I have adopted 4 dogs from Partners for Pets. This rural shelter cares for dogs as long as needed until they find a home. They receive spay/neuter, vaccines, and preventatives. Please visit Partners for Pets today. As with most rural shelters, dogs are kept outdoors. Please consider adoption as so many dogs need homes.

I adopted my lab/shepherd mix from Lucky Puppy but he originally started at Partners for Pets. Jayme rescued my dog from animal control along with his sister. They were listed as code red. If Jayme didn't rescue them, they would have been put down at five months of age. She saw the potential in them and placed them in a prison training program: three months of obedience training. I am forever thankful to Jayme for saving my best boy!

I adopted my Coti (aka Goofy) from P4P in Feb 2019, he was a little over 8 weeks old Doxie/Pin.... He was born at P4P, and vetted at Marianna Animal Hospital.... his birthday is the same as my mama's 12-27, so he is a little over 5 years old and spoiled rotten! Partners For Pets is the most awesome place to adopt. They love all of their furkids. Thank you all for having my special little guy when I needed him. 💙🐾

A wonderful no-kill shelter that was ripped apart by Hurricane Michael. Loving volunteers staff this shelter, which is always in need of blankets, litter, food and cleaning supplies, if not furever homes. Update: Cats are $100 to adopt and dogs are $250, including shots ang neutering/ spaying. Kennels have been rebuilt.

They're a wonderful non-profit trying to find homes for the stray cats & dogs. They offer transportation for cats & dogs to the spay & neuter clinic and encourage the use of vouchers from the county.

I absolutely loved volunteering at this amazing, caring shelter. While I was there I felt like part of the family. They don't put you down for anything . Debbie and Thomas are the most caring and respectful people that you will ever know. Jackie and Rose are wonderful people to work with, they work so hard to keep the all animals happy as well as everybody else. I love you guys! <3

If you're not going to spay & neuter, send $10 a paycheck to P4P!! ❤️ It's the LEAST you can do for our overwhelmed shelter.

Partners for Pets is a pretty great shelter, with very reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. Each animal is vaccinated and dewormed the moment it steps through the door, and when the pets leave with their new forever families the staff load the new families up with toys, treats, and all kinds of goodies. They also have a great program that allows hard to adopt dogs to be trained and made far more adoptable. If there is any sign of illness, they immediately quarantine the animal. I've been volunteering there for 7 years now and things have only been getting better through the years. I have adopted a puppy and a few cats and fostered many cats and dogs from there as well. I definitely recommend this as a great place to find your next best friend.

We were thrilled to see how many folks are truly caring for these homeless pets in a building that is severely damaged. We decided to adopt 2 dogs and also to continue to support their efforts. Please consider helping and support this wonderful pet adoption agency.

Someone dumped off a puppy on our street and since I had a dog I decided to take it to Partners for Pets in Marianna. Upon arrival they were full and said that they did not have space for this puppy because they could tell it was sick and if I would get a vet to sign off then they would take it on Monday (of course I fell in love with the puppy over the weekend). But I thought the people at Pets for Partners were wonderful and caring they even gave the puppy a bath while I was there because it had been sprayed by a skunk. Turned out the puppy had parasites, a broken tail, tape worm but it is coming around and still of course at my house.

I've seen this place a few times while visiting the property that it's located on. While I commend them for what they're trying to Do, I was rather disgusted that we were being hit with a tropical storm & the poor dogs were in small chain link "shelters" (for lack of a better tetm) & they were all outside. We could see them all looking at us & howling but there was absolutely nobody in sight checking up on them. It also appeared that they were given little protection from the elements not to mention the poisonous snakes that wereALL over the property! It was extremely heartbreaking to see! I foster animals through my local animal services facility & no how difficult it is to take animals in & care for them 24/7, so I do give them credit for their attempt, however, I think they've gotten in over their heads & may need to call in some reinforcements to help get back on track. At the end of the day, it's about the animals & it's only fair that they be given the best love & care possible.

We adopted a puppy from here and didn't know until a couple weeks later that she had red mange when she started losing hair all over her body, scratching real bad and sores coming up. We took her to the vet and they said its genetic and could be treated but she would have to have treatments for the rest of her life to keep it at bay and when she does have an outbreak you have to use several treatments weekly until it's under control. We are very upset about the situation this "pet rescue" place has put us in and wanted to take her back but thought it through and came to the conclusion... It's not the puppy's fault and I would rather her be put down than go back to this place. It wouldn't be such a big deal bc I don't mind taking care to the treatments but you can't even catch the dog. We thought she just needed to warm up to us but no, 7 months later she still will not come up to us and is scared to death to even come up on the porch where her food is. We live on a farm in the county where she's able to run free and be happy but I would like to be able to love on our dog but again she's scared to death of people and the p4p is the only place she's been besides our home so all I can think is she has been abused there.. Do your research before adopting from this place!!!!!
