The store is always clean orderly and well run. I appreciate there being staff available to answer questions on where and item may be located. I especially enjoyed one of the front area customer service personnel named Nash. He was very friendly and very nice to speak with. What a nice young man.

Was my favorite place 🙂 but unfortunately the bakery changed that. I spent $100+ on my child’s cake and it was beautiful unfortunately it was not edible! It was very dry and tasteless I lost my card and was not able to get a refund because they needed the original payment method. This made me very upset because there was no other options, it was a waste of a beautiful cake! Very disappointed ☹️

I’ve shopped at this store almost all of my adult life . Since it opened . The pharmacy and staff are five star all the way ! The check out staff are always very polite And efficient and welcoming . However I decided to treat my elderly parents caregivers to Publix cards for Christmas . I purchased more than five which put me in the you have to see the manager category . He then checked my I D which I very much appreciate but then wanted to know who were these cards being purchased for and if I was going to personally deliver them. I explained all of this but as a customer of this store for more than a half of a centuryIt just didn’t set very well . Of course he explained that fraud preyed on elderly ladies like me and he was protecting me . Thank you for that Mr. Manager but you sure took the joy out of my gift giving . I guess gift cards are not a good idea anymore for us “elderly “ shoppers . 🤷‍♂️

Most of the staff are wonderful, I look forward to seeing Sheila and Ernest when I go up there. The key lime pie is my jam, the subs are usually great too.The store is clean, a lot of the customers not so much 🤷🏻‍♀️

Going downhill. Not sure what's happening here but I have gotten a few things here lately that were un edible and probably would have gotten me sick had I ate it. I used to love this Publix...now I drive an extra 20 minutes to the one at The Lakes plaza. I have brought things back and gotten compensated so if you are willing to bring things back this might still be your place. I'm too busy to drive back and forth. Good luck whatever you choose.

This is a nice Publix store with a nice selection. It's not an enormous store, but certainly has a large selection.The deli service is quick, as is the bakery. It was well stocked and darn near everything seemed to be a BOGO item. I saved a ton of money.It was nice seeing that they support a local winery by carrying Island Grove wines.It is a clean store with enough folks working there to get you in and out quickly.

Staff friendly and helpful. Deli department staff professional and inquired to see ifcI needed any assistance. So glad cashiers are still available unlike competitors who only have self checkout.

I have ordered subs from the deli here twice. I am vegan, and they have three different options on the menu that work for me. The first time I ordered at the counter, and the person was bewildered on where to get the vegan turkey and cheese. He became very frustrated that he had to go hunt for it in the store in order to make my sandwich, and was very impolite. The second time, today, I ordered online thinking that might be a better experience. I ordered a falafel sub. I got a call at the same time I was supposed to pick up the sandwich, stating that they had no falafel. I asked about black bean burger, which was another option on their menu. They did not have that either and I could hear laughing in the background. They offered a turkey- vegan sub, and I said that would be fine with the vegan cheese and the vegan bacon. And then went to the counter, and they had not started to make my sub, and everything was laid out for it, but they were 10 minutes late. When I asked if it would be ready soon, he stated he needed to make a couple other ones first, and then I asked if I could have honey mustard added. There was a girl that was laughing with him about the vegan meat. I came back 10 minutes later, and he was finished. There was no vegan cheese or bacon on the sub, and the veggies that were ordered were not the same as the ones I had ordered in the app. Suffice to say, I am upset with the store, and won’t be ordering subs anymore from here. If you have something on the menu, you should have it available! This is ridiculous!

I Love Me Some Publix..This Store is fairly Convenient & For the Most Part Pretty efficient..Kinda wish they Would replace their Self-Checkout Registers..But I'm grateful for Publix Overall.!!

There’s this lady who yells out to us all the way from ACROSS the store in a snarky way “do you guys need help!” Why didn’t she ask customers closest to her instead? We’re minorities. Don’t be singling us out.Another worker there was looking at us and just standing there surveilling us as if we some thieves. We just trying to peacefully shop. y’all making us uncomfortable

Elizabeth, with the bakery department, is fantastic! I reached out on Halloween to inquire about a customized cake for my niece, who had broken her arm. Elizabeth went above and beyond to accommodate my request, despite the extremely short notice. My 5 yr old niece was able to celebrate Halloween with a blue explosion cake that matches her blue cast with pink hearts!Elizabeth, thank you!!!

This is my new neighborhood Publix. Just like most Publix's it like a well maintaned machine. Clean and well stocked. The employee's were helpful and friendly. I didn't get his name but a guy helped me find wings he had glasses on about 40ish? I think he was changing price tags?? He couldn't find what I wanted so he brought me over to John in the meat department. John came out of the back and walked me over right to the wings. Very helpful and much appreicated for both of their efforts. The produce and meat departments out shine many grocery stores anywhere in America.

Got on the scale like I always do when I enter Publix. My grandson was ill this morning so i came in for some honey to add to his green tea with ginger. And I bought a box of cooked chicken from the deli to go with the other items that were prepared at home. The store was very clean and all the shelves were stocked like they always are. Only one person ahead of me in the checkout line. The cashier and the young lady bagging the groceries were very friendly and smiling as they assisted me. Great experience today. Thanks everyone for all that you do.

A medium quality grocery store masquerading as a higher quality one. Employees are polite and good customer service. Opinions are based on store model itself.- Carries Boar's Head meats/cheeses and will even make subs for you in-house.- Decent frozen and fresh fish/seafood selection.- Store app works well but doesn't list prices.- BOGO's on products I often buy anyways.My biggest issue is that the produce section is often disappointing. Lettuce/spinach is wilted and beat to hell. Garlic bulbs are 1/3 mushy brown when I use them at home the same day. Shallots only come in little baggies and are also mushy way too often.Freezer section has a good variety of veggies but it's Florida! Why not have a better fresh veggies and fruit area??
