The service is usually great, this day the guy working outside was not eager to help when I asked about the azaleas he said he doesn’t know a thing about them with no offer to get someone, then when asked if he could get someone to take the 3 gal azaleas to my car he told me to go and get cart out front and load them myself ,so I did reluctantly. Now my neck and shoulders are sore . Next time I will insist.

I stopped by to have two of my propane cylinders refilled. It costs about 50 percent more to do the trade in thing. Only trade in the cylinders that need to be recertified.Employees at the Ace Hardware are very helpful and friendly. You can park next to the propane facility and the process is over quickly.

Usually very helpful but that was not the case yesterday. An older lady with a long gray braid was rude to me...but the guys were very nice! There's usually one bad apple in the bunch! I hope she gets coal in her Christmas stocking! lol

I normally try to spend my money locally. I went in the store and asked to get a propane bottle filled. I was also prepared to buy a new grill. I was told very rudely by the gentleman working inside “That ain’t happening!” I guess the sprinkle of rain made him refuse to serve patrons of the establishment. If he was my employee I would have fired him on the spot. I advised him and the other employees that I could spend my money somewhere else. It’s a sad day when you respond to your customers in this manner. What ever happened to customer service? Very disappointed! From now on I will drive out of my way to keep from doing business here.

Oddly enough this is my go to place for grilling accessories. I buy all my rub, pellets and spices from this place. Also if I'm looking for a nice bbq spatula. I had purchased my pellet grill from here, and they built it and delivered it. They are also a good place for my odds and ends type of hardware.

Lynn Haven Ace Hardware is always so nice and clean and everything is nearly put away, ALL of the employees are so helpful everytime I walk in the door they are right away asking if I need help finding anything and I usually know where I'm going but anytime I don't they are right there and all I have to do is ask and they will be more than glad to help, and they go above and beyond to help even if it is sending you to another store for a product they don't have.. they are all incredibly helpful and friendly

Decent place. Most of the Staff is friendly some are not. Place is a little smaller than most ACE but you can usually find items that you can’t at Home Depot or Lowes. Parking lot is very small for big trucks. There is an employee there that won’t help you lift things into vehicle!

Friendly staff always willing to help you find what you need. I don't think I've ever been in and someone not ask if I needed help. My go-to place for everyday hardware items. They also have a nice selection of plants in the spring.<update May 2022>No change in my review. Still a great place to shop for hardware and garden needs. Staff always friendly and willing to help. Always enjoy going during the spring months as they have a nice selection of plants.

The manager here fires employees wrongfully and illegally!! Lisa was the best employee in that store! She was a fired for voicing safety concerns. How low can you go to fire someone for doing the right thing!!

Go there often and the staff is outstanding. It is a little more expensive than some other places, but it's worth it to not have to deal with long lines and employees that don't want or know how to help you. The ACE rewards program actually works! They have what I need 99% of the time and the staff will help find it quickly! I do wish they would carry 18" roller naps though😉.. Awesome store!

We love this place!! Everyone here is friendly and quick to ask if you need help. We will go here for any hardware needs for sure. I also noticed they have a variety of cooking spices that grocery stores don't have. This is one of our new go to places.

Went in looking for a shallow well pump kit and they didn't have it at this store but the staff member did call the other store on tyndall Parkway and unfortunately the kits that were there wasn't the one that I needed.
