Very nice and very pleasant atmosphere. I loved looking at all of the fish. The clerk was very easy to talk to and she answered all of my questions about fish tanks. I will return. Highly recommend.

My experience with this establishment has been wonderful. I recently purchased a 55gal tank and the owners' help and advice have been invaluable. I got through the cycling process without losing a single fish! This was in large measure due to the help and advice I received. I have been to this store at least weekly since I bought my tank and she has without fail been patient and helpful and addressed all of my concerns. I do understand that it is possible for some fish to be out of stock but that can be for many reasons including that this is a very well loved store that aquarium enthusiasts trust therefore when stock becomes available we purchase it. I couldn't be happier with the service and advice that I have received and I will be patronizing this establishment for all of my fishkeeping needs.

Visited with my daughter and we bought three cherry shrimp and two rabbit snails. Owner was very helpful and we greatly enjoyed our experience here. Will not hesitate to return when we need more fish or supplies!

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to. I bought three fish from this store and within a few weeks they died. I called multiple times to get information on how to help the fish due to them having a parasite and she explained what to do, I followed her details to the T for a week straight and they still started to die. After the first one died I called a different pet shop in town and explained to them what the lady said and what to do, he then tells me that EVERYTHING she told me to do in regards to helping my fish was wrong! That what she said to do was killing them faster than the disease they had. So I had to buy all different treatment stuff in attempt to save the last two but one died last night and the other one is barely hanging on. I doubt it will make it. I will NEVER get fish from this storm again and definitely wouldn't recommend them! The lady has no idea about fish.

My 45 minute trip was a waste , not very punctual, did not have what I was wanting always had a sorry excuse for every question I asked. Or for the type of fish I was wanting the answer on some were they died. do not recommend.

Best place to buy anything fish related! Ms. Liz is so knowledgeable about anything that has to with tanks, fish, food or the wellbeing of your fish. The only place I shop!! And plus, it's locally owned, so it keeps the local economy growing!
