Jade was our main contact and sales rep and she did an outstanding job of explaining in technical detail how Superior Fence is better than the other competitors. We chose the vinyl privacy fencing due to its curb appeal, low maintenance, and its well proven material properties over time in the Florida weather. The installation crew finished this job in about 10 hours and was very pleased with the results. The foreman explained everything when the job was complete and the install looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company and so do my dogs.

I worked with Debbie for the sales process... she was supremely patient with my incredibly annoying HOA - resubmitting the docs over and over when they were nit-picking. The installers were awesome - fast, professional, polite, cleaned up the space. One of my requests was to make sure that it was safe and enclosed so my dog couldn't get out. As you can see in the pics, mission accomplished! The only reason it's not a 5 is that I had to do a little chasing to get scheduled... materials had come in, and all the pieces were in place but somehow I fell off the radar. We got quotes from various fence companies and opted for Superior Fence & Rail due to the quote given. It took 2 months for the whole process from quote to build. I would have liked more communication on where we were in the process of the fence build. On the day of installation the worker came early and worked tirelessly in the hot sun. I first got word of this company via a realtor recommendation. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate. Once we got HOA approval they got the permit process completed quickly and we’re out quickly to install the fence. They came in early in the day and were done midday. I chose Superior to install a white vinyl fence in November 2020 based on their reviews and the presentation done by their salesperson, Jade. They weren’t the cheapest but gave a great vibe so that was enough for me. Install was pretty straightforward initially but about 8 months later I noticed concrete chunks all over my yard. Further inspection found that the concrete posts weren’t deep enough and were breaking apart. On July 5 I reached out to Jade and on July 14 she assured me I was covered under the installation warranty. As of August 4 I hadn’t heard any follow up so I reached out again. Jade apologized and said they were still working on it. On 8/5 the GM, Tom Stancic, reached out and said I would be scheduled as soon as possible. Didn’t hear back so I wrote him on 8/29 asking for follow up and predictably got no response. On 9/7 I emailed Jade asking for follow up and got no response. Left a VM on 9/9 when she didn’t answer my call. No response of course.Take your business elsewhere. Likely to find cheaper rates and better service without much effort.Service: Vinyl fence installation

Our project took longer than expected due to the COVID19 situation plus new personnel joining the team during that time. I can say that Katrina, Devon, Debbie, and the field guys are AMAZING. The office was great with communication and attention to detail, Katrina took the bull by the horns and ran to Barcelona, she was amazing, hitting the ground and connecting with our city to get the building permits approved in a timely manner (COVID19), same as Devon who joined the team later. This team is incredible and they do care for the customer and will do their best. The field guys’ communication was extremely professional, timely, polite, and worked diligently. We could not be happier with the final outcome. We are 100% satisfied with their work and would highly recommend using Superior Fence and Rails.

Superior Fence and Rail installed a small, custom size fence at our house. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Debbie came to our house to give us an estimate and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very competitive and based on the reviews we read we chose Superior to do the work. They handled the permit process, the utility location service, and once everything was ready, they set up a day and time to do the work. Tyson and Trevis showed up right on time and completed the work in a very professional manner, keeping me informed as they went along so I could be sure everything was like I wanted. Let’s start with Debbie. She is one of the best saleswomen I’ve ever met. She is the biggest reason I bought through Superior. She was very inviting and felt almost as if I was buying from a friend. There were a few times where I hadn’t heard anything from Superior about the progress on the fence and would have to call but was received with professionalism over the phone as well. The installers came and worked all day and finished on time as told at the beginning of the day. The install was perfect! We had a fairly large job and Debbie came out and gave us an estimate. She was very thorough and answered a ton of questions I had. Their bid was right in-line with others (I got 5). The reasons I went with this company was several. She was always available to answer questions, the vinyl they use is virgin and they have an excellent warranty (I’m all about a warranty).The initial installation was done and there were several things that had to be addressed (remember large area with a lot of gates). The main things I have to commend this company for is they work together and get things done. Debbie, even though she was sales helped with communication. Julie in the office is great and listens well and makes things happen, she’s approachable. Their head of installation Tyson also listens and works on getting a solution to problems. Travis, Tysons helper is eager to get things the way you want them and they are a great team. At the end of the day everything is perfect, great quality and accomplished all the problems we were having with our old fence line. Particularly keeping our cranky Jack Russell off the streets of Mount Dora!😂

It started with them forgetting to file my permit for my fence and missing their promise date. Then they forgot to pick up the permit until I called myself and told them it was ready. They mislead me about the install. I was going to wait on the fence to see if my neighbors were going to install a fence, but chose not to because they said there would be a gap and I didn’t want that with my pets so I purchased it and paid for it all alone. They installed my neighbors so close to my fence and there is definitely no gap. Then it passed the county inspection and they call me as they are installing the neighbors and say they made a mistake and have to move my fence. It passed the county inspection and I cannot trust them since they have been dishonest so much before so now I have to have a county inspector come back out and hire a survey of my land. This will also cause my yard and sod to be damaged again like the first time. It was brand new sod that was destroyed.Update- after hiring a surveyor my fence is on my property lines. If I would have listened to them insisting it needed to be moved asap, my fence would have been moved giving my neighbor 3 inches of my property along the side of my home.Service: Vinyl fence installation

She came back out to refresh our estimate and we ended up choosing a white vinyl fence. The entire process was very smooth. Debbie K. was very understanding, professional and thorough (we referred several neighbors). In our neighborhood most of the homes are using Superior Fence & Rail and all of the work looks great. Waiting time was about 1.5 months from deposit to completed work which was really good since two of those weeks occurred during Christmas and New Years. Waiting time was mainly on HOA approval and City Permit.Rafa or Rasa (installer), and the co-installer were very professional, prompt, efficient and wanted to make sure they did the job perfectly. He explained the process/work to be completed upon his arrival including a walkthrough, gave updates half way through and another walkthrough/explanation when work was complete. Work was completed in about 4 hours. They used a bag of concrete on each post. They made sure the area was cleaned up and made sure they answered any of our questions.Julie and office staff were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls.Would definitely recommend using Superior Fence & Rail, their prices were competitive with competition, even though a little higher, the finished product and process seems worth the value perceived so far.Services: Vinyl fence installation, Privacy fence installation

I’ve used Superior Fence twice in the past and they were very good. This time I was getting the last half of my wood fence removed and replaced with vinyl fence to match the other side of the yard. I was in bed with the flu so I told my husband to supervise. I raise butterflies and he told the installers not to step on the milkweed and passionflower vines. Jerry had to go out three times and tell the installers that the top of the fence was crooked. They were making the bottom straight and the top looked like a “W”. He kept telling them we will fill in the bottom but he said only one spoke installer English so had to keep getting the other installer to interpret. One of my passionflower vines was completely destroyed. I’m thankful I took the feeding caterpillars off it before installation. Got it in a pot trying to save it. Seems like the fence is adequate but am not happy with my plants being stepped on when they could have worked from the neighbors yard. Plus Jerry had to repeatedly tell them to straighten the top of the fencing. Maybe I’m wrong but I’m thinking this is basic fencing stuff here. After all I’ve never had to ask them to make the top straight before.Service: Vinyl fence installation

My entire experience with superior was awful. After a quick approval by my HOA they told me they had submitted the permit to the city for approval. Then that was taking a while so I called to check on it to find out that superior had never even submitted it. Apparently their whole permitting department caught covid, and instead of calling us to let us know and apologize for the delay, they lied about it and we never found out until after the city told us it hadn't been submitted. After finally submitting the permits they failed to submit the water easement information that was necessary for the approval and when we called to ask why they claimed they had and that the city "must have lost them." Eventually we got our fence installed but it was done wrong so I had to call them several times to try to schedule someone to come out and fix it. I was told multiple times they would call me back with a date and they never did. Eventually a couple weeks later, someone just showed up at my house to make the fixes. Once everything was done and they were ready to collect payment they managed to suddenly be able to call me multiple times a day. Because I have very busy job, I can't always get to the phone during business hours so after a couple days I answered and asked if there was any wiggle room on the price in light of the series of problems we had with them and I was rudely told they could not change the final price because I have a quality fence (which I guess I have to take their word for), and that's what I paid for. So fine, I give them my dad's number to collect final payment as gifted us the fence, and they had the nerve to tell me if they couldn't get a hold of him in a timely manner, they would send my account to collections because apparently waiting a couple of extra weeks is only acceptable for their customers.

The office was open early with pleasant, efficient, and caring attitudes to help me every time I had a concern. They went above and beyond in providing customer service. The contractors used could have been better prepared and organized for the job, but at the end, they were committed to the work and were expert at what they do! Superior Fence and Rail did a phenonmenal job on my fence! Their price was the best out of all the quotes I received. They scheduled to come out for a quote immediately (where some companies would take over a month to give an estimate). They handled all the permitting for me, and installed a rather large fence in one day!I had one little mishap where a few of the caps on the posts were missing, but I attribute it to the fact that it was getting dark when the crew finished. Office staff members @ Superior Fence and Rail in Lake County were extremely helpful in resolving my issue with my fence installation layout. My in house sales rep heard my wish & took measurements but did not honor it when she did the paperwork which the day of installation came to my attention and I was highly livid. Partially it was my fault too for overlooking the paperwork and not taking notice earlier. The installers where great too! I had to pay extra for materials but was so worth it for what I wanted. Delivery guy was punctual! I do recommend this company there prices are reasonable compared to other competitors. I however do not recommend the in house sales rep Debbie.

When we bought our home it had a wooden fence. We knew from the beginning that it wasn’t going to last. After 2 years we broke down a made some calls to get estimates for a new vinyl fence. After about 4 quotes we decided on Superior Fence and Rail. They offered everything we wanted in a fence company. They were upfront with letting us know what would be a process from start to finish. When it came time for installation it went without any issues. They removed the old fence on day 1 and completed the new fence installation on day 2. We were really happy with the installers as they were very transparent throughout the process. We are about 7 days post completion and couldn’t be happier with our fence and our decision to use Superior Fence and Rail. If I had to come up with 1 thing for them to improve on would be the communication between the company and the customer as to where they are through the process from initial signing through installation date.We would recommend them again and have to multiple neighbors of ours.Service: Vinyl fence installation
