Might want to inform your employees not to be so rude and state you close in one minute, the associate didn't offer to show me where the one item I wanted was, just told me I'm looking right at it. I asked where, and he just said, " it's right in front of you". Trying to find something after being pressured with " we close in one minute" yeah, wasn't enjoyable. Should have took my business elsewhere.

What can I say about ACE Hardware that doesn't sell them short?I've only been in this area for a short while and yet I'm good at calling ACE Hardware my local Hardware Store.You might think that the size of the building limits ACE Hardware's ability to have what you need to complete that much needed project that's been haunting you.Let me assure you that BIG THINGS COMES IN SMALL PACKAGES!!!!They have EVERYTHING you need to fix anything for home, garden, and farm!!!If you are looking for a new look at your humble abode then their paint selection is as good if not better than most other hardware stores with one of the BEST PAINT Names in the business: Valspar !!!!So instead of going all the way into town for one of the big Name hardware stores, give ACE Hardware a visit, unless you need a trailer load of lumber.

Just went there recently looking for a AC filter for the fam bam & Ron made my experience run so smoothly thru out the entire time & when I got to the register a young lady named Brook was an unexpected joy helping me get the correct batteries I needed! Totally recommend, service is out of this world 10/10!

I don’t do reviews very often, but I would like to recognize this store for outstanding customer service. Without getting into the details, I will tell you that it’s true what they say about this feeling like a neighborhood hardware store, which is a good thing. They really go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, and they have saved me on more than one occasion with grill, assembly and delivery service at the last minute. Ryan, Dave and even their regional manager made it a priority to help me when I had a last minute request and treated me like family. I am very satisfied customer and will only go to Ace Hardware for my hardware and outdoor cooking needs from here on out as they made my whole purchasing experience a great one. Great team, great management, and outstanding customer service makes this store a stand out in my humble opinion.

We are from out of town and had an emergency with our camper that was at the campground down the street. We were in need of having a hole drilled in a piece of metal with a press, and one of the workers took care of us with no problem. We also needed some very specific screws, and we got help from three different knowledgeable employees. They were super helpful. We were able to get everything we needed to repair our camper, to much relief.The cashier in the front was so sweet. We are thankful to have this store in the area where we love to camp!

I recently moved to the area and just saw this place on a drive east last weekend. I had been driving very far to the other bigger box home retailers, so I walked in with a list of items today. I was greeted immediately and helped with every single thing it and was in and out fast. The cashier was very pleasant as well. This will be my go to hardware store for sure.

A great little store. I love ACE Hardware stores in general, and this is a good one. Nice variety of stock. I can almost always find what I need here. Plus they have home decor, a great selection of Buck knives and a decent garden department. And it seems like they have as many staff as the average Home Depot, in a far smaller store. The best part for us is the have a full feed and tack store attached next door. It's also an ACE store with the same friendly service. We get all our chicken feed and supplies from them.

I think everyone expects to pay a little more at ACE. I love the atmosphere and the people were super friendly. I don't mind paying a little more to support a small business when they care about the customer. It was obvious that customers are valued here. Stop by see the helpful and friendly people here. It beats any big box store when it comes to service.

Staff is very helpful. Store is well stocked with many items you would need to make repairs around a rural home, or farm.On 2 different occasions recently this store saved the day. Had to replace the pressure switch on our well last year and last month I needed a capacitor and contactor for our AC unit. They had the parts that I needed to make the repairs fast in both situations.Only things that would make it better is 1. Open 24/7 for those late night emergencies. 2. A lumber yard, so I wouldn't have to run to one of the big chain stores.They also have a feed store next door.I highly recommend this place.

Good staff and a vast selection. Small town feel with helpful enthusiasm. One star down??? Prices... I know it's hard to compare to big box stores, but, comparisons are advised. It may make more sense to take the extra time and go somewhere else. Helpful place with good prices on pool supply. Knife sharpening (they send them off) is available.

Great place. Always someone to greet you at the door, help you find what you're looking for and actually take you to the aisle that it's on. They'll stay with you making sure you find the right "fit/size " or what ever you need. They have a "barn" for all your back/farmyard needs - for horse, cow, chicken, dog, cat and more. Will definitely be going back here.

Live just down the street and find it hard to beat the customer service and selection. They have had almost everything we have needed over the last 4 years. A little higher on some prices but not enough to warrant the gas of driving to a big box store. Ace Barn is great too! We shop there for our dog food, toys, treatments, and vaccines.

This Ace is on the smaller side, but the employees are friendly and work to get you what you need. They also offer delivery on mulch/soil/gardening products, which is hugely convenient! Really a big plus when you need a lot delivered and do not want to make multiple trips.I would do 4.5 stars if possible, only for pricing. Pricing is a bit higher at times on some items, but this location is really there for convenience of the local folks without having to go to SR 60 or Causeway.

The best Ace hardware ever. My only complaint is that they replaced the shop in the back with a paint shop. I think the way they used to sell paint before was fine. This area of town is now lacking the supplies they used to sell in the back. It's unfortunate that they didn't see the value for the area in providing that. But for hardware and knowledge and support they are a fantastic store and they always seem to have the things you need in stock. They had air conditioner capacitors in stock when other bigger hardware stores in the area did not.

George at the gun counter was awesome. I decided to stop by because I heard this store sold rare ammo, they didn’t have the round in stock but George looked it up and order me few boxes and then helped find a quote for few firearms I’m interested in buying in the future. Was very happy with my first visit and this is coming from someone who used to sell firearms.

Pleasant surprise when I made my first visit there. Very well stocked hardware store, even larger than our new one on Bloomingdale in Brandon, polite staff. And also has a well stocked gun and ammo section.

This is such a cool little country store. I imagine it's a staple for the local community and so it should be. If you need hardware or parts and don't want to travel to a larger more populated area to find what you need this is the place to go.

Great store with a variety of hardware and a lot of great items. Only gave 4 of 5 stars because they were low in stock or even completely out of seed starting mix and organic soil. I shop here often and sometimes it happens but mostly it's on point.

Went to get a portable air pump to take with me on the Road,,they had like 3 different ones, the one I had broke after just a few uses, so I bought a more expensive one, because I need something reliable, people at Ace are very Helpful and very friendly as well
