Worse pharmacy ever. They never have your pain medication. Every month they have an excuse, either they ran out or it won't be in until Monday. I have to go without for days until they gets some in. I get it filled once a month.Whomever is doing the ordering should know their monthly customers. The pharmacist is very rude, he told me if I didn't like how it is ran go to another pharmacy. Just because he is not during his job, why should I have to find another pharmacy. Not right at all. I gone through this ever month in the past 5 months.

I love CVS just wish the lines whether inside or outside weren’t so long. They really need to have more employees in pharmacy. Great products and awesome employees

Refused to fill prescription for my mother who is visiting from almost 3 hours away. She can't drive that far just to get her pain medication filled, and the pharmacist is refusing to fill her script from her pain management doctor. You sir are not a doctor, you are a pharmacist. Your job is to fill a script not to diagnose and choose what medication goes to what patients. The pharmacist literally said we need to "make him feel comfortable with filling the prescription". I'm pretty sure legally the script from the doctor who actually went to med school is the only convincing you need.

I called twice and asked them not to run my prescription with insurance because it was not covered yet they did anyway delaying my pick up to a later date. This isn’t the only time I’ve had bad experiences with this CVS Pharmacy. There a bunch of idiots working in there.

I like this CVS even when there's a bunch of customers it is still not a horrible wait. The majority of the staff are top notch.I like the option of the drive up to picl up medication. Great for when I'm sick with a flu like illness. .. don't contaminate the folks in the store.

Placed order 1 week ahead. Told to pick up on the 3rd of April. Arrived after 4 pm. Prescription still not ready and told will need to wait. Horrible service.

Horrible service from the pharmacy. We have yet to have a good experience here. The techs are slow and do not know their jobs. They provide incorrect information and this last time through the drive thru we sent a credit card and ID and they sent back the tube stating they needed ID. It was still in the tube. I'm surprised they can keep track of the medications. Really wish they had a decent competitor.

the worst pharmacy customer service i have ever received even standing in walmart pharmacy lines beats cvs-. to give a heart patient grief over med refills is beyond belief-----having worked with the public for over 25 years this store is beyond mean -i know we all have procedures but your service is extremely ugly -
