I have been going to Cathy's since we moved here about 24 years ago; the storm hit, they built again, have a new store and I am going still. I think the world of them. I am glad they are here. They have always been a big part of this community and I appreciate them.

Very rude called and asked about linear feet of transition bar in stock.... very short fast answer.... we have plenty all kinds your gonna have to come in and look... i arrive and they have 3, 8ft pieces in silver and 3 in gold.... not really a selection and not enough to finish a floor hmmmmm i drove over 30 minutes for this after being treated terrible on the phone a simple check of inventory is all i asked! Rude rude rude

The customer service is absolutely amazing! Every time I go, I'm assisted with friendly employees and even the office personnel from upstairs. Rhonda and Jen are incredible, but they are the only two names that I remember offhand.

I usually refrain from leaving bad reviews but when a company price gouges just because of the location and lack of other options, they deserve to be exposed for it. I’m a small business owner myself and could do the same thing on a lot of the products I carry but choose not to because I love my community and want offer a great product to them at a fair price. Now I don’t know all of the ins and out of their costs but because I am very familiar with their product and personally know their vendor for the mulch I was trying to buy and called just confirm before I posted this. DO NOT BE PRICED GOUGED BY THEM! Go to the Ace in Port St. Joe which is 20 min down the road and literally half the price, because they choose to be a fair & honest company.

Cathey's is great. The prices are the same as the big stores in PC, sometimes they are slightly better. The new building is fantastic and the inventory is plentiful. I was working on a slightly complex plumbing issue and they had everything I needed for a sink drain.

Always a pleasure shopping at this Ace Hardware store. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. They offer delivery service and have a large selection of lumber products here. If they don't have it in stock they can certainly order it for me. As with all Ace Hardware stores, including this one, you walk in there and ask where something is they always know. 😀

All of the employees are always helpful, knowledgeable. They have absolutely everything, from the smallest nail to the biggest puece if lumber. Stop in and see them, you'll be glad you did.
