I feel like I live here because I shop here so often. The workers are friendly and polite. Beyond that, it's Lowes. It's a hardware store and garden shop. They probably have whatever you need if you're a home owner, and they have better hours than the other hardware places in town. There's been a few times I had a plumbing emergency, and they were the only place open to get what I needed.

Lowes is my go-to place for anything hardware related. They have great pro programs if you take the time to learn how they work and how best to take advantage of them. I highly recommend opening a pro account if you are working on a large project and you can get massive discounts if you group your orders. I recently had to purchase 16k worth of materials. I added 5k of tools and misc things for other projects and with the VSP discount the final order was around 17k. So 4k of that extra stuff was basically free. Pro tip: every time you pass a 10k mark, the discount jumps significantly.

All I can say is don't waste your time coming here! I tried to buy a Husqvarna edger after waiting in line for 20 minutes to pay for it and two other items I'm told I have to go to the other end of the store and wait another line to get the item that I had them take up front. I will never ever ever come back to this Lowe's location again this place is an absolute freaking joke. I think there's only four people that work at this entire store and unfortunately there's some of the slowest people I've ever met. Go somewhere else don't waste your time here

Been coming here for lumber and other project needs for a while and everytime I go in there when Trent Whittington is working he helps me find what I need if I can't find it and other times when he doesn't seem to have much going on he comes to help me load whatever I may have into my truck without me asking for help! Great employee that does his job and more!

Nicest guy named Willy works in the lumbar department. He gave us outstanding service! My husband needed some boards cut to an exact length and Willy did it with no fuss. My husband even tried to tip him and he said no, just leave a good review. So here's your good review Willy and Lowe's!

Be careful! Apparently Lowes likes to take advantage of people during special holidays. This Canna Lily was purchased for Mother’s Day. After purchase, it was discovered they had marked it up from $8.98 to $24.98. Ridiculous!

The process of buying and having your appliance installed is terrible we have been waiting over a month to get a refund for the dishwasher since the man who came to our home could not install (took about 3 weeks to have thre man show up to measure and make sure he could install) it’s been 4 weeks and he still has not brought the dishwasher back to Lowe’s we are unable to get a refund we have been to Lowe’s 3 times and we live about 30 minutes away! We also have been waiting for our garbage disposable information to be given to Lowe’s and that has been over two weeks. This is such a terrible process!

Rural America Lowes has all the same stuff as one in a large metropolitan area and about 1% of the shoppers. Service is excellent and knowledgeable and I just feel relaxed to take my time and get what I need.

Update I was shopping on 6-23-22 and I was given great customer service from Ryan, Trent, Allen and David. thank you. Manager is fantastic I bought a refrigerator and it was dented when we got it home and he was nice enough to give me a discount with pics of it and I did not have to return it.Update:This is a shout out to Rhonda who works at the register in the Lowes Store in Marianna Florida. We were shopping in there yesterday (3/21/24) and she was outstanding, she helped us with everything we needed and rang our order up fast and efficient. Be sure to pass this on to her store so she gets the recognition she deserves.

Quick in and out. Large selection of merchandise to choose from. We needed a couple of water lines, ended up with some nice spray paint I found at a reasonable discount price. Only wish they had more of a selection on their clearance plants. Nice overall experience

We frequent this Lowes having bought a very in depth fixer upper house two years ago and always having a project. The employees are so great and quick to help. They almost always have everything we need. Got a great deal on scratch and dent appliances here as well. This is a great lowes!

Would still rather go to a Home Depot, but there isn’t and HD in Marianna. This Lowe’s is no different than any other Lowe’s I’ve been to, in that the employees avoid customers in the store and are of little help if you do catch one. They did have the PEX fittings I was looking for though, so I’ll give them that as a win.

I ordered a Washer / Dryer set from Lowe’s & waited a week for delivery. Delivery was set for today, the driver wouldn’t answer the phone & when he finally did he was rude and said he was done for the day. Manager at Lowe’s refunded my $2,000 order after being no help at all. Lowe’s obviously doesn’t want your money. I suggest shopping at Home Depot instead!

Went to my local Lowes in search of a birthday gift for my carpenter, paint and cabinet hardware. A male worker was super helpful in the tool department for my gift purchase. The female in the paint department was busy talking to other workers or possibly friends (not sure which) but did come to the counter to do something for someone (?) I asked her about mixing me a quart if paint. She told me to look at the list on the counter and I asked was this the prices for a quart as I was pretty sure it was for a gallon. She then came over and assisted me. Good luck finding someone in the cabinet hardware department and they were out of every low priced door pull. The store was clean, I did get some assistance and found most of what I needed. Is this all that we should expect these days?

Wish I could give a zero star. Waited 2 weeks for a washer and dryer to be delivered. Delivery guy didn’t show, won’t answer calls and Lowe’s doesn’t care. Lowes delivery department is a joke , will not disclose the third party delivery company and rudely told me they would just refund me. I’ll gladly take my business to Home Depot !!!!
