I had an appointment at 4:50pm, got there at 4,35pm for covid test. There were literally 5 cars in front of me and it took 2 1/2 hours to do 5 tests. When I got those my turn, they left me waiting on the drive through window 45 minutes and the employees inside not doing eye contact and just ignoring me. 45 minutes later after trying to get attention from anybody inside , one of the guys told me that the nurse was already gone for the day.There were around 6 cars behind me for the same test and they didn't care letting people lose their time and didn't inform them about that the nurse was gone.Ridiculous

Poorly kept store and premises. The carpet in the store is filthy. There is garbage everywhere on the outside. Even saw human feces at the front of the store recently.

I made the horrible mistake of switching to this location thinking that the drive through would be faster. How wrong was I. Average wait time in drive thru 20 minutes. And even after reaching you still find yourself waiting and that was just to pick up a script. Inside the pick up line is just as bad. I guess I will be switching locations again. Absolutely ridiculous service here.

Depends on which employees on duty, otherwise, non English speaking staff very detached and customer relations has a lot to be desired.. have been in area for 14 yrs. And witnessed the deadline

This is the worst pharmacy, the customer service is horrible they don’t care at all the people waiting in the line. They talk between them the only they need are a coffee, just that. I feel sorry for the people who really need their medicine for living, they play to your time.El servicio al cliente es malísimo en ka farmacia, que horror solo les falta el café para que sigan conversando entre ellos.Me siento mal por la gente que realmente necesitan su medicina para vivir ya que estás personas no les importa perder tu tiempo de vida.
