Conveniently located but items where everywhere - looked like someone started stocking and forgot to finish. No one was there to do checkout but there were a few self check out stations.Overall nice looking selection of fruits and market items.

First I would like to purpose an ideal to you. I shop often at your store they are always messy. That because you are under staffed. The day staff have no time to ring up customers and put away merchandise. Even with the new self service registers.I purposed a position for over night stockers. This could be a par-time position. Working after the store closes from 10 - 2 a m. A crew of 5-7 per store. Only working the day the trucks come to the store then maybe 1-2 days after that.I’m retired and this would be an ideal position for me. I worked customer service for 20 plus year. Frankly I am burnt out from trying to please unruly customers. I would prefer a position where I can go to work do my job without any hassle.Please consider my proposal

Worst place to stop. Only one cashier open and a line of 20 people waiting while other employees stock shelves. Inventory won’t matter if people stop coming because the ridiculous line. I feel sorry for the only cashier having to deal with customers being upset because the other employees don’t care and walk by to see all the people waiting and just ignore it.

Super busy with long line of cusomers. Line did move fast due to excellent employees at cash registers.Store was neat as it could be considering Christmas is 3 days away.I like this store. It has a good assortment of items, helpful employees,and I like the general layout of the store.There are lots of parking spaces also.

Went there to get cat food they was out, tried to use the rest room but was told the key was locked in the bathroom,the lady told me to go McDonald's that is what she does. That's why there the shelves were empty employees having to go down the street to use restroom, they can't even wash there hands, I left, poor management!!!!!

They are in the process of rearranging everything to accommodate the fact the have now made this into a market place Dollar General which means it has a small but efficient grocery store inside of it !!!

Dirty, workers have a "I don't care attitude", long lines, and always smells like weed inside the store. It is the only DG that is close to my neighborhood. Absolutely hate to stop by and if I could give no stars I would. I try to wait and drive to the one on Caverns.

September 13th, 2022The bathrooms are always shut down, and all the registers are broken down except 1. They have an employee that can’t do anything other than run a register she can’t sweep, mop, take trash out, stock, nothing other than stay the at the register. They can’t even pay their employees that work at another store.

They need better (older )management. The young folks in that store are disorganized & act as if they are worked to a frazzle. This time of year all the busy DG stores need to be organized & have at least 2 of 3 registers open at all times. Prices are competitive & the stores are in good locations. Please hire some older managers to help these young folks learn how run a dollar store. Or improve the training these young folks get. Thank you.

This store is receiving a 3 star because it’s always clean but it just happens to be the busiest DG in town. One of their biggest downfalls is that there are a few cashiers who are always busy talking to their coworkers rather than focusing on customer service. It’s a good DG though!

Walked in around 8, no customers at counter, guy leaned up on counter doesn’t even speak. Store is so disorganized, I manage to find my stuff m, checkout and made the mistake of using the bathroom. It was horrible, so very apparent that no one cares, empty toilet paper rolls in floor like 6 of them, toilet was disgusting, employee must wash hands sticker was pulled off and on the ceiling. I could go on and on. It is in a convenient location.

Always a wait in line to check out. Not the employees fault as they are spread too thin. Management could chip in or at least schedule enough people to cover a shift. I wouldn't shop here if it wasn't the only place open at 7 on the west end of town.

I bought dog food from there. A few days later I read where they were recalling the exact dog food I bought. It's been 3 weeks and they say they don't know anything about a recall. I've read twice that they were recalling the dog food for mold and they haven't heard anything. Someone is not doing their job. I had already fed my dogs half of a bag. It made one of them sick.

Nothing good to say .....went in store tonight and lady with purple/blue hair was asking another lady .... is there something u need .. well what u looking for... To a customer on the other side ...but when customer told her no she was fine that she could read she then came to the side I was on acting as if she was doing something but wasn't touching nothing but trying to see what I was picking up....there's nothing I need that I can't pay for nor that I can't buy ... I work hard for what I have want be going back there again ......

Was dirty and smelled inside and out.but the cashier was very nice. And why does every dg have one key to the bathroom? Someone asked to use the bathroom. Told them the key was lost so no one could use it...

Horrible customer service. Waited at the only register open for awhile only to never be sereved. The cashiers stood behind the counter talking the entire time until another customer came up and was told they could be served at a different register. The cashiers then proceeded to tell us we could be helped at the other register and would have to get at the end of the line. Needless to say we left our items on the counter and will never return. After our experience we will be more than happy to go out of our way to take our business elsewhere.

I like this store because of their wide selection of products. However, the store manager argued with a customer about a price issue concerning some coke products that were clearly marked on sale. That is not the issue though. It is very unprofessional for the store manager to argue with a customer, yelling sarcastic remarks to that customer in front of other customers. She was not polite at all and has set a negative example for other employees.

This evening i went to dollar general. I were looking moss ball first i looking on my own? I did find them i knew they had some i couldn't find them. So I saw this zoning the store so i went to him and ask him did know where the mothball were he stop doing what he said to i will find them for me stay where i were at. He went to a other asocial to did know and found them. My visit to my dollar general were experience very good. Love shopping there.

Yes the store is always stocked, so that's a plus, but 1 cash register with 10 people in line is a bit much, it would be great to get what you need and get outta there in a timely manner.

This a very nice store too shop at first of all when you walk in this store it is always nice in clean everything thing is in place the customers are respectful with greetings and the cashier's are Very helpful if you don't No were a items are they will take you in no time to get it I love shopping at dollar general were you save a lot's

Lines all the time. I will drive 6miles out of my way to go to Grand Ridge store. Much friendlier and faster. Less employees, better stocked, and faster, friendlier service

Never enough people working, the lines are so slow but the store usually well kept at least. The people are always taking and taking forever the lines are always so long it really is awful panic attack inducing even walking into this monstrosity.

Easy access, good selection, line at register moves quickly. Staff is friendly, and the store itself is big enough that there is plenty of room on the aisle.

It's ok they need to keep their store better stocked. And have better selection of certain products that they should have but don't even carry when other dollar generals do.
