This is the worst CVS I’ve ever had to use. I have to call several time before my prescription is due to make sure they either have it in stock or order it since the prescription is monitored by the govt.Without fail they always mess it up. They never have it on time and always have to struggle with missing my dosage because of their incompetence. Their negligence is horrific. If you or your spouse or child are in dire need of medication PLEASE do not use this CVS.

Shelves are empty. What they do have they display all wrong prices even with the rewards phone number and the young man working the counter was just nothing but rude and refused to check the prices on the tags and overcharged me. As a tourist I’m just trying to get out of the store but that is not right by you as a company or your employees

I am an RN at a providers office, and never in my career have I witnessed such awful service from a pharmacy. They claim half the E-scripts never arrived (a problem I've never had with other pharmacies) They also never answer their phone and when they do they have an attitude. Receiving calls during busy times is no excuse to have an attitude and be rude over the phone. They put me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up multiple times (they forget they even put you on hold) They are either understaffed or just have completely incompetent workers. I was sending 20 or more orders a day to them and I am absolutely done with this pharmacy.

For the past 3 months there has been a new person working at the pharmacy drive up window. It has left me with only one word to sum up their knowledge and that is incompetence. CVS needs to hire people who knows how to work that area. Just ridiculous

I believe it is manged and or owned by a very nice local man who was bilingual (English / Spanish). Service was prompt, and the manager helped me locate exactly what I was shopping for.

CVS pharmacy need to do better; my Doctor left a prescription for me on Thursday. I called Friday and automated system told me the prescription was ready . NoCall or text , though I’m on the list . Calling is futile , as I’m on the phone over 15 minutes, and no answer. My meds are usually delivered , but two days and no contact .Disgruntled customer , YMLewis

Great location to get COVID vaccines - experience of making an appointment was relatively decent and the process once you arrive in the store was great because it meant not having to wait in the pharmacy line. The vaccine administration spaces aren't too private, but private enough, and there are a lot of waiting area seating options. The administrator was very polite and explained everything we wanted to know. The CVS itself is rather large and kept well, too. Parking is usually available but getting in and out of the plaza can be troublesome.

Over the past few months I had some health challenges causing me to be on several different medications. This place takes forever to fill prescriptions, the lines are always long and for some reason, they keep putting my prescriptions on hold causing me to have to sit and wait for a long time before they are ready. Even the Drive-thru is broken with a hand-written sign on it telling people to come inside. If someone is sick why would you make them come inside and have to walk all the way to the back of the store only to make them wait in a long line? That is cruel!! This use to be a decent pharmacy, but not anymore. I am moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Brought my daughter here for her second shot after her shot was canceled somewhere else due to bad weather. The pharmacist was really nice and helpful. She took care of a paperwork issue, that wasn't allowing my daughters 2nd shot to process. This has been one of the more organized places to get the vaccine and they offer private booths. Wherever you go thing take time, because the pharmacist is multi-tasking.

Came for the Pfizer vaccine. This store is very disorganized. There was a big line of people waiting and nurse wasn't ready with the vaccines. The first appointment was at 3pm and we left at 4pm. The second appointment was at 3:30pm and waited again about 30 minutes for the shot. They need to get organized!

The worst CVS Pharmacy Ive ever encountered. The staff are nice but the work lacks. Medications are never ready when they say they are and worst of all, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! NEVER! and when they do, they put you on hold and I guess forget the call. I even had another CVS call them once and they even complained about them not answering. I trully hate that CVS Pharmacy. IM glad I switched another CVS and I couldnt be more happy with them but these guys! They need new management because obviously the one they currently have is no good.

This place does not deserve a whole star. I have been calling for several days trying to get my prescriptions, but no one is answering except the automated guy that says he can hear clearly now. He cannot hear, the cashier up front refuse to hear. She won't answer any questions, she just transfers all calls to any dept. that won't pick up. I hate that my insurance has connected with this dead beat pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy ever. The people who work in the pharmacy area are very rude. They also are slow, they don't have the system in place to let you know if your prescription is ready. I like the pharmacist that are on duty it is just the people that work under him and her. Most of the employees hardly speak English so they can't understand you, with that lack of communication comes irritation which in turn they can become very rude and spiteful. Among other things, this store, in general does not keep in stock all of the products other pharmacy stores does. I usually buy makeup at pharmacies but I can't even shop here while waiting for my prescription because they do not re-stock the shelves.

It seems to me that it has a very high lack of professionalism and this comment specifically for the pharmacy. I was asking about medicine to an employee who is supposed to provide help, She spoke to me in a bad way and she did not let me finish my question, for me it is a lack of respect and professionalism, I think he has to choose good employees to give CVS a good image!!

Worts place ever, after waiting on the phone for 14 minutes. They reply to you with wait a moment, without you having a chance to talk. After 8more minutes they will pick up the phone on you just to hung up, just saw it 😡😡😡. Good luck ordering special order prescriptions. They have me waiting almost 2 weeks. I’m here at the counter and nothing ready yet. After I made a call yesterday June 7 and they told me will be ready by 1 pm. On June 8th. Lies lies lies....

Terrible when it comes to electronically transmitted prescription refills. This CVS holds up your prescription, and seeks excess confirmation from your doctor(s) and/or insurance provider (they make sure to give customers an excuse). They did not have my medication on the day filing the prescription. This neighborhood deserves better, frankly. My situation was similar in nature to Ms. Bank's situation. My sons doctors office sent a prescription right after his appointment and CVS told me it would take 30 minutes to fill it, and mind you he struggles with allergies and bronchitis where he wheezes from time to time. I told them that they can still make it because it was dark and I cannot see and I needed to drive home and I will come back tomorrow to pick it up. I returned the next day after work and the person at the window said this prescription is not ready yet. A whole day and the prescription is just sitting there thats ridiculous. My sons doctors office had to call and get it expedited and I will not be going there anymore. This is the second or third time this has happened.

Pharmacy personnel very efficient and knowledgeable. On the other hand, the hygiene of the CVS, (with the exception of pharmacy area) is terrible!! Dirty carpet, really messy isles, plus this weird horrible smell, like animals died here..Unfortunate, management can do better...

ZERO STARSHad a 3:50p appointment to do a COVID self test. Arrived at 3:11p. Already a long line. Waited in the drive thru line for a 1.4 hours. Got up to window at 4:35 to be told "sorry the nurse in charge of testing left" with no call or text to advise that it couldn't be done!!!Worst service EVER.

After waiting on the phone on hold for nearly a hour with no answer I decided to go and refill my prescription in person because I thought they was just too busy to answer the phone. When I arrived there it was nobody in line and the pharmacy clerks was just there joking around and I waited there for five minutes for them to acknowledge me standing there and at that point I was so frustrated that I left without filling my prescriptions. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE.

If you do not have time to spare, do not visit this location or even call. I called the pharmacy early in the day and was on hold for 10 minutes. Called back later and was on hold for 20 mins. I ended up driving to the store to speak with someone. I decided to pick up a few items and pick up the prescription thru the drive thru. I literally sat in the line for almost 30 mins when there was only 2 cars ahead of me. If you visit, just keep in mind that your time is not their concern. I’m utterly disgusted with the service here. If I could choose anything less than one star, I would; giving 1 star is generous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They pick up the phone to hang up on you. They mix up prescriptions, say prescriptions are ready then you arrive and they tel you to come back another day. They are rude and take far to long to help.

Horrible. I had major surgery in my mouth on Friday. My mom drops pricription off same day. That night she goes to pick it up the wouldn’t release meds stating the doctor had to call my insurance (It’s the weekend. Doctors are closed and I can’t call at his home) so I offer to pay, she said come back tomorrow. Didn’t give me anything and it was urgent I at least have the anti infection medicine/ amoxicillin.Day 2. I called and after a long hold she said come get your meds. Guess what? She only release 1 medication out of the rest. So I’m fed up and pissed off at this point. We’re on Monday and I called again. They said I can finally come get my mouth wash and pain medication. I’ve been with a sore and unwashed mouth the whole weekend. Guess we will see if the play games again. Never again will I leave my meds their. Horrible service and barely have meds.

Ordered a desk calendar, photos were printed nice but they did not put them on a spiral or with the stand. Have to figure out how to put together the calendar myself now, which is annoying especially while getting everything ready for the holidays.

so bad never going back again ,there pharmacy people are so unproffesional ,people don’t know in the pharmacy how to look up codes and prescription ,sent me home and i had to come back all because the pharmacist looked at the last order ,super slow come to just pick up easily takes you one hour. Cvs needs to hire efficient people who know how to comunicate,work fast and know how to handle prescriptions.

This store is poor in merchandise, can't find what's showing on the advertising. The Machine for cupon is broken for months.The pharmaceutical is not friendly and have a very long lines of waiting for medication.

Horrible customer service, the manager acts like she cares, but their attitude will make you never want to go back. They make too many mistakes in the Pharmacy department. I had to tell them on two different occasions to mix the medication because they just scanned it without reading the label to make sure it was the right thing. Thank God I always check my things before I go. I will never go back there.
