asked him why I had to wait when I had appointment also, I didn't get a response. So I wait some more, i finally get to the desk to pay, the one person taking care of the customers goes to the back service area to talk to one of the service guys, comes back prints my paper work, I signed and was waiting to get my receipt, he gets a personal phone call on his cellphone, he takes out the phone and says who can be calling me.I was tired of waiting and wanted to get out of there, I reached out for my paperwork and he refused to give it to me, I grabbed my keys and told him to keep the paperwork, I already paid my bill and left. My whole point is that customer service is the last thing the employees at this Walmart are concerned about, it's what they want to do when they want to do it. The only thing I would recommend is to stay as far away from this Walmart, i wouldn't even rate it a one star. They should close it down.

I was treated very poorly by a man who was the manager, I arrived at 10:54pm and he took me out of the supermarket saying it was already closed! But I showed him the time and said it was 6 minutes before closing, and he took my strength away from the supermarket! I've never been treated so badly here in the USA

Terrible customer service. They don't care that they stock their shelves with expired milk and yogurt. Milk date showed it was still good for another week, yet was thick and lumpy when poured in a glass. They're ruining their own products. Then when you return yogurts you notice after buying that they're expired, they refuse your return when the fault was on them. Went to another Walmart for real service and reported this location for being a hazard.

They are very unprofessional you got employees using their phones while speaking to customers nobody doesn’t know where anything is at & best part is no one speaks English I don’t understand how do you speak to employee let alone you ask for a manger on duty they say hold on and you never see them again I spent 20 to 30 mins looking for something and did not even find what I was looking for so I left

It is what it is and because Walmart has many affordable prices is still the go to store but as for me my preference is Aldi which has competitive prices and good quality, consider yourself blessed in finding someone knowledgeable to help you at any walmart if you find someone. So yes they don't necessarily have the best quality but they have lower prices than most stores..you be the judge. My hones review.

I like the different types of clothing and colors they come in, bigger selection on somethings than other Walmarts in areas don’t like the long lines for either self checkout or cashier. All Walmarts need to hire more people to ease the wait times. We customers would like to get in and out especially when having less than 5 items

Came to the store to do grocery shopping with my children was a horrible experience went to the scan line the scan line that doesn't say 20 items or less the lady with the black scarf on her head proceeds to let us NO WE CAN'T SCAN there all the other Walmarts never does this but apparently this store this lady in the checkout refuse to service us or help us so I give this Walmart a zero for customer service A LOT OF STUFF SO THAT LADY NEEDS TO HAVE TRAINING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND AGAIN MIND YOU THE SELF-SERVE LINE IS NOT 20 ITEMS OR LESS SHE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING SHE WASN'T SCANNING WE SCAN WE BAG SO WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Very clean very nice Wal-Mart and always hv what I need stocked, downsize is they never hv enough cashiers, 1 only 1 cashier, manager didn't get on a register to help get customers out of a over an 1hr line wait, unexceptable but we all patiently waited, thaNx miss & Wal-Mart i am looking for a JOB🙏🏿💪🏿👊🏾🔥💯‼️

We went at 8pm on a Monday night looking for three items: a pinwheel, plastic utensils, and flowers. While walking down the aisle I saw a shaving cream (Cremo) in a new scent and wanted to buy it. It was locked in the display case, so we started looking for somebody to open it for us. Literally 30 minutes of scouring the store and not a single person could help. Even the two team leaders we found couldn't page a manager to open the case. The workers were apathetic and avoided eye contact when we approached them, and then gave answers like "maybe come back tomorrow."This was the single worst Walmart we've ever visited anywhere. Avoid it like the plague.

Walmart employees are so rude and disrespectful. I went to do a Walmart to Walmart transaction that section not open asking staff they don't know I approach what I thought might be a manager. She busy with cashier in said excuse and before can finish speaking too her She wants me to step back she dealing with money in a rude hostile manner. I said ok sorry. She finishes with the cashier and just walked passed me with her big huge self and I am being nice about it. Rude staff always in this Walmart. I will pray for you Ms. EVILINE. God speed!

Ayden Collins works here and I must say, he gives excellent customer service. He honestly deserves a raise, helped me the other day find exactly what I needed in the food aisles. He was also very kind and he actually told me about the Walmart app which I didn’t even know existed! He is such a great person and he deserves to be recognized! Thank you Ayden for your great service. I hope you get a raise or even get promoted because you deserve it.

Such a terrible experience. I ordered tires and the morning of my Installation, my appointment was cancelled. Tires were delayed. Wasn’t able to get help from anyone at the store. Was told to wait for the email saying that the tires had arrived.Got a message the following day, saying my tires had arrived, their system was having tech issues, and I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment. No one in automotive answers the phone, so I had to go through Pharmacy to Speak to a manager.I finally got a callback from Robbie in automotive letting me know that he wasn’t able to schedule me an appointment for another two days even after I explained my whole situation and the inconvenience it had caused.Then he proceeded to explain to me that they wouldn’t be able to do the installation in the end because their lift wouldn’t be able to hold up my kind of vehicle. I have a small Volkswagon SUV. I asked if there was anyway he can have the tires delivered to another location but he was unable to help me with that either. I canceled my order and will never order tires from here again.Customer service is nonexistent.

I ordered the Pickled Pig Feet online and had it delivered to my parents home. It was a lot smaller jar than what I thought it would be. I came to the store to see if they had a bigger jar and they had zero. This is the first place I came when I got off the turnpike being that I don't live in South Florida anymore. It took me longer to pay for my oil change service than it did for the service to be completed. There no was no associate at the auto center register for almost 30 mins. I chose to ring out my items else where. I took my slip to pay for the oil change that says “pay at any register”. Associate at regular register could not ring up oil change and directed me to customer service. Associate at customer service was very rude, ill informed, and of no assistance as she told me many false statements. I was then directed back to the auto care center where an associate was now present but I still had to wait several minutes as she was answering the phone and assisting others who had been waiting in the auto center for her arrival.

My first time visiting this Walmart on 183 nw 27th avenue . This is worst Walmart ever , nobody to assist me on auto care center section. I waited almost a hour and nobody showed up. The worst Walmart ever I speak to the supervisor name Marie on the pictures she just ignored me stated she can’t help me that was awful

@Walmart you need to teach your employees about customer service. The girl named Jojo at the counter in returns WOW, looks like she doesn't want to work doesn't communicate with customers but on the phone on a personal call and also speaking to other staff while ppl are waiting in line and then gets mad when you ask politely if she can move it along bc you have to go. Do better. We pay for a service things are not free.

Absolutely worst Walmart I have ever gone to. Management truly sucks here. On a Sunday when typically most people go grocery shopping they’ll have 4 regular registers open and 4 speedy checkouts that the line reaches almost to the half of the store! Doesn’t matter at what time you go if there’s a game or not it’s always like this. If you ever have to go to Walmart to get something quick keep driving to the nearest Publix.
