I LOVE LOVE LOVE Companion!!! They love on my babies and make it more comfortable for them. Dr. Wasdin is probably one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met, which comes through every time she sees the babies. She’s the absolute best!!!!

The vet and staff were absolutely amazing when caring for my dog. Coming out in the rain to give him a shot in the car so we didn’t have to get wet. Always greeting him with lots of love and treats. We recently had to put him down and they were so accommodating. The vet gave us all the options and information on how to move forward with such a difficult decision. The whole staff knew how hard this was, and they went above and beyond to make him and our family comfortable. They gave us plenty of time to spend with him before and after, and made sure to check and see if we needed anything in the mean time. I can’t say enough how amazing they are. Our dog dozer liked going to see his friends at companion. There is no other vet or staff that compare to them.

I brought my pup here due to a limp and pain he was experiencing. The Dr. gave me a option to get X-rays done after not finding a obvious cause. X-rays looked good so he was sent home with anti inflammatory meds and rest.My bill was 100+ cheaper than a bill I had received from another local vet previously for a enlarged prostate issue (no X-rays). Plus the fact that time, understanding and a true sense of caring you receive when you come to Companion is one of a kind!I have found my forever vet clinic!

I have been bringing my dogs here for 16 years. Has it ever changed. Dr pendingingtin was the vet then. Another vet came in and was not friendly at all. But now the lead vet is awesome! But the whole time I have been bringing my dogs here Vicki has been the one that stands out. She shows she really cares about the animals and people alike. So I would like to thank you Vicki for always being there when needed help. You are great

I called in the morning with an urgent need to have my cat seen by a vet. He had a laceration under his chin and I was concerned it might be infected. They were able to get him in the same day. They were very thorough, I was able to get him an antibiotic, and a check-up to bring his shots current. They even cleaned his ears ( he has folded ears) which can be difficult. It was affordable and they instilled confidence in their care of my little furbaby. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable care for their pet.UPDATE: Companion is now the vet we use for all of our furbabies. They are kind and compassionate. All the staff are friendly and professional. I feel confident in the care our pets receive and would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, and excellent care for their pets.

I love love this office everybody works in sync everybody is amazing they are compassionate they go above and beyond they. You can feel the care they taken for your pet and your thoughts and your wishes or your not knowing they help you in every decisionWe had adopted a cat 12 yrs agoshe became sick and where I had her prior it's like they couldn't do much they saidbut taking her there we got extended time with her and then it was time to let her go the staff was remarkably amazing . Then shortly after that in November after Thanksgiving we had to put our 15-year-old dog down and I could not have done that without Dr Wasdin. Thank you❤️

I was staying in Keystone for a week and my Max got very sick we had to put him to sleep. They were so compassionate, caring, kind, understanding gentle with my Max and with myself. I want to give them Five stars. They did a great job. And took the time to send a condolences postcard to my house signed by everyone and at the office, (handwritten) so I want to say thank you very much and if I had to do it again that's where I would go.

Staff and Dr. Wasden are truly fantastic. They've helped celebrate starting with a new furbaby and shared in my grief over the loss. Always kind and compassionate. I've moved several times further away and still make the trip back to Melrose for all vet care. It is worth it.

Everyone was friendly and they made you feel right at home. Our dog Reba is very hard to examine because she is scared of people she does not know. She will growl and act like she will attack while peeing because she is so afraid. They handled her beautifully and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet. This is most caring vet's office I've ever been to, and they were far less expensive than the last two vet's I've been. I'd rather drive two hours to see them then go to the vet's office five minutes from my house.
