Adi and her staff at Cutie Paws are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have been using their services for 2 years and I refuse to take my fur-baby anywhere else! They are thorough, yet quick... very gentle and they all have a lot of patience with my little hyper active Maltese/Yorkie, Titi! They offer a wide selection of services and even sell an adorable selection of clothes to keep fur-babies super chic and stylish! We love it here!

My dog is 14 years old and has started to lose his hair so most pet grooming shops have just cut it super low. Cutie paws made him look like a puppy again and his white fur has never looked better. He was calm and happy after his appointment. Definitely coming back

Why didn't I know about this place before? I wanted my already short haired dog shaved down because he is a horrible shedder... I only expected a shave down and a bath, the usual. Well, he came back smelling like flowers, he looks amazing, his tail was nicely trimmed. Best job anyone has ever done on him in 2 years(he is 2 years old). They have a cute little boutique with adorable harnesses and leashed and beds. I got him a cute harnes that fits him perfectly. Thank you Cutie Paws! By the way, they are super affordable. They treat my dog like family, my dog is very anxious so he always goes in shaking really bad but its anxiety. He leaves wagging his tail and seems happy and overall comes out looking phenomenal as well as with an amazing smell.

This place definitely won me over. Their customer service is great. Their prices are affordable. They are very knowledgeable and truly care about their customers. When I picked my dog up she had two cute bows placed on her where I may add secured very well. She smelled amazing as well. I will definitely be back.

What a wonderful little place! I only wish I had found them sooner. When my previous groomer closed down I was scrambling to find a good place to take my dogs. I took my two dogs here for the first time. A Pomeranian and a 40lb short hair Terrier mix. My big girl was so scared, and when the lady was walking her to the back she was talking to my baby so sweetly to make her feel more comfortable. She said it might be a while, but in just a couple of hours I got the call that they were both done! I asked for a “teddy bear” cut for my Pom and he came out looking like an adorable cuddly stuffed animal and my big girl smells so fresh and her coat is shining! Even days later they still smell great! What’s more, they even cleaned her stinky stinky harness. (We dont use it very often anymore and I always forget how bad it smells until I’m putting it on her to go to the groomers) I was blown away by that, no groomer has ever done that before! Prices were very reasonable as well. We’ll be back for sure.

This was my first time ever calling and from the moment i spoke with them it was excellent customer service. When I got there everyone there was super nice and attentive and they did a wonderful job on my dog. Also the prices was very reasonable. Definitely I highly recommend that you can take your pet there for what ever grooming needs they will absolutely do a good job. Thank you very much once again.

I've lived in my neighborhood for over 15 years and sad to say I have neglected my local businesses. Nevertheless I recently discovered this grooming service near me and I think it's a pretty outstanding small business.They took extra care of my hairy child and the staff were both warm and comfortable to work with. The cut and grooming were pretty amazing.I think you should give them a chance a check it out for yourself. You're pets with thank you.

At my dog’s first and now last visit and he was left with many bruises and scratches. I bought him around 9am and he was kept all day in a crate just to still not be ready by 5pm. I don’t appreciate all the patches my dog was left with and the lack of accountability about the overall experience.

Non-responsive after several attempts, including leaving voice message they did not return my calls.I must say this is very disheartening, because I always viewed them as being professional. As a regular customer, I will not be returning.Please note, I am not discrediting how well they've groomed my dog in the past, but I am discrediting their professionalism of answering their phone and returning phone calls.

Attempted to call several times for the last 2 days for availability but no answer and voicemail box is full. It's possible they are closed for the holiday which is understandable but what is not understandable is saying so in your recording which is a dissatisfier.A suggestion to the owner - I would make sure to have a recorded greeting with hours of operation especially if you choose to close for the holidays. There are plenty of businesses who can offer your same service. Initial impressions are everything to the customer! Advice from one who is in charge of business operations.

The groomer is super sweet and professional. She's very quick too! 2 hours later and my shih tzu was done! I love that you can see the entire grooming process. Very clean and tidy place.

I called the day prior and they told me they are first come first serve. I arrive at the location this morning around 9:30am and no one is on site, I called 5 times and no one picks up the phone. I’m no expert but this is not good customer service. They would of had a client for life but I guess now another grooming place will be more adequate.

I don’t know how this people run a business. This week I took my dog three times and they were closed. On Thursday they had a sign saying “Sorry We’re Closed We’ll be opening tomorrow Friday”. I go in again Friday and is closed again. Mind you, calling this people is like calling the White House, THEY NEVER PICK UP. I must’ve called like 20 times and then some guy picked up to tell me that they were closed AGAIN due to a family emergency. I asked him if they were going to be open the next day and he said yes and that I should try to come in first thing in the morning (they open at 9am). I call again today before going because I didn’t want to waste my time driving 20mins a third time for them to be closed. When I called the lady who answered told me that they were opened, I asked her if I could take my dog and she said “YES, WE ARE ACCEPTING PETS UNTIL NOON” I drive myself over there and when I get there she has the audacity to tell me that they were too busy and couldn’t accept my dog. What a waste of time. Super unprofessional. For the holidays was the same thing and they that I took him wasn’t even a holiday. Never again with this people. They lost me as a customer. I had been taking my dog there for over a year. Time to find a new professional grooming service.

Took my yorkie and goldendoodle there. Both were pretty tangled up. I understood there was no other option but to shave my golden doodle down. They did an excellent job giving her an even cut and a proper face groom.
