Horrible! I witnessed that the freezers were off, the food defrosted & when the freezers got fixed the food froze again for US to purchase. & yes, I also purchase Almond Milk to find that it was spoiled. Customer service is to sale spoiled items & follow me around as if I want to steal something from Family Dollar Store; What a sad joke, Family Dollar Store. And all those boxes in the aisle; unsafe, like selling spoiled Almond Milk. And having the options to get cash back from my ATM card purchase is not available/not working; you people need to get with day's times; This Is Not The Third World Country?

Please do not buy milk from this store. I bought milk from them this morning and it had a good expiration date. When I opened the milk at home, I found the milk lumpy inside. I later learned that the store is small, so there is no ventilation, and it is normal for their things to spoil.

Just walked in and I was approached by a woman of the name of Miss J or Kayla followed me around the store when I asked her if I could help her she said she was doing her job I proceeded to mind my business after thinking of a few items I needed to add to my list she continued to follow me and said she was trying to see what I was doing I told her I'm minding my business looking for my items she said I walked in and asked for something and went all around the store looking at other products another associate walked up and she then left me alone, honestly an awkward moment that was uncalled for

“Restroom”Paying customers cannot use the restroom, also the employee the Amarya included that out of 8hrs shift she cannot and has no way to use the restroom.This is really sad the health department Wed to pay a visit to this store

Cashier working around 12PM have very poor, poor customer service. You ask her where something she answer you rude and cut her eyes at you. Also at customer told me she is the manager of the store and he do not like her do to her rudeness. She need to go back to class and better customer service when dealing with the public. I just left THIS family dollar without even getting what I came for. A lady by the name of Tashika was not being attentive as I was placing my money down on the belt to make sure I gave her the correct amount and motored a whole twenty dollar bill into the belt at the register and the best excuse they could give me was that they couldnt get it out for me even though it was her fault. And the whole staff was very unapologetic. This store is a very sad case I would not recommend shopping here at all.

In an effort to be competitive family dollar has upgraded their stores. The upgrade comes with additional products, organization, wider isles, and no surprise, a little higher prices than we are used to seeing.It is however a convenient store in my neighborhood that I still continue to patronize. Quick checkout allows me to get in and out quickly. Loving all of it.

Just left the store without getting what I needed, items came up to $3.40 cashier told me she didn't have change for a 20. this is a major franchise and you telling me the register don't have change for a 20 and I have the money for what I want but can't get what I need this is ridiculous I feel like I'm being denied service for other reasons.

This family dollar next to my home is okay, just they need more worker cuz there aisle is always have back up stock in them where it's need to be on the shelves. But other then that it's a good store. 5/27/23 worker are there now and the store is doing better than ever. Happy about it...

I usually go to this family dollar because I live close by. However, they will never see another dime from me again. The store is a disaster. They have boxes everywhere. You could barely walk through the store. The worse part is the way they treat their customers. They are rude and disrespectful. I went to their store on Halloween and picked up some fake tattoos and the “manager” cut them into little pieces front of me with a pair of scissors. When I asked her why she would do that. She said the item was no longer on sale although they had it in their Halloween aisle. She was yelling like she was going to physically fight me. There are plenty other ways to deliver a message.Another time, my 9 year old daughter was paying for a couple of items and the same manager was cursing on her personal phone. This store and the people who work there are a disgrace. Since corporate doesn’t do anything about it, I’m going to the BBB and to Miami Gardens county to make a formal complaint. We as consumers should not be treated this way from a store we keep in business. Family Dollar, you should be ashamed.

HORRIBLE FAMILY DOLLAR!!! RUDE SERVICE AGAIN!!! MY 2ND TIME VISITING IN 6MOS....Visiting from out of town, went in to pickup items. No shopping baskets available, they were filled with merchandise to stock shelves OR vendor using to stock shelves... REALLY!!They have NO Tide pods or Gain flings in store. When i inquired are there baskets available for response from cashier was rude n not pleasant. As well when i checked out, i asked to hv the paper towels in bag... No large bags and Mgr had nice/nasty remark..WHY ARE U OPEN IF THE ASSOCIATES CANNOT PROVIDE A PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!

I have posted bad reviews before and they are always deleted. We need to get together and shut this place down. Corporate has done absolutely nothing with our complaints. They continue to be rude and nasty. The store is a disaster as well as their customer service! I left 1 star because I had no choice. If I did, they would be in the negative. I highly doubt the good reviews they have are legitimate because every time I’v been in the store they mistreat everyone including the elderly and children.

The worse experience ever.... went to Family Dollar to pick up something. I saw some candles, but both of them were on the edge and on top of each other... so when I took the top one, the bottoms one fell. I proceed to go to the counter to tell someone about the glass, so I saw someone and I believe she was the manager. I explained what happened and she had this nasty look on her face and just ignored me...she did not acknowledge. I could have said nothing at all, but instead I chose to tell her and I would have paid for the candle if she said I had to... never shopping there again because my sister in law has told on her several occasions How nasty she is.. I will be calling corporate office

I visited on 7-20-18 between 12:40-12:57 pm. I entered an isle towards the right side of the store and there was a woman employee African American, over weight with dark brown and slightly blondish locks for hair. As I approached her she seemed upset and immediately dropped all the card board boxes on the ground and looked at me upset and said go ahead. Mind you she didn’t move from the free floor area waiting for me to jump over the card board boxes approximately about 2 and a half feet long and I am 8 and a half months pregnant. I could’ve fallen trying to jump over these, I could’ve slipped on the boxes.. I not once looked at her wrong matter fact I approached her with a friendly smile and waited for her to finish what she was doing but she insisted on me jumping over them.

The associate by the name of Kelly was very friendly abd polite. She doubled all the bags when she realized we were walking. This Familjy Dollar need more employees like Kelly. I've experienced associates getting into like they were about to fight.

IDK why my review was removed from here but back in March I was treated poorly by an employee with an attitude for a simple question she thought I didnt greet her well. All I wanted to know was if they inflated balloons she didnt respond and rolled her eyes and looked at the person next to her so I stood there a few seconds waiting for a reply and then walked away I over heard her say I didnt greet her so I stopped told her I did I said good morning and told her I am a customer she should treat me with respect and with manners, since she continued with that nasty attitude, I dropped my items on the floor and walked away and called corporate I shouldve got her name.

Do not go here. You’ll be wasting your time. Majority of the time they never have what you need, which is weird because they always have boxes with things all over the place. Also, customer service is poor.
