Walmart is the only place we have in town with a one-stop shop experience... department store, electronics, clothing, food, automotive all in one place. The deli used to offer a lot more selection but very minimal now. Pretty much have to bag your own groceries and then they check you at the door to be sure that you didn't make a mistake or forget something. Customer service is weak at best hard to find anybody to get help when you're looking for something in the store. Prices are good but used to be better.It's really a matter of convenience to be able to stop and get a lot of different things at one place. 3.5 stars overall

I find it ridiculous that you have five. Maybe even six registers saved for Walmart Plus members. Tonight all registers were filled and there was a line. Everyone had a very full cart. I had one item. I walked up to the registers that were reserved for star members or Plus members or whatever you call them and the lady would not let me use register. There were five or six completely empty registers. Your employees need to be able to think on their own . If every register for the Plus members is empty and a person only has a few things, why are they denied to use the plus plus registers ? This makes me want to not come to Walmart at all. Furthermore, there is often only one person working returns. Then there are four or five girls standing there. Watching people check out. Well actually they're just talking and not watching much of anything. Why? In fact, tonight I left with three things I had not rung up. I had to come all the way back into the store to ring those three things up. If 8 girls in front had been paying attention they would have told me I forgot to ring three things up. Finally, I have left my bags at the register several times and have had to come back to get them because I am not used to ringing myself up. If the people in front were paying attention, that would not happen either. Walmart is becoming extremely frustrating. Walmart is pretty far from my house, however, I like to go because I like the prices. My husband continues to ask me why I go all the way up there. I am beginning to ask myself that question, as well.

I don't care how busy they are, those people that work there at the Walmart pickup or hustlers. They are still on the ball and do such a great job. Thank you for always making my pickup smooth.

The quality of organic produce is terrible. They stack new on top of old. You can watch them do it all the time. Just on this recent visit the lemons were smashed and bruised. Even had white mold in several bags. The organic potatoes have buds growing out of them. My question to Walmart is where is your produce manager.

Once you improve the work environment for employees then you will be worth 5 stars. There should be ZERO tolerance for workplace bullying and harassment. I have seen with my own eyes cashiers being shamed and talked down to in front of customers. Do better, be better, be kinder. If you are that miserable, go work somewhere else, alone, Remote at home where you can't bother other humans with your anger and hatred. If the store manager tolerates this, then they are just has guilty of creating a sad and stressful work environment. Good luck to the employees who are always so nice. I'm sorry you have to deal with people who are on a power trip and make everyone around them miserable. Get rid of that self checkout lady who's name starts with an R. She is a terrible human.

Went to get a wallet. And also some bagels with cream cheese and so on. I was very impressed with the staff at Walmart today. I ran into a lady that her granddaughter had spilled the shake so I went and reported it well it didn't take no less than 5 minutes or less for them to come and clean it up. And I was impressed that they knew where the isle was. . My experience with the customer excellent and in my book that's reason enough to come back to an establishment. So I'm definitely going to recommend whether you're just passing through and need some things or you live locally come on into this Walmart supercenter where you're going to get great customer service and best quality items for your buck

Placed an order for an online pickup and only part of the order was fulfilled. Not a problem usually, but when the product is a couple hundred dollars and actually in stock it is. Fix the glitch in the matrix here corporate.Your waste my time and your employees time when things like this happen. Everyone was nice enough but a bit apathetic. I used to work overnights stocking 10 years ago and recognize the soul being drained from your people. I'm sure it's only gotten worse since then.I'll keep shopping here because I can't afford not to, but every time it makes me a little sadder to see how much further society is slipping.

Maybe a few tips for the management. If you advertise your store to open at 6 AM, then you should be open at 6 AM. Additionally, make sure that the doors are all open. I’m sure that the fire marshal would love to come see all the exit doors not open. And lastly, the few employees that you do have maybe teach some customer service and social skills too. I know it’s a hard concept for some nowadays. It’s not that they are rude for the most part, they just ignore customers. Look or walk the other way afraid we might ask a question.

Best time to go shopping is very early in the morning! Plenty of parking and you can zoom thru every isle without having to bump In anyone or wait for them to move!The dressing room does not open until 10 am by the way and the attendant was very nice and polite. Dressing rooms are sanitized after each guest use. I love that.Shelves are stocked much better now (more items are on the shelves. And the produce and meat section were clean and stocked as well.This was my first time at this Walmart location and I definitely will make it my go to location.

The worst Walmart in history most of the employees have bad attitudes and are not helpful at all. I suggest going to a different Walmart. Especially the lady that works self checkout with the dred hair style and has a brace on her hand. I asked her to price check something and she told me to download the app that it’s not her job to price check and then when I hit look up and hit the wrong price she came way from the other side of the store to say that it’s not the correct price I hit so I did it again and it accidentally charged me for 4 but she didn’t say nothing about me being over charged by 72.00 but when I hit the wrong button and it was less money she hurried and was telling me that that’s not right. Long story short I had to come back and get it fixed because I was charged for 4 items instead of 1. So be on the look out and check your receipt because if you over charge yourself they are not catching that. Only when you under charge yourself. I have did this multiple times just to see if someone would help if I overcharged myself but no one ever said anything only when I undercharged myself would they say I rang it up wrong. It’s only the lady with dred hair style that does this all the other employees really help

I put 2 rose bushes in my cart out of the clearance section..A worker came and took them out and told me no.She speaks ZERO English so I tried to communicate with her but she was grumpy so I found another associate. This guy was only a door greeter and couldn't help either and had zero information how to get help.If they are going to work in an American,ENGLISH speaking store.. THEY SHOULD SPEAK ENGLISH.service at Leesburg Florida store is ridiculous but today... Took the cake. I will not go back in there.

There is always an issue with handicap carts and not enough to turn functional. Just in there and there were 10 certs not working for one reason or another and when you ask about it there are two problems. First is most of the time you can't find a manager to complain to them about it and second when you finally do find someone to as about it they either really don't care or they let you know th corporate really doesn't give a H$&/. Their reasoning for telling you that is they don't want to pay for repairs now that wages are going up and what's even more frustrating about that is that' there are more self service check outs open now and I ts really hard to get a regular register anymore. Oh just a public service announcement. If you have gift card to pay for your groceries or whatever you purchased don't go to the self service lanes because the numbers on the back of the card must be entered as verification of the card and they can't enter anything at any of the self service lanes and there are no signs stating that anywhere and God forbid if they would tell you before you get in line so after you enter everything you have to check out you have to recart everything that you had just taken out of your cart then the only person watching the aelt service lanes huffing The entire time then she has to cancel your entire order so you can go up to the service desk so it can be done àll over again. That's what I call progress?!!!! LMAO

Find another store to do your shopping! This store is a total disaster! Beside the fact that the isles are constantly cluttered, the store is in disarray, and they have sold out to foreign goods. Now you only find one or two actual live person checkouts! They raised prices yet want you to checkout and bag your own goods! That box of melted ice cream in the 2nd pic was sitting on a shelf for at least 4 days!

These employees in this store are racially profiled people and their children. Not every black person you see is attempting to do wrong ,you know. My black family has pride in their personal reputations, and will be treated with respect. I should be able to shop in peace without someone like (Heidi) assuming she can harass my family in the store and attempt to take pictures of us over her dry assumption that we were shoplifting. Thanks Heidi for ruining a normal happy trip to wally world with your horrible attitude and rude gestures.

Dirty, don't like dogs riding in carts, dogs licking fruits & veggies, rude employees, employees that don't speak English, employees constantly on phones or sleeping in aisles. Employees are scarce on the floor & no one is willing to assist.

Sadly, this is a old store with minimal lighting. Seems dark inside all the time. No skylights like the modern WM's have. Can't be picky since their food prices are way better than Publix or W-D. This store is the necessary evil in my family when it comes to grocery shopping.

Needed to make a quick, small grocery run. This WalMart reminds why I don’t shop there. Dirty and poorly stocked, I say never again. I rarely post poor reviews, but this place is horrible. I hope I never get talked into going there again.

You can buy all things necessary for a home here. Walmart is always Walmart. This our gp to Walmart and the closest to our house. We find everything we need for the most part. They do run out of stock occasionally and the last couple times we have been there, they ran out of shopping carts. It's not that convenient when that happens, but it does help to know that they are ALWAYS busy. The staff is okay; they aren't the friendliest but it will do.

Wait, wut? They've got a liquor store now?? Just north of the main store in the parking lot. I had no idea. Went in, was greeted by a real nice gal with glasses. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about the whole store. She was the one with a Mom in NC. First employee of Wally World that impressed me locally. She'll be a manager one day. New store clean and well stocked, awesome prices. I'm real happy now I don't have to go down to that liquor store by Publix on 27. That guy wasn't very friendly at all LOLOL

Hate the place. I only go if I have to. Last time was 6 years ago. There are literally 25 self checkout stations. I will never use one. Instead of putting a check out clerk out of a job, use the employee manned check out. Or as the sign says, assisted check out lane, OMG could not believe they seriously think we should conform to this as the norm. Never going to happen with my family.

As a handicapped senior citizen, it's a battle most times to find a running motor cart. My local Walmart has gotten a few new machines lately which makes my shopping chores much more tenable. The guys at the doors and cart storage area are usually very helpful in my search. As far as the merchandise is concerned. I always feel I got a bargain from food to clothes and everything in between.

This was our very first visit to this Walmart as it's hours away from us. Typically if you've seen one Walmart, you've seen them all. This was not the case with the Leesburg Walmart. We were very impressed with it's clean and organized presence, a hard feat for any store during the holiday rush. We did have to search for what we were looking for, as the layout differed than what we were use to, but it allowed us to take in the whole store. We ran into Joe (several times) who was very much diligent in keeping the isles clean with his broom. I cannot tell you the last time I actually saw an employee cleaning rather than stocking. We also noticed merchandise that was not available at our local stores so that was a bonus too!

I love to shop at this Walmart. It is fully stocked and rarely do they not have an item I’m looking for. Staff are helpful. Prices beat Publix - hands down. Save money and shop here!

Useless employee i ask 5 person for one item to see of they have it in stock or not because in the walmart app it says that they have 2 in stock nobody couldn’t help me they didn’t even try to look on there TC or there work phono last person that ask told me to ho to costumer services wen finally someone helps me and as soon as i told her that i was looking for a item she pull up her TC and didn’t even took her 1 mnt to look and find the item, she told me theres 2 on stock but if its not on the Isle they probably don’t have it. Also we have walmart plus we had order groceries a few time but find out that it’s just better to go to the store because we order stuff and on the app its on stock but the employee said they don’t have any or grab something that it’s expired i had order a few time “fresh bake bread “ and more then 3 times had got ones the are expired thats way i dont use the delivery services no more is sad that a lot off the employee don’t really care and if the employee are not doing there jobs correctly the manager are not a exception couldn’t find one and i had walked almost the hole store.

Ordered 5 items and they said it was out of stock. Went to Walmart and all 5 items were at the store. They said Vicks vapor rub was discontinued. Ten were right there on the shelf. It appears the drivers they hire make no effort to simply look. People need to be fired. Walmart needs to ship from a warehouse just like Amazon (Walmart is no Amazon). Found the other four items on the shelf also. I still have not received a refund four days later. I wish I got get my year subscription back and dump Walmart.
