Men's bathroom is out of order for a week! Family/Handicap bathroom has been closed for months! Why? Are you trying to save money a cleaning?Every morning when I come here for groceries as a handicapped person I can't use the handicapped toilet because you keep it closed. I suggest you keep it open and clean, or I'll be forced to report it and bring a lawsuit against you! Your choice! I'm tired of spending my money here without acces to a handicapped toilet. Shame on you PUBLIX!

I use to like this place till they thought I was stealing and had the security and manager watching because I brought in my own bags, I got to this place every other day and even some of the cashier know my face.

When I entered the store, it was so wonderful to see the most beautiful Valentine display. There were all kinds of flowers, roses were my favorite. Balloons of all color and sizes were flying. There were cakes, cookies and candy display just beautiful. Good Job ♥️

Publix is usually clean and organized. On the last 2 visits the store smelled horrible the moment you stepped inside. Also, online sub orders never seem to go as expected. Every time I've tried this, the sub is not ready and the employee working the deli is slooooow.

6 years later and still Love Aventura HarborApts. I must share the little story with you guys,my niece and her husband stop by on their way to airport from Key West. And this is ture,we took them for (25 cent ) tour and she asked me "Titi is this a resort or what?" I was so proud that the property look fine and kept up. I said no but this is why we've been here for 36 yrs. I Just Love This Place. No Need To Say More.💖💝💯

I'm a big fan of publix... and I tried hard with this place but it is a ridiculous mess. I've never seen such a poorly managed Publix. This place is way below the lowest standard I could imagine for Publix.There are expired items on the front shelves... today I went thru 6+ bags of tosititos on the front of the isle that had expired over a week ago. Maybe the health department should check this place out.The deli does not provide online orders, despite offering them on the Publix website. I tried 5 times before I just gave up and started going to the deli when I arrive. 0 out of my 5 online orders were even looked at before I got to the store. They always pulled the paper ticket off the wall and started preparing the items only after I waited in line and informed them I had an online order.I've encountered many items with broken packaging and spoiled goods inside, still on the shelf for sale. I've had two milk jugs I picked up leaking just in the last month.Trying to exchange the most recent milk jug, I again had my time wasted and experienced poor service. I stood in line at customer service, gave the lady my receipt to exchange the milk... and she said go get the item you need. When I came back one minute later she was leaving the desk, told me the other employee would help me, and left me to wait in her line now. I finally get to the register after waiting in line twice for a simple exchange of a broken product, only to be asked to pay for the milk. So first lady took my receipt, walked out and left me hanging in line, didn't tell the other employee anything, and didn't show up when called on the store's speaker system. So I waited longer and eventually they gave me a gidt card instead of my milk exchange. I saw the first lady standing outside talking on my way out of the store, probably still holding my receipt now that I think about it... 🤔 I mean how hard is it folks? Really?The customer service is a joke, the product selection is worse than other locations, the deli will not honor online orders, the place is dirtier than any other Publix around, and they sell food past the expiration date with broken containers and open packaging.I can happily say I will never suffer this place again. After decades of being loyal to Publix, this place has me cruising to Walmart for my groceries. This place needs an investigation from corporate and NEW MANAGEMENT !!! BAD !!!

As a former Florida native (now living in New England), Publix is a place I generally look forward to visiting. I have been to a few over the last few years, in my travels home to FL, and I have been disappointed. However, this location restored my smile. The food court service is spectacular (the food itself is up and down, some days are better than others); the atmosphere in the store is vibrant, and most of the associates are welcoming and lively. This is my go to Publix when I come down...please don't change on me.

I came for the famous Pub-Sub. I always get the vegetarian plant-based turkey sub. The workers are always willing to go out of their way to get you want you want. Amazing service although the line can get long. I recommend ordering ahead of time on the app or website.

The deli here needs a serious restart, I stopped getting subs from this store long ago but decided to give them another try since they’re the closest to me….regret it!! Waited several minutes in line with no greeting, employee in front of me just minding her business then suddenly mumbles how may I help, I walk closer to her side of station and politely ask if they’re open, she goes “I asked you 6 times how may I help” in the most rude tone. She literally never said anything the whole time as she made no eye contact with anyone. I walk off and others who were waiting for hot food walk off as well & state how rude she was. she goes “oh well”. Got the store manager involved, hope he dealt with her accordingly if cares about the performance of this store. The deli here all together is just deplorable, customer service being the #1 issue. Invest in better employees.
