Yesterday I experienced such an unprofessional and unenjoyable experience. After waiting in line I got my ice cream and the lady behind me was next. I called her letting her know I’m finished and to come place her order. She came by the register and then this younger employee with dark her rudely told her she was not next. This female customer was next because I was in front of her and she was next to follow. The employee assumed she was not next and started a very rude encounter with the customer. The employee refused to serve her and the employee started using profanity. It was beyond unprofessional I could not believe the owners would allow such an arrogant individual run their place. I have been going here for years and beyond shocked by this encounter. If I owned this place I would immediately fire this young girl. She has no respect for the customer nor her elders. Beyond shocked. This seems to be a repeated issues based on other reviews.

We came here on one evening around 8pm, and it was quite busy. I guess everyone had the same idea… When we went back around 2pm on another day, it was the complete opposite, it was nice and quiet… Less than handful of people came and left with their sweet goodness.They had lots of flavors, but you have to walk all over the store in order to see all the options, and therefore, line of people get lost... Then, whoever made a decision on what they want will call out to the staff and make their orders. Not very efficient when it is really crowded.On the first visit, we got Raspberry Truffle in a cup and Pistachio in a cup. Single scoop was REALLY large! Super generous amount gets packed into the cup. You might want to think twice before ordering more than one scoop. They were very flavorful and tasty!On our second visit, we decided to get different flavors, but in a waffle cone. Why? Because they had $10 minimum with credit card, and we had no cash… We got Mint Chip and Cookies ‘n Cream in waffle cone. My goodness they were huge and great!The staffs here were efficient and friendly, and the price was great for the amount you receive here. With its convenient location and great amount of flavor offerings, it sure was a perfect spot to go get some afternoon snack.

We stopped by for a great treat after lunch. We all tried something different and the ice-cream was good. I had the salted caramel peanut in a waffle cone and it was very very good. I would deffinetly try this place again. The sherbet was also very flavorful

Great little ice cream place near a bunch of good restaurants. Went there after a great happy hour meal at NachoMamas. Server here was wearing a mask so felt safer than their SaltyDog nieghbor where no one was wearing masks including the servers.

Very disorganized. I tried going three days in a row during vacation last year, and it was a very unpleasant experience.The first time, I couldn't even get in because there is no clear indicator where the line starts and where it stops.The second and third times, I went when the store hours said they were open, but they were closed both times.Overall, the whole experience really turned me away from Ice Cream parlors.

Waited forever to get attention, when we finally got attention the person who served us said she would take care of the other customers first. After we confirmed that we came first she said she will still serve them first - very rude. How can you tell customer in the face that you will not serve them. kids were very upset. Horrible Service! Stay away from this place.

Went here in late April on a Sunday afternoon and wasn't busy at all. Service was great and ice cream was so good!! Husband got a chocolate coffee kind and loved it. I got the mint chocolate chip (always my go to flavor) and it was absolutely to die for!!! Very minty!

Saw some good reviews and decided to give this place a try. Would not recommend. Despite the fact the stench of cleaning supplies was overwhelming, the place didn’t look clean and the ice cream didn’t look fresh or appealing. I was uncomfortable and was actually somewhat relieved when I saw they didn’t have dairy free options to accommodate me (besides one lemon ice flavor). I left and would highly recommend walking the extra 75 yards to Dolce Mare, where the staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The place was exceptionally clean and the gelato looked SO beautiful in the case it killed me not to order some! I received amazing service and assistance identifying dairy free and gluten free options and it was delicious. Go to Dolce Mare instead!

A great little place to have ice cream. Several unique flavors I'd never heard of! I had butterscotch bomb and it had a great butterscotch flavor. It falls along the same lines as moose tracks and those types of blends. My biggest complaints: no rhyme or reason for service...people who came in after us were served before us because they knew where to line up. There's no real indoor seating, just a few seats long the front window facing out. Luckily we were able to snag a bench outside, but it was very crowded out front.

Really good services and such a great selection of flavors! Went here on vacation and was one of my favorite ice cream shops on Marco Island! Price is reasonable and one scoop was plenty! Highly recommend going if ever heading to Marco Island!

We have been going for a little over a year and always enjoy! It doesn’t matter what employee serves you they give you so so so so much ice cream. BeBe’s has the best ice cream in all of Marco island, they have a variety of flavors ( including sorbets ) that will please everyone. I recommend going to BeBe’s if you’relooking for somewhere to get ice cream.

We had ice cream here while on vacation with my husband's 104 year old mother. She loves ice crea.cream, but cannot stand for long. One of the employees offered Mom a seat. This was obviously a workstation, as papers etc were on the couter.

Sign says closes at 11 but at 1005 with 20 people that had been waiting in line were told we are not serving anyone else because we have lots of cleaning to do and when someone stated the sign says 11 the employee said "too bad" and customer said are you sure you want to loose all of this business and employee said we don't care then closed the door in the customer's face. Business does not treat customers with kindness NEED customer service training ASAP FYI I am pretty easy going person, but I feel obligated to let families know so they don't waste their time or spend money here.

In all honesty, Beebe's Ice Cream is extremely enjoyable to the last scoop. There ice cream has the right amount of sweetness and cream to make you want more. They have a wide section on display with a lot of exotic flavors that entices you to try each one. Not only that, they ask if you want a freshly rolled waffle cone, which improves the flavor greatly. Overall, I believe Beebe's Ice Cream is a must try when you are in the Marco Island area. In terms of quality, they could be an award winning ice cream shop.

I went here to get ice cream, I do indeed enjoy a good ice cream brownie Sunday. But when I ordered, I was charged full price for a brownie sundae, and there was no brownie. After asking for a brownie that I could buy separately, I was informed that there was no brownies. I cried for a little and just ate my ice cream like a grown adult with dignity. The ice cream itself is about 4 dollars a scoop and is generally pretty good.

I went in my last day of vacation because I heard this place have a good ice cream and unfortunately the door was close in my face minutes before the closing hour. I don't understand how they can shut the door during bussy long weekends. I hope to have better luck next time.
