Not impressive. The store lacked inventory and animals. The interior is dark. I purchased a dog treat for my pup and it made him violently sick. I wonder how long that "treat" was sitting in the counter display.No one greeted me the entire time. When I checked out, the scanner wasn't working and the cashier seemed disheveled. Probably won't go back.

Grooming was horrible. I took my Puppy and specifically showed the haircut he had already had and I wanted. I also with much detailed explained I wanted his hair as long as possible. Well, we received nothing closed to what we asked. My pups haircut is uneven, super low, looks like they just passed a razor all over his body and blamed it on the matting he had. To top it off when I went to pay (clearly I shouldn’t have) they were charging extra for a shampoo I didn’t ask for, and another extra charge for matting/detangle which they clearly didn’t do since they chopped off/razored off all his hair. Needless to say, very disappointed my kids were crying when they saw their pup.

Been there a few times, great selection. Last time we went, i wanted to bring my dog in. I chose not to as an employee had their dog loose in the store, which was a bummer. The dog was very sweet, but energetic, and had pooped on the floor. The poop had clearly been sitting there for some time.

Came back to Marco for the winter with our black lab that needed a grooming found Pet sense on Barfield and would recommend to everyone. Great staff and have all your pet needs in one place. The grooming and nail trim was spot on.

My doodle was given a bath and brushed out but barely trimmed. I had to go home and trim her around her face, ears and paws myself. That wad not what I paid for. Sad!

We love having Petsense here on Marco. The staff is always so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of pet food, treats and toys is amazing. Groomer, Romina, always does a fantastic job on our little doggie. I know our dog is treated very well there as she always wants to run in the door to say "Arf" whenever we pass by. Thanks so much to Lauren, store manager, for choosing and training such a great staff. We are always treated so well here. We give this store and employees a "Perfect Ten". My dog was groomed here and the groomer did a terrible job. Dog is 2 years old and has been groomed many times. His cut was uneven and hair was so short I found him almost unrecognizable. Groomer said she cut him short because he was full of snarls. He has had snarls before and groomer managed to brush him.I will never use PetSense again.
