Thank you Lynn Haven CVS pharmacy! Pharmacist Mr Adams helped me get my husband’s Rx and make sure the insurance was correctly entered. They were so busy (like all the time!) yet he made sure and entered all the information. I’m so grateful!!! Watching the four people working in the pharmacy was pretty amazing. Professional while managing window, phone, counter and other stuff I surely don’t understand- lots of moving parts and some humor too!Nice people, nice store- clean with good greeting cards too!

Here we go again. Without exception, they present me with a new problem every single time. My common medication is autofilled monthly. Oct 5 was the refill date. I stop in today and they tell me it's on back order. Backorder? Seriously? Already 2 days late. Put me off min another 2 days. It takes a week or more to refill common meds? 🤔 This is a new one. But, I'm sure there will be new mistakes and cover stories next time I go. The worst pharmacy I've ever done business with. I regret continuing to give them opportunities to improve.

Waited in their drive thru line for 20 minutes just for them to close the window in my face at 1:30 PM, which was when I finally got to the window. When I went inside, the pharmacy tech yelled at me for coming in to try to get my daughters prescription. On her way out, she yelled that there is a sign outside in the drive thru that says they close at that time. There’s no sign. They need to block off their drive thru for when they close. Worst CVS ever.

The pharmacy tech Bill is a very ride person to deal with. A lot of people I know switched pharmacies just because of him. I am getting to find this out myself.

Literally the worst, slowest pharmacy I’ve ever had to use, and it’ll be the last time I ever use cvs all together. 5.5 hours for a prescription of only 10 pills. Pathetic!

Waited over 4 hrs for stat medications. Breathing medication at that. When I finally got home with it they had printed the dosage directions incorrectly. Good thing I listen to my Dr. Does anyone know what triage means? Or do they even care anymore?

I am on medical and I signed up for their drug plan, WE would order our drugs and they would call and say they are ready to pick up and they did't even have then in stock yet. Than after making two more tips to town to pick them up , they finally told me they could not even get them for me, This was well used drug, This happened in several different cvs drug store, So I just gave up with them . and ended up at public. I have had no problems with them. cvs just don't care about their customers. They would even say they were sorry about the problem or even try to do something about it. Never again.

During Hurricane Michael this place was committed to customers in the area. Thank you for sticking with us. We came in from out of town to do clean up and didn't know how bad the devastation was. Lots of respect for truly helping people in crisis.

THE absolute worst customer service of any CVS I've been to. They cannot keep our prescriptions updated. My wife and I both have run out of meds before we could get a refill. No help at all.
