This is a small Petsmart as opposed to many of the large locations I have been to. They usually have my cats dry and wet food in stock, but being a smaller location means it's easier for them to be out of stock. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Despite being in a busy shopping plaza, there is always available parking.

They are so friendly and love the grooming there they do great job on my dog .Second time they cut her to short not what we said and ears wasn’t even . The third time said not to cut because was was growing out just to bath her and comb her out they did a good job she smelled very nice 😊.

We had a terrible experience with the grooming. We took our dog there as we have many times before. We've always felt that their grooming was a little mediocre, but I didn't expect a fantastic job from a chain store. But this last visit they hurt my dog. She was nervous to go in (unusual for her, she loves grooming day), which makes me wonder is something happened last visit as well. Her appointment took OVER THREE AND A HALF HOURS. Nearly four hours. All we got was a basic bath service which has the nail trimming and ear flushing and all that...every other visit the service has taken less than an hour, even when they were slammed busy. So I am left to wonder how long she was sitting in a kennel when we were paying to have her groomed. When we picked her up, we were not told that they cut a quick in her nail. We discovered it from my dog bleeding with every step she took, at which point the groomer admitted that one quick was cut. When I took her home to look closer, two of her nails were split badly, two of the quicks were cut, and many nails were extremely frayed and painful for my dog. We also found scabs behind her ear later that night that were not present before we took her to be groomed. I'm not sure how those happened, but I can't touch her ear without her whining. I am upset not only with the service, but also with the groomers for not being up front about the damage they did to my poor dog. I know doing her nails in the future is going to be difficult because I am sure that the pain she is in right now has been traumatic. I can safely say I will NEVER go to another chain store, especially PetSmart, to get my dog groomed ever again.

Went here for a “PAWdicure Plus” and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Came back the next day because we wanted the dog cologne they used and the salon staff were incredible AGAIN. They brought out all of the sprays they used for us to smell to make sure we got the right one (or one we liked even better).

I love PetSmart but just recently I went to this location in the area where my MIL just relocated. She was struggling finding affordable pet grooming so we inquired. The prices are amazing and the package deals seem super worth it. They do cats for less than other places were asking. Check them out. Also I saw there was food to purchase to donate to animals in need and cats there that need new homes that I hope get adopted quickly. They looked healthy but also like they'd love to be with you at your house. Please go here for your needs...they got the good stuff.

I feel bad that I did not catch her name, but the lady that helped me when I was in distress trying to find kitten things for rescues I was getting was helpful, compassionate and very educated. She had a broken leg and on a scooter if that helps at all, she has 8 cats herself and knew what she was talking about. Also helped me get deals on the floor knowing I was about to spend a bunch of money on these kittens I was trying to take care of. All the rest of the employees I’ve encountered are also very kind and helpful.

I bought a cat from this store back in March & was told a story about it but it was just made up to sell. In the end the cat had worms and I can’t even get info on the actual cat. I’ve called them and they said it probably came from a shelter but that wasn’t the story given to us at the time. The cat is a good cat but I can’t access any info on the cat and the forms they gave us were incomplete to say the least. The cat supposedly was up to date on everything but obviously not because she has worms . She’s a good cat and I should have known something was up when I noticed her ear clipped and the lack of details on any forms. I would suggest to go somewhere else than Petsmart if you are looking to buy an animal Or definitely make sure that you really have the info needed in case they end up having worms like ours. Only info we had was two different names and it was returned due to something . That something probably was worms . Irritating !!!

Good Dog Mom vs Bad Dog Mom: I always try to wait 2 weeks to see if my feeling change before I write a review and normally it does, but not this time.I have always given 5 star reviews for Petsmart grooming. But something there has changed, and not for the good. I know they have lost 2 of their good groomers but shouldn't change the service. I have been gong there for many many years, I cant even count how many people I have referred and I feel nervous about what their experience might be.Two weeks ago I took both my boys in for their normal bath and cut at 1:00pm, always during week, because weekends are too busy. I started to get concerned when I didn't hear anything and about 7:30 pm they called and said Oliver was done but George was not, he had mats and they were brushing him. I am a great Dog mom, I brush them every night. George may have a few on his paws, but I always tell them not to worry, if they find some I will take care of it. Tashara called at 7:30 pm to let me know she was working on George but would not be able to finish him. When I got there at 8:30pm she was brushing George......which meant for the maybe the last hour she was brushing, but it also meant he spent at least 6-7 hours in a crate. She let me know she was going on vacation but was going to schedule me with Sara at 12:00 on Saturday, just for the cut. I showed up and Saturday at 12:00 and Sara was at lunch and the appointment is now with Lynn, but Lynn is also at lunch...? I have brought both of the boys in since they were puppies so they would be used to grooming and like it. A girl came out to take George after I checked in, honestly I don't think she even likes dogs, no smile no hello... needless to say George is 85lbs, he wrapped his arms and jumped with his back legs to hold on to me, literally full body wrap and whined, which he has never done. This is where I became a BAD Dog Mom, I took him off me and gave the leash to the lady that didn't really want him, and then someone yelled from a table "If you would have done express this would not happened, it doesn't matter that you have an appointment, they do dogs dogs in between".... I have never heard of express. I have always tipped very well and they know that... as crazy as it sounds 50.00 per boy and the grooming is always over 200.00 for both and its every 2 months.. 300.00 is a lot of money.I walked out of the store almost in tears, and sat in my car for 1 minute and then I became a GOOD dog Mom again and went in and told them to give him back, I could not do that to him. So now I have a big boy that is scared of grooming. Again, I am not sure of what has changed at this store - the Store manager has always been friendly and the cashiers are great, as I went there a lot for everything. Now, I ordered my dogs food through Chewy and its the same price, delivered to my door, and Home Good for toys, they are a lot cheaper...I guess I can say Petsmart has lost my loyalty, which is sad. I hope whatever has changed, changes back. An whats even sadder, as a customer for over 10 years with 3 dogs, no one even reached out to me - no even the groomer... but I guess they are busy enough.
